Abstract

This study aims to analyze the students' creativity program as a medium to build students' entrepreneurial spirit at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses a qualitative research method; the type of case study uses data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding schools develop creative activities for students by providing places for activities to build an entrepreneurial spirit through pesantren extracurricular activities, managing used goods, applying in pesantren skills competitions, and skills activities in every institution under the auspices of the Nurul Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 7P terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Home Industry Tape Tiga Bintang di Bondowoso. Metode Penelitian kuantitatif yaitu dengan menitikberatkan pada pengujian hipotesis menggunakan data terukur menggunakan skala likert. Metode penentuan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling sebanyak 120 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji reabilitas, Uji regresi sederhana, Uji T, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Dari hasil olah data SPSS 26 pada Home Industry Tiga Bintang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada variabel produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan nilai 3.221 > 0.1793 dengan signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada variabel harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan nilai 5.409> 0.1793 dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada variabel tempat terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan nilai 3.887> 0.1793 dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada variabel promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan nilai -2.833 > 0.1793 dengan signifikan 0,005 < 0,05. (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada variabel orang terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan nilai 4.188> 0.1793 dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. (6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada variabel proses terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan nilai -1.239 < 0.1793 dengan signifikan 0,218 > 0,05. (7) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada variabel proses terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan nilai 0,428< 0.1793 dengan signifikan 0,670 > 0,05. Kemudian secara bersama-sama variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dibuktikan dengan  21.848 >  2,09, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 .

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology has significantly transformed business marketing strategies. Digital marketing has become an effective alternative for reaching a broad and fast consumer base through digital platforms. TikTok, as a popular social media platform, offers opportunities for product promotion and increased online sales. This study analyzes the implementation of digital marketing strategies via TikTok to enhance sales turnover at Ifa Beauty Global Kraksaan Cosmetics Store and evaluates its compliance with Islamic marketing principles. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of marketing activities. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies on TikTok—such as creating educational content, live streaming, and utilizing TikTok Shop features—positively impact sales turnover. Moreover, the marketing practices align with Islamic values, including honesty (shiddiq), transparency (tabligh), responsibility (amanah), and fair, humane treatment of consumers (humanistic). This study suggests that strategic use of TikTok social media can improve sales performance while adhering to ethical standards of Islamic marketing in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of lifestyle and foreign brands on the decision to purchase branded second-hand clothing (thrift) in Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency, focusing on students of Nurul Jadid University. The phenomenon of increasing consumption of branded second-hand clothing or thrift among students is not only caused by economic reasons, but also by lifestyle factors that are increasingly oriented towards sustainability and environmental awareness, as well as preferences for international brands that have prestige value. This study applies a quantitative descriptive method involving 100 students as respondents selected through a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and the collected data were then analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. 0. The findings of the study indicate that lifestyle and foreign brands have a significant positive influence on thrift purchasing decisions with an R2 value of 0.714, which means that 71.4% of the variation is influenced by these two variables, while the remaining 28.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Banking institutions are institutions that are often used by the public to carry out financial transactions, whether in the form of savings, transfers, investments and others. In this case, Islamic Banking carries out funding and lending activities by promoting various types of financial transaction services, becoming the main center in crime. money laundering and terrorism financing to hide illegal money. Therefore, the OJK has made regulations regarding the prevention of Money Laundering and the financing of Terrorism which includes CDD and EDD PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP H.M Yamin has implemented Customer Due Diligence on Walk In Customer (WIC) and Enhanced Due Diligence on Customers as an effort to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. In this journal research using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. the data taken is by interview and observation techniques. Observations indicate that the implementation of WIC on Customer Due Diligence is carried out when the Bank doubts customer information by conducting identification and verification. In addition, at WIC where previously WIC did not need to report to Customer Service when making transactions and went directly to the teller. However, for now there has been a circular letter of change from the Head Office of Bank Sumut Syariah regarding the implementation of WIC where WIC is required to report to Customer service first after obtaining approval from CS, then WIC can go directly to the teller. The implementation of Enhanced Due Diligence is carried out for Politically Exposed Person customers. But in practice at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP H.M Yamin is carried out if there are suspicious transactions or when there are cases.

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategy of the savings product Tabungan and how the marketing strategy can have an impact on the level of company reputation and the level of customer trust in BSI Probolinggo . This study aims to (1) understand and find out more about the marketing strategy used by BSI Probolinggo , in maeting its Tabungan savings product. (2) describe the efforts of BSI Probolinggo in marketing its products to continue to maintain the existence of the products they have and overcome the marketing problems they face. (3) to determine the impact of the marketing strategy on the level of reputation and customer trust in the company. Using this type of qualitative research with direct observation and interview methods. From the observations made by the author, the results of the study are as follows: (1) Tabungan savings is a savings product that is most in demand by customers with a percentage of 36.5% of the use of a total of 6 fundraising products offered with 5fivesavings products and 1-time deposit producWorship (2) the use of an effective sales strategy turns out to have an impact on the level of company reputation and the trust given by customers, the more products sold indicate that the public has interest and trust in the product, and automatically increases the reputation of the company (3) the marketing strategy used by the company BSI Probolinggo  is still traditional, with direct marketing methods by Customer Service. (4) the lack of use of digital technology in marketing Tabungan savings products. (5) To maintain customer loyalty, usually, BSI Probolinggo  gives gifts to customers, shopping discounts and other direct prizes.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of online gambling on societal welfare through the lens of Maqashid Syariah, focusing on the principle of wealth protection (Hifz al-Mal). As a negative consequence of technological advancement, online gambling has become widespread in Indonesia, leading to significant economic, social, and moral issues. This research employs a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach conducted in Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and literature review, and analyzed inductively to identify the real impact of online gambling on community well-being. Utilizing the Maqashid Syariah framework, the study highlights wealth protection and also explores its effects on life (Hifz an-Nafs), intellect (Hifz al-Aql), lineage (Hifz an-Nasl), and religion (Hifz ad-Din). The findings indicate that online gambling directly contributes to worsening household economic conditions, increased psychological stress, and a decline in spiritual life within the community. The study aims to provide comprehensive insights into how online gambling contradicts Islamic values and harms societal welfare. It also seeks to contribute to the development of more effective Islamic economic policies to protect communities from the negative impacts of online gambling.

Abstract

This study examines different strategies schools employ to raise student literacy and numeracy. Basic abilities like literacy and numeracy are critical to kids' everyday lives and academic success. Several elementary and middle schools served as case studies for the qualitative methodology used in this study. Data was gathered through document analysis, interviews, and observations. The study's findings demonstrate the efficacy of data-based interventions in remedial programs, project-based learning, digital technology utilisation, and establishing a supportive literacy environment. Furthermore, it has been shown that teachers who use creative and cooperative teaching strategies can boost students' motivation and engagement in the classroom. The findings of this study indicate that collaboration among educational institutions, teachers, parents and the community is essential to ensure literacy and numeracy programs.
