Abstract

Throughout the church's history, the debate on Christology has been an important and controversial topic. One is about the Divinity and humanity of Jesus, which has been a long debate in the history of Christianity. Jesus' divinity and humanity are essential because they relate to the foundation of the believer's faith. In addition to the debate about the Christology of Jesus among Christians, there is another debate among the Jews about the person of Jesus himself, namely that Jesus is not the Messiah. Although many biblical texts have been used to defend the issue of Christology, there are still other biblical texts that have not been studied as a basis for discussing the issue. The purpose of this study is to add primary biblical references to the apologetics of Christology. The biblical basis for examining the nature of Godliness and humanity and the Messiahship of Jesus is the Gospel of Mark 9:2-13. The method used is the exegesis method. This method is suitable for finding a clear meaning of the word to be analyzed. The result of this study is that the words Transfigured (metamorphoo) , Son (huios), and Man (anthropos) explain that Jesus is a true man and a true God and as Heir, that is, the anointed Messiah of God.

Abstract

In modern life, especially in the 21st century, the influence of technological developments is very rapid, including the presence of social media (social media) and it has become a basic need for humanity in the technological era and not to forget the church as a place for people to worship. Every congregation within the church environment has known and used social media for various things including facilitating congregations to read the Bible, electronic hymnbooks and so on. However, it seems that there are still some congregations who are less responsive in using social media wisely. Christian youth in the 21st century, who are the majority of active social media users, seem less aware of this opportunity, so they experience difficulties in preaching the Gospel to others. For this reason, the aim of this research is to provide good knowledge so that Christian youth in the 21st century can utilize social media as a means of preaching the Gospel based on the Great Commission. The method used in this scientific work is a qualitative research method, by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The author chose this type of research because the author wanted to find out why there was a lack of response from Christian youth in the 21st century in utilizing social media as a means of preaching the gospel. The results of this scientific work are to raise awareness of Christian youth regarding the importance of using social media in preaching the Gospel.

Abstract

The objectives of writing this research are: First, so that the leaders, in this case the Regional Chairperson and the Related Commissions, can work together with the workers and all local congregations of the GKII Melawi Hilir Region of West Kalimantan to realize the importance of the leader formation program. Second, by implementing a serious cadre program, it is hoped that the Melawi Hilir Regional GKII will have professional leaders, managers and administrators in the future, who have solid character, knowledge and skills, and are ready to face various challenges and the rapid globalization of the world. The scope of the GKII Melawi Hilir Regional leader training, contains leader training, manager training, administrator training, and a summary. The leader development strategy of the GKII Melawi Hilir Region contains: Planning of leader training, implementation of leader training, evaluation for improving leader performance, leader placement, and summary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis makna yang dialami banyak orang Kristen dalam dunia kerja modern, di mana pekerjaan seringkali hanya dipandang sebagai sarana mencari nafkah atau mengejar karier tanpa menyadari bahwa pekerjaan juga merupakan panggilan ilahi dan bagian dari partisipasi dalam karya ciptaan Allah. Pandangan yang terbatas ini menyebabkan stres, kelelahan, ketidakpuasan, dan hilangnya integritas yang berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menjawab bagaimana iman Kristen dapat diwujudkan secara holistik dalam konteks dunia kerja dan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang memungkinkan analisis mendalam terhadap fenomena tersebut. Hasil analisis teologis penelitian ini menjadi dasar merumuskan implikasi praktis bagi umat Kristen dalam mengintegrasikan iman di dunia kerja dan keluarga. Pekerjaan dipahami sebagai panggilan ilahi yang memuliakan Allah dan menjadi bentuk ibadah yang menghadirkan shalom melalui etika kerja Kristen berlandaskan integritas dan pelayanan. Keluarga dianggap sebagai rancangan ilahi dan “gereja mini” yang mencerminkan kasih Kristus, tempat pewarisan iman secara aktif. Prinsip Sabat penting untuk pemulihan dan mempererat ikatan keluarga. Kesimpulannya, iman Kristen harus mengalir secara menyeluruh dalam kerja dan keluarga sebagai panggilan hidup untuk memuliakan Allah dan mentransformasi individu serta masyarakat.
