Abstract

Tujuan pendirian bank sampah organik di Desa Krejengan sebenarnya bukan hanya berorientasi pada penambahan kesejahteraan tapi juga memberikan kesadaran pro-lingkungan kepada masyarakat. Kesadaran pro-lingkungan diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan bisa menjadi budaya bagi masyarakat Desa Krejengan secara keseluruhan. Penambahan soft skill keterampilan berupa keahlian daur ulang sampah yang ditujukan bagi para pengelola bank sampah dan masyarakat desa, tujuan diberikannya soft skill ini adalah masyarakat dapat memilah sampah dengan benar dan mampu menghasilkan produk-produk bernilai jual/ ekonomis tinggi. Pengelolaan pemasukan dan pengeluaran membutuhkan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam bidang administrasi keuangan serta marketing, karena itulah dituntut pengelolaan manajemen yang efisien dan transparan dari para pengelola bank sampah Desa Krejengan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bidang pariwisata di Indonesia kini menjadi salah satu andalan pemeritah untuk menghasilkan devisa negara. Melimpahnya kekayaan alam yang dimiliki membuat setiap daerah di Jawa Timur mulai berkembang pesat dan menunjukan keunggulannya di tiap-tiap sektor. Terutama banyaknya potensi wisata alam yang ada di Kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur yang kini sudah mulai menampakkan eksistensinya hingga mampu menarik wisatawan nasional maupun internasional. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter sebagai wahana wisata sehat untuk menambah daya tarik pengunjung witasawan.  Teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter merupakan sebuah skuter roda dua bertenaga baterai. Kegiatan ini bertempat di Jl. Raya Selokerto, Godehan, Selorejo, Kec. Dau, Malang, Jawa Timur. Peserta berjumlah 25 orang dari mitra, masyarakat Desa Selorejo, dan Karangtaruna yang dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Hasil kegiatan meliputi: 1) perancangan desain, pembangunan, uji coba, hingga pembuatan sirkuit teknologi self balancing smart scooter, pelatihan perawatan teknologi self balancing smart scooter, serta evaluasi pasca kegiatan; 2) sirkuit teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter yang telah dibangun mampu meningkatkan pemasukan daerah; dan 3) sirkuit teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter yang telah dibangun mampu meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan.Abstract: The tourism sector in Indonesia has now become one of the mainstays of the government to generate foreign exchange. The abundance of natural resources owned has made every region in East Java begin to develop rapidly and show its superiority in each sector. Especially the large number of natural tourism potentials in Malang Regency, East Java, which are now starting to show their existence so that they are able to attract national and international tourists. The purpose of this Community Service is to develop Self Balancing Smart Scooter technology as a vehicle for healthy tourism to increase the attractiveness of female visitors. Self Balancing Smart Scooter Technology is a battery powered two-wheeled scooter. This activity takes place at Jl. Raya Selokerto, Godehan, Selorejo, Kec. Dau, Malang, East Java. Participants totaled 25 people from partners, the people of Selorejo Village, and Karangtaruna which carried out for three months. Abstract

