Abstract

Motorcycle are movable objects that become public transportation needs. Motorcyclists include people from various backgrounds have experienced accidents. One of the causes of accidents is the speed. Motorcycle that has accident will fall and get injured. The need to know the cause of the accident requires investigation and analysis. Data needed to analyze traffic accidents such as vehicle operating speed and location of the accident. Required data can be obtained by utilizing infrared sensor as motorcycle speed sensor, gyroscope sensor for indicators of falling or not motorcycle and GPS to determine the coordinate points of movement motorcycle. This information is communicated using GSM module. The information is sent to the database and then displayed via Android application and the data log is stored on smartphone storage. Based on the results of tests carried out, it is known that accuracy of the speed sensor readings is 98.39% from 12 tests. The GPS test tool compared to Garmin GPS has an average difference of 3.14158 meters. The fall indicator can function properly when falls and the data can be viewed via Android application. The data is stored on smartphones and in firebase storage. The average delay test is 7,087 seconds.

Abstract

Illegal parking in Malang State Polytechnic is still not well monitored. The Officer Pengamanan Dalam(Pamdal), whose job is to curb Polinema residents who park their vehicles, cannot monitor the vehicles regularly, so there are still many who park illegally. Based on this, an automatic system that can be used by Pamdal to monitor illegal parking in Polinema is needed. Therefore, "Illegal Parking Monitoring Information System Using Infrared Sensor Based On Android" was created. The system built uses several components, including Arduino Nano, ESP32 Cam, Infrared Sensor, and servo motor. With the making of this tool and research, it is hoped that it will be able to assist in disciplining polynemaic residents to order parking through monitoring of the system being built. Three pieces of equipment were made and placed in front of the AH Building, in front of the AI ??Building, and next to the AO Building. The results of the experiment for notifications from the three nodes have different delays in sending data from the node to the smartphone on the user side. Delay at node two has the greatest delay, which is 193.0708 ms. Meanwhile, node three has excellent performance with an average delay value of 107.0723 ms.

Abstract

One of the communication technologies that can be used for monitoring current usage is communication technology via electric grids or what is called Power Line Communication (PLC). The advantages of this technology are that the electricity network is already distributed in each building so there is no need for new installations, it is economical and affordable in terms of economics, and is more practical and flexible in its use. In this study, a current usage monitoring system using PLC is proposed which will be applied in every class in the AI ??building of Malang State Polytechnic. The sensor that will be used in measuring the current value is the current sensor SCT-013. By using the KQ330 PLC module as a PLC transmission modem. The implementation of PLC which is applied in each class in the AI ??building has a BER (bit error rate) value of 0.012 in the experiment of sending 1000 data with an error of 12 times at the farthest distance of approximately 15 meters. And have a BER value of 0 or have no error in sending data at the closest distance of approximately 2-5 meters. In this study, the process of sending and receiving data using Power Line Communication allows it to be done at a distance that is not too far away to avoid excessive data errors.

Abstract

Penggunaan energi saat ini sedang menjadi sorotan pemerintah Indonesia. Salah satu kendalanya adalah penggunaan Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU). Dengan membuat setiap penerangan jalan umum dapat berkomunikasi, pemerintah dapat memantau setiap penggunaan daya pada penerangan dengan menggunakan algoritma Leach, yang berfokus pada efisiensi daya dalam jaringan untuk menghemat penggunaan daya. Dalam algoritma Leach yang diusulkan, node akan mengirim data ke server melalui kepala cluster yang dipilih. Kemudian kepala cluster akan meneruskan data tersebut ke node master yang secara otomatis terhubung ke server. Dengan mengambil pendekatan seperti itu, penggunaan daya di setiap node akan efisien. Performa yang diperoleh dapat mencapai efisiensi 42% pada proses pengujian dibandingkan tanpa menggunakan algoritma Leach.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an adalah lembaga pendidikan yang memberikan pendidikan dan pengajaran secara klasikal yang bertujuan untuk memberi tambahan pengetahuan agama Islam kepada pelajar-pelajar yang merasa kurang menerima pelajaran agama Islam di sekolah. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Al Hikmah di kelurahan Buring, kecamatan Kedungkandang, kota Malang yang sudah lama berdiri sejak tahun 2014, tetapi sarana dan prasarana terkait proses pembelajaran yang dimilikinya sangat terbatas sehingga Pengajar di dalam memberikan materi belajar siswa masih menggunakan metode tradisional menggunakan papan tulis. Penggunaan sarana multimedia dapat menjadi pendukung untuk menerapkan sistem pembelajaran baru tanpa harus meninggalkan sistem tradisional. Adanya pelatihan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengajar untuk menggunakan perangkat audio visual sehingga dapat memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran menjadi lebih modern dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi tanpa meninggalkan esensi pembelajaran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan perangkat audio visual di dalam pembelajaran TPA Al-Hikmah meningkatkan ketertarikan santri dan mempermudah proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The line of sight (LOS) microwave communication system, especially those operating at frequencies above 10 GHz, is very susceptible to rain attenuation, particularly in tropical countries such as Indonesia. Therefore, it is essential to calculate rain attenuation estimation values as a basis for consideration in designing a line of sight microwave communication system to get stable communication. In this study, telemetering was designed to measure the rainfall intensity from a rain gauge device through a 433 MHz wireless transceiver. Measurement of rainfall intensity values via an Arduino-controlled rain gauge was transmitted directly to the monitoring room, which then processed to be displayed in graphical form in real time and can also be stored as data loggers. The rainfall telemetering device users can measure rainfall remotely and without having to wait for the rain like the rainfall manual measurement.

Abstract

Mosques are one of the places where community activities are concentrated in the religious field, especially in Indonesia where the majority of the population is Moslems. The mosques are also important means of spreading religion, due to the close location and spread out in the community. The arrangement of the sound system in a mosque is one of the vital things to support religious activities. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on the installation and arrangement of sound systems at the Darul Muttaqin Mosque, Kedungkandang District, Malang. Training is given to mosque takmirs so that they can install and maintain sound systems in mosques. The result of this training was that the sound system of the mosque which was initially bad due to a buzzing sound and did not clearly convey the information provided became clearer and no longer disturbed the congregation or local residents. When there is a sound system problem, takmir can repair it directly without the need to wait for a technician so that religious activities and messages run smoothly.
