Abstract

The level of sexual violence in Indonesia still tends to increase every year. Recorded in 2023 as many as 11,302 cases of sexual crimes and 315 child exploitation. This data indicates that cases of sexual violence are still commonplace and cannot be overcome especially with minor victims. The role of parents is needed in providing education to children by building good communication between children and parents and parents provide an understanding of sex and must be done gradually according to the development of the child. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of parents regarding sex education in minors. This research design is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach that produces descriptive data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the perpetrators do not have good knowledge with a low educational background. The perpetrators have a positive attitude towards the actions taken, so that the perpetrators do not feel guilty in committing acts of sexual violence against children. Interaction between children and parents at home is still rarely done due to their busy schedules so that children do not get enough education about sex education. Keywords: , ,

Abstract

The importance of MSMEs for the progress of a region, therefore the Sumber Kembar village apparatus agreed to provide direction to residents to be optimistic in running a business and not give up easily if they fail. The purpose of implementing this community service is to create a marketing strategy to improve MSMEs in the community environment. This activity was carried out at the Rira Liquid Soap and Laundry Dishwashing Soap community business, located in Junrejo sub-district, with several stages of activities including initial identification, analysis and planning, mentoring and implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that Community Service Activities at the "RIRA Dishwashing Soap and Laundry Soap" Business resulted in a NIB Certificate for logo development, a new, more attractive packaging design. Marketing through social media can expand product recognition and marketing reach so that it can increase income from the "RIRA Dishwashing Soap and Laundry Soap" Business which will have an impact on increasing people's purchasing power for household needs, namely dishwashing soap and laundry soap in the Batu city area and its surroundings, especially RIRA Business Owners ". Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan listrik prabayar pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Pamekasan kota. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling terhadap 100 responden pelanggan listrik prabayar PT PLN (Persero) ULP Pamekasan kota. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 66,6%, sisanya sebesar 33,4% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain seperti: kualitas produk, harga, kepercayaan dan promosi yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan Regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y’ = 5,822 + 0,199X1 + 0,519X2