Abstrak: Kecamatan Kampak, sebagian besar masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai petani dan bekerja sebagai pembuat gula merah (solid brown sugar) yang merupakan produk olahan dari nira kelapa. Cocos nucifera termasuk pohon serbaguna yang sejak dulu dikenal sebagai penghasil bahan-bahan industri. Hampir seluruh bagian pohon ini dan olahnnya dapat dimanfaatkan. Lebih lanjut, tim pelaksana PNBP 2020 melakukan survei dan observasi pada salah satu UMKM yang sedang berkembang di Kecamatan Kampak. Unit Usaha tersebut yaitu UMKM milik Ibu Turiyem dengan nama “UMKM Lumintu”. Industri rumahan tersebut memproduksi olahan cocos nucifera atau nira kelapa menjadi berbagai macam produk bernilai jual tinggi. Produk hasil olahan tersebut meliputi gula merah bulat, gula merah kotak, manisan kembang gula, dan lain sebagainya. Masalah utama UMKM Lumintu meliputi: (1) sulit mengembangkan omzet dan pendapatan; (2) proses pengolahan nira kelapa menjadi olahan produk gula merah masih dilakukan seluruhnya secara manual (konvensional); dan (3) proses transformasi dan pengadukan memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama. Sesuai dengan bidang dari sebagian besar tim pelaksana PNBP tahun 2020, maka disepakati dikembangkan teknologi automatic liquid steering machine. Secara prinsip kerja, teknologi automatic liquid steering machine berfungsi sebagai mesin transformasi nira liquid menjadi solid brown sugar menggunakan sistem otomatis penuh dengan 4 bilah pengaduk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dari bula Juli sampai bulan September di kecamatan Kampak, Trenggalek. Peserta sebanyak 20 orang dari pihak mitra dan warga sekitar. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Juli sd September 2020. Hasil kegiatan ini meliputi: 1) terdesiminasinya teknologi automatic liquid steering machine kepada mitra dan masyarakat sekitar Kec. Kampak; 2) pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan teknologi automatic liquid steering machine untuk mitra dan masyarakat sekitar Kec. Kampak; 3) peningkatan omzet/pemasukan mitra; dan 4) peningkatan produk berbasis kearifan lokal di wilayah Jawa Timur. Abstract: In Kampak sub-district, most of the people work as farmers and work as a maker of brown sugar (solid brown sugar) which is a processed product from coconut sap. Cocos nucifera is a multipurpose tree which has long been known as a producer of industrial ingredients. Almost all parts of this tree and its processing can be used. Furthermore, the 2020 PNBP implementation team conducted a survey and observation at one of the developing MSMEs in the Kampak District. The business unit is Mrs. Turiyem's UMKM with the name "UMKM Lumintu". The home industry produces cocos nucifera or coconut juice into various high-value products. The processed products include round brown sugar, boxed brown sugar, candied confectionery, and so on. The main problems of Lumintu UMKM include: (1) difficulty in developing turnover and income; (2) the processing of coconut juice into processed brown sugar products is still done entirely manually (conventional); and (3) the transformation and stirring process takes a relatively long time. In accordance with the fields of most of the 2020 PNBP implementation teams, it was agreed to develop automatic liquid steering machine technology. In principle, the automatic liquid steering machine technology functions as a machine for transforming liquid juice into solid brown sugar using a fully automatic system with 4 stirring blades. This activity is carried out from July to September in Kampak sub-district, Trenggalek. Participants were 25 people from partners and local residents. The results of this activity include: 1) disseminating automatic liquid steering machine technology to partners and communities around the district. Ax; 2) training and assistance in the use of automatic liquid steering machine technology for partners and communities around the district. Ax; 3) increased partner turnover / income; and 4) increasing local wisdom-based products in the East Java region..

Abstract

The presence and role of santri in entrepreneurship can positively influence economic conditions and progress. For this reason, students from the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School have an entrepreneurship program where students are given entrepreneurial knowledge and practice in business units at the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School to foster interest in entrepreneurship among students. This research is quantitative research with path analysis technique or path analysis. The results showed a direct influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial motivation, and there was a direct influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest. There is a direct influence of entrepreneurial motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial knowledge has an indirect influence on interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial motivation. Self-efficacy has an indirect influence on interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial motivation

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini mengimplementasikan metode partisipatoris, yaitu Participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA) terhadap masyarakat Desa Sumberdem, Kabupaten Malang. Pendekatan PRA digunakan sehingga pelaksana mampu mendorong perkembangan usaha desa yang berbasis potensi lokal. Masyarakat Desa Sumberdem perlu didorong untuk turut berpartisipasi dalam proses analisis dan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai taraf hidup dalam konteks personal sehingga mampu menciptakan perencanaan serta eksekusi tindakan. Penerapan metode partisipatoris seperti PRA akan menjadikan tim pelaksana sebagai fasilitator untuk langsung memfasilitasi masyarakat desa dalam penyusunan Community Action Plan (CAP) sehingga mempercepat proses pengembangan desa wisata. Metode PRA menitikberatkan pada Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia (PSDM) dan kontinuitas kegiatan agar menopang kemandirian desa dalam aspek ekonomi. PSDM memanfaatkan pelaksanaan survei, observasi serta workshop/pelatihan kepada masyarakat sasaran dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung serta akumulasi data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi subjek penelitian. Penyelesaian ini termasuk dalam upaya mewujudkan suatu Desa Mandiri melalui berdirinya Desa Wisata Edukasi yang berdasarkan atas kearifan lokal. Pendekatan PRA diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan di Desa Sumberdem serta mempersiapkan desa terkait menuju “Desa Wisata” yang maju.Kata kunci : Participatory Rural Appraisal, Edu-Wisata, Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal, Kampoeng Kopi

