Abstract

Educational institutions need BSC management to improve the quality of learning so that educational institutions can continue to grow and be measured in accordance with the institution's vision, mission, and goals that have been determined. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with a scientific research approach to Islamic education management. The research results show that school principals formulate strategies through three elements, namely: First, increasing the ability of educators is carried out by analyzing needs in planning, implementing programs, and evaluating development activities. Second, increasing the ability to prepare for developments in information technology by keeping abreast of technological and information developments through training activities, workshops, and peer tutoring. Third, in maintaining the motivation of educators, the principal provides input and appreciation to the teaching staff, while fellow teachers contribute to each other, providing enthusiasm to become even better.

Abstract

Learning Management at the Ash-Shiddiqiyyah and Al-Hidayat Berjan Islamic Boarding Schools, Gebang District, Purworejo Regency. This research aims to determine the uniqueness of education management in two Islamic boarding schools that have different teachers, but carry out activities together, even though in general different Islamic boarding schools will hold their own learning. In this research, the author used a qualitative method with a field research approach. The data analysis used is using interactive model analysis from Miles and Huberman with data reduction, data presentation and providing conclusions. The results of this research are that these two Islamic boarding schools are two different and independent Islamic boarding schools, it's just that in implementing learning, they still do it together, this is because these two Islamic boarding schools complement each other, Al-Hidayat does not accept male students and Ash-Shiddiqiyyah does not accept female students so it allows them to walk together. Planning, implementation and evaluation are carried out jointly, although at Al-hidayat Islamic Boarding School there are several activities that are carried out independently, apart from that, Al-Hidayat Islamic Boarding School also has a tahfidz program which is not carried out at As-Shiddiqiyyah Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah mengenai kesulitan siswa dalam pembelajaran praktikum akuntansi lembaga/instansi pemerintah dengan menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis flipbook serta meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam membuat bahan ajar berbasis elektronik. Studi dilakukan terhadap 20 siswa dan 2 guru dari 2 SMK di Kota Surabaya selama periode November-Desember 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebesar 40 % dan efisiensi waktu pembelajaran sebesar 30 % dibandingkan metode konvensional. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna mencapai 90 % untuk siswa dan 80 % untuk guru.
