Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UD Rahayu Indah Kediri. Adapun sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang bekerja minimal 2 tahun di UD Rahayu Indah Kediri. Sedangkan metode dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan memakai rumus slovin diperoleh sampel sebesar 171 orang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk teknik penelitian metode kausalitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan bahwa: 1) motivasi kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) disiplin kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan 3) lingkungan kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan 4) motivasi kerja (X1) disiplin kerja (X2)  dan lingkungan kerja (X3) secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan seharusnya mempertahankan motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja karena hal tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The importance of MSMEs for the progress of a region, therefore the Sumber Kembar village apparatus agreed to provide direction to residents to be optimistic in running a business and not give up easily if they fail. The purpose of implementing this community service is to create a marketing strategy to improve MSMEs in the community environment. This activity was carried out at the Rira Liquid Soap and Laundry Dishwashing Soap community business, located in Junrejo sub-district, with several stages of activities including initial identification, analysis and planning, mentoring and implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that Community Service Activities at the "RIRA Dishwashing Soap and Laundry Soap" Business resulted in a NIB Certificate for logo development, a new, more attractive packaging design. Marketing through social media can expand product recognition and marketing reach so that it can increase income from the "RIRA Dishwashing Soap and Laundry Soap" Business which will have an impact on increasing people's purchasing power for household needs, namely dishwashing soap and laundry soap in the Batu city area and its surroundings, especially RIRA Business Owners ". In the future, this business to increase marketing must also be active in using social media

Abstract

Organizational behavior is an interdisciplinary field devoted to understanding and managing employees well. This means that organizational behavior is both research-oriented and application. For this reason, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is needed. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of leader member exchange and OCB. exchange and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. This research method is This research was conducted at PT Power Telecom. Telecom. The number of research samples was 122 people, which were taken using proportional sampling method. Data collection was carried out questionnaire distribution. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that leader member exchange and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Leader member exchange and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Mediation test results test results show that job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of leader member exchange and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