Abstract

The city of Kediri has many historical buildings that should be preserved, one of which is located in the Pakelan Village area which was a former Chinatown area in the past. Pakelan Village, Kediri City has tourism potential to be developed with many interesting characteristics such as social life, culture, and several unique buildings, with this uniqueness the tourism potential in Pakelan Village is very large. This potential must be encouraged and developed by the socio-cultural characteristics of the community. The development of sociocultural-based tourism potential through making videos and potential maps is an effort to improve the branding of the tourist area. With service activities from the Malang State University team, they will focus their activities on developing available local wisdom to improve the tourism sector so that it has great competitiveness and is able to become a branding owned by Pakelan Village. In the implementation of tourism branding activities in the Pakelan Village area, involving the Malang State University team who will develop videos and maps of tourism potential. The output of this activity is a final report in the form of the results of the development of the heritage village area of Pakelan Village, Kediri City, and Copyright in the form of videos and maps of tourism potential by carrying out the concept of a sociocultural-based heritage area to improve tourism branding. Kota Kediri memiliki banyak sekali bangunan sejarah yang patut dilestarikan, salah satunya berada di wilayah Kelurahan Pakelan yang merupakan bekas kawasan Pecinan di masa lampau. Kelurahan Pakelan, Kota kediri memiliki potensi wisata untuk dikembangkan dengan banyak karakteristik yang menarik seperti kehidupan sosial, budaya serta beberapa bangunan yang unik, dengan adanya keunikan tersebut potensi pariwisata di Kelurahan Pakelan sangat besar. Potensi ini harus didorong dan dikembangkan sesuai dengan karakteristik sosial budaya masyarakat. Pengembangan potensi wisata berbasis sosioculture melalui pembuatan video dan peta potensi merupakan upaya dalam meningkatkan branding kawasan wisata tesebut. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian dari tim Universitas Negeri Malang akan memfokuskan kegiatannya dengan mengebangkan kearifan lokal yang tersedia untuk meningkatkan sektor pariwisata supaya memiliki daya saing yang besar dan mampu menjadi sebuah branding yang dimiliki oleh Kelurahan Pakelan. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan branding wisata Kawasan Kelurahan Pakelan, dengan melibatkan tim Universitas Negeri Malang yang akan mengembangkan video dan peta potensi wisata. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah laporan akhir yang berupa hasil pengembangan Kawasan kampung heritage Kelurahan Pakelan, Kota kediri dan Hak Cipta beruapa video dan peta potensi wisata dengan mengusung konsep kawasan heritage berbasis socioculture untuk meningkatkan branding wisata.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini sangat meningkat, para guru harus inovatif dalam merancang media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree yang telah diuji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, uji coba pengguna serta mengetahui efektivitas media melalui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MPLB. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menggunakan sintaks dari model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi peneliti menjadi 9 tahapan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree untuk mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi produk dari ahli materi dinyatakan sangat layak, ahli media diperoleh kriteria layak, dan pengguna memperoleh kriteria sangat layak. Hasil belajar pada uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dimana kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik dibuktikan dengan uji independent sample t-test.

Abstract

The BUM Desa organizational apparatus is required to carry out its duties and authorities in a professional, efficient and effective manner, as well as accountable. Accountability is the obligation to provide information including financial information as a form of organizational responsibility. This study aims to analyze the financial accountability practices of BUM Desa Ageng using indicators of financial integrity, disclosure and compliance with laws and regulations. The management of BUM Desa Ageng has good integrity by upholding the values of honesty and ethics, even though the organization runs without SOPs. The financial disclosure of BUM Desa Ageng has not been able to fulfill the preparation of 5 reports according to SAK ETAP. The process of establishing BUM Desa Ageng has implemented accountability practices in the aspect of compliance with laws and regulations, although it still involves village officials as operational implementers of BUM Desa. Keywords: Accountability, Village Owned Enterprises, BUM Desa

Abstract

This research aims to describe an entrepreneurship education model carried out in the boarding school which includes the process of instilling independent values, the management, and the obstacles during the implementation of education model. This research employed qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The participants of this research were the entire stakeholders in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School Malang. The key informants of this research were the leader of the boarding school, teachers, and the students. The data analysis employed 6P simultaneous stages which include approach, discovery, comprehending, conforming, interpreting, and presenting. The research results show that the implementation of entrepreneurship education which applies double-track education model enables students to prepare them entrepreneurship theory in classroom and allows them to acquire actual practices in carrying out business activities in the real-life context. This model, furthermore, allows students to improve their independent thinking and creativity in carrying out business. However, this program has several obstacles to overcome such as a limited movement of students in accessing technology during the study in the boarding school.
