Abstract

The research method chosen was qualitative, with a descriptive analysis method, because the researcher wanted to analyze based on the teacher's verbal statements from each type of daily test, Mid-Semester Examination (UTS), and Final Semester Examination (UAS). This research aims to describe the results of teacher assessments which are then analyzed and compared with the theory of learning outcomes assessment related to the Benchmark Reference Assessment Approach (PAP) and Norm Reference Assessment (PAN). In the Benchmark Assessment Approach (PAP), teachers are responsible for helping students towards achieving predetermined standards. Students are considered to have graduated if they achieve or exceed the predetermined success criteria. This approach helps teachers design improvement programs and provide consistent feedback to students. On the other hand, the Norm Referenced Assessment Approach (PAN) measures a student's abilities relative to his or her group. PAN considers the normal distribution of students' abilities and places students in certain categories such as "top", "middle", or "bottom". The use of PAN in assessing learning outcomes allows adjustments to pure National Examination scores to improve them. The differences between PAP and PAN include the assessment focus, measurement approach, and assessment objectives. Although both can be used in educational contexts, their application differs depending on the assessment needs. In assessing the results of learning the History of Islamic Culture in Madrasas, the use of PAP and PAN must be adjusted to the characteristics of the students and the learning objectives to be achieved.Top of Form

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka adalah perkembangan kurikulum 2013 yang bertujuan untuk menyempurnakan hasil pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Dalam rancangan ini, pembelajaran disusun berdasarkan hasil evaluasi di awal, tengah, dan akhir pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan asesmen sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka yang diterapkan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Hadits Huta Baringin. Setelah melakukan wawancara dan evaluasi dengan beberapa narasumber yaitu wali kelas dan beberapa siswa kelas X sampai XII, hasilnya 41-65% penilain yang didapatkan siswa, jadi dapat disimpulkan setiap siswa belum mencapai ketuntasan penilain yaang diperlukan dalam pembelajaran, sedangkan untuk assesmen sumatif dengan pendekatan deksripsi memiliki 4 kriteria yang harus dipenuhi siswa namun dalam hal ini hanya 2 kriteria yang dapat dipenuhi oleh siswa dan diharapkan untuk setiap tenaga pendiddik untuk lebih giat menerapkaan assemen sumatif dan formatif dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

The essence of education as stated in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution is to make the life of the nation intelligent. This means creating citizens who have creative and innovative abilities in applying knowledge to overcome various challenges in social, national and state life. The aim of this research is to find out how innovations are carried out by teachers at the Darul Hadits Huta Baringin Private Madrasah Aliyah, especially in fiqh subjects with riba' teaching material. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely field research, which was directly carried out at MAS Darul Hadits Hutabaringin by collecting data through interviews with several sources, including teachers of class XI IPS 1 students who were the target of implementing this strategy. The implementation of the strategy at MAS Darul Hadits Hutabaringin is the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy, by referring to the concepts, researchers see that the implementation of CTL has been successfully carried out at MAS Darul Hadits Huta Baringin with good results. So, to further improve the quality of education there, learning strategies and evaluation must continue to be carried out.
