Abstract

Trisakti was one of Sukarno's ideas for realizing nationalism at the policy level, although during his reign this idea was not fully realized. Sukarno revealed his Trisakti concept when he addressed the Fourth General Session of the MPRS on June 22, 1966. Trisakti contains three political ideals to uphold nationalism in Indonesia, namely: sovereignty and freedom in politics, personality in culture, and independence in the economy. This concept began to be carried forward in the era of Jokowi's leadership as the 7th President. To reexamine this idea, the author tries to elaborate on it one by one in the view of the Qur'an, using a thematic method by taking sources from the interpretations of Javanese mufassir. This is because their interpretation of the Quran is closer to Sukarno's culture whose background is the same as Javanese. The conclusion of this discussion is that the Javanese mufassir agreed with Sukarno's ideas because none of the Trisakti concepts violated religious rules. This can be revealed from the source of Qur'anic verses related to the concept of Trisakti, both explicitly and implicitly, as implied in the story of Prophet Sulayman about political sovereignty and the story of Prophet Yusuf about economic independence.

Abstract

Learning Natural and Social Sciences in elementary schools plays a strategic role in developing students' holistic understanding of natural and social phenomena, including in the context of disaster mitigation education. However, the implementation of Natural And Social Sciences learning in the digital era still faces various gaps that have the potential to hinder students' optimal achievement of disaster mitigation competencies. This study aims to comprehensively examine the gaps in Natural And Social Sciences learning in disaster mitigation education in elementary schools in the digital era. This research used a qualitative approach with a systematic literature study design enriched by conceptual analysis. Data were obtained from reputable scientific articles published between 2018 and 2022 and accessed through the Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns and dimensions of gaps in Natural And Social Sciences learning in the context of disaster mitigation education. The results indicate that gaps in Natural And Social Sciences learning consistently emerge across four main dimensions: curriculum, pedagogy, digital technology utilization, and student mitigation competencies. The largest gap was found in the dimension of digital technology utilization, which is still dominated by the use of technology as a medium for information delivery, followed by gaps in students' mitigation competencies, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum. These findings indicate that although the curriculum provides space for the integration of disaster mitigation education, the implementation of science and natural sciences learning has not fully supported meaningful, contextual learning oriented toward the formation of mitigation behaviors. This study concludes that the gap in science and natural sciences learning in disaster mitigation education stems not only from the curriculum but is more influenced by the weak integration between pedagogy, digital technology, and the disaster context. Therefore, it is necessary to develop inquiry-based science and natural sciences learning integrated with digital technology and the local disaster context to strengthen mitigation competencies and environmental awareness in elementary school students in the digital era.

Abstract

Sektor industri kuliner berkategori restoran cepat saji (fast food), memiliki karakteristik operasional dengan ritme yang sangat cepat dan tekanan tinggi demi memuaskan pelanggan. Realitas lingkungan kerja seperti ini sering kali menciptakan dilema tersendiri bagi karyawan Muslim, terutama dalam upaya mereka menyeimbangkan tuntutan profesionalisme pekerjaan dengan kewajiban ibadah mahdhah, seperti pelaksanaan shalat lima waktu yang terjadwal. Merespons problematika tersebut, pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan mengambil lokasi di Almas Fried Chicken, Cihideung, Tasikmalaya. Program ini dirancang secara khusus untuk memberikan solusi melalui pendekatan edukasi Fiqih Praktis serta penguatan fondasi Etos Kerja Islami terhadap 10 orang karyawan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, diterapkan metode yang komprehensif, mulai dari penyuluhan mendalam, simulasi tata cara bersuci (thaharah) yang efisien air dan waktu, hingga forum diskusi interaktif terkait strategi manajemen waktu di tengah jam sibuk. Intervensi ini berhasil membuka wawasan karyawan mengenai adanya konsep rukhsah atau keringanan dalam syariat Islam, yang memungkinkan ibadah tetap terlaksana tanpa mengganggu operasional perusahaan. Dampak signifikan dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya kesadaran kolektif bahwa produktivitas kerja dan ketaatan agama bukanlah dua hal yang bertentangan, melainkan dapat berjalan beriringan secara harmonis. Lebih jauh lagi, internalisasi nilai bahwa 'bekerja adalah manifestasi ibadah' terbukti efektif dalam mendorong peningkatan integritas, kedisiplinan, serta kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen. Hal ini sekaligus menegaskan bahwa integrasi antara nilai-nilai spiritualitas dan profesionalisme merupakan elemen krusial dalam keberhasilan manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), khususnya di wilayah dengan kultur religius yang kuat seperti Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research is driven by the phenomenon of digital disruption, which has led to low participation among adolescents in weekly religious gatherings (pengajian). Despite the vital role of these gatherings in character building, a gap has emerged between monotonous traditional preaching methods and the interactive, visual digital lifestyles of modern youth. This study aims to evaluate the challenges of traditional da'wah and analyze shifts in adolescent behavior in the digital era to prevent a disconnect in the transmission of Islamic values. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, data were collected through technical triangulation, including participant observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with the adolescent population at the research site. The results indicate that the low level of engagement is not caused by a loss of religiosity, but rather by psychological and social alienation from their environment, others, or even themselves. This is a result of one-way lecture methods that clash with the cognitive structures of today's adolescents, who possess a short attention span. The study found highly intensive smartphone usage, 3–18 hours/day, dominated by the TikTok platform as a source of instant gratification. Adolescents tend to perceive conventional gatherings as boring and rigid compared to short, relevant digital da'wah content. The research concludes that the future of moral regeneration in rural areas heavily depends on the adaptability of da'wah institutions in reforming communication styles to be more popular, inclusive, and interactive, as well as modernizing mosque infrastructure, such as providing Wi-Fi facilities, to enhance da'wah relevance for digital natives.
