Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the village head's efforts to increase community participation in Kepanjenkidul Village, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar Regency. Research Method: This research, based on the location of the data source, is included in the field research category, and in terms of the characteristics of the data, it is included in qualitative research, based on the discussion, it includes descriptive research using a case study approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: The village head's innovation in increasing community participation in development in Kepanjenkidul Village, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar Regency is carried out by: a) always holding meetings with the community to discuss activities that need to be carried out, b) reprimanding people who are less active in participating in development activities in the village, c) Giving awards to people who are active in village development, namely giving tasks in village management, d) Firmness in leading village communities. The impact of the village head in increasing community participation in Kepanjenkidul Village, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar Regency, namely: a) Changes in the environment to improve the standard of living of the community, so that all access is easy for the community, so that the economy can run smoothly, b) Implementation of village development will increase to provide benefits. best for the community, all access is easy for the community, so the economy can run smoothly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the five dimensions of service quality on patient satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. And to find out which variables have the most dominant influence on satisfaction. The research was conducted at the Outpatient Health Center Kepanjenkidul Blitar. The method used in this research is quantitative. The independent variables in this research are Tangible, Emphaty, Responsiveness, Reability, and Assurance. The dependent variable is patient satisfaction. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression and uses SPSS version 20 for Windows statistical analysis tools. The results found that all variables had a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously. The Empathy variable is the variable that has the dominant influence on satisfaction.

Abstract

The emergence of the doom spending phenomenon is triggered by anxiety and uncertainty about the future, particularly during crises such as pandemics or economic instability. However, the literature addressing the mitigation of doom spending through digital financial literacy remains very limited. Previous studies have primarily focused on traditional financial literacy without considering its digital components. This article presents a novel approach by integrating digital financial literacy, including access to information, application evaluation, and risk management, as a tool to mitigate doom spending. Using a narrative literature review approach, this study examines the relevance of Behavioral Finance Theory, Protection Motivation Theory, and Theory of Planned Behavior to understand the relationship between digital financial literacy and the transformation of impulsive thinking into rational financial decision-making. The analysis reveals that digital financial literacy plays a crucial role in enhancing perceived behavioral control, reducing the risks of destructive spending, and strengthening individuals’ financial resilience. This study also recommends longitudinal research to evaluate the long-term impact of digital financial literacy, as well as interdisciplinary explorations integrating social and cultural factors in the mitigation of doom spending. These findings offer significant new insights for policymakers, financial practitioners, and academics to address the challenges of the digital economy in the future.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of the dynamic relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), political connections, and sustainability. CSR has evolved from philanthropy to an important business strategy, driven by consumer demands and government regulations. Political connections influence the implementation of CSR, either facilitating or hindering it, depending on a country's governance system. Sustainability, measured by ESG pillars, is essential for competitiveness and long-term performance. Using the PRISMA and VOSviewer methodologies, 87 documents from Scopus were analyzed, revealing a significant increase in publications since 2019, with China and Indonesia as the main contributors. These findings identify 23 topic clusters, highlighting government interventions, green innovation, and sustainability reporting in enhancing CSR performance and corporate sustainability. This research provides significant theoretical and practical contributions to the CSR literature.

Abstract

Di era digital yang penuh tantangan dan persaingan global, kemampuan untuk membangun citra diri yang positif melalui personal branding serta keterampilan memasarkan diri menjadi kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki oleh generasi muda, khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Sayangnya, masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya strategi personal branding sejak dini, padahal hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap peluang kerja, jenjang karier, dan keberhasilan dalam dunia kewirausahaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Malang dengan tujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada siswa mengenai cara mengenali potensi diri; memberikan pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan media sosial secara strategis; serta mendorong siswa menyusun strategi pemasaran diri sesuai tujuan karier mereka. Metode kegiatan mencakup studi pendahuluan, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah, sosialisasi, serta pengukuran dampak kegiatan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert kepada 49 responden. Hasil sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 11,8%, dari skor rata-rata 3,39 menjadi 3,98. Selain itu, siswa juga menyatakan bahwa materi yang disampaikan sangat bermanfaat (skor 4,27) dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka (skor 4,10). Dengan demikian, sosialisasi personal branding dan strategi pemasaran diri menjadi salah satu solusi strategis dalam membekali siswa SMK agar lebih siap bersaing di dunia profesional yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping the way today’s consumers manage their finances, encouraging spending patterns that mirror compulsive buying behaviour oniomania. This study therefore examines how financial literacy influences such compulsive consumption in the context of an increasingly technology‑driven era. Guided by the PICOC framework, this review systematically analyzed six relevant academic articles using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Findings indicated that a combination of psychosocial factors such as stress along with a need for social validation, coupled with incentivized digital engagement like tailored ads, online shopping deals, and BNPL payment options contributed to oniomania. Additionally, the components of financial literacy such as knowledge, attitudes towards finance and budgeting skills contributed positively by reducing the likelihood to engage in compulsive consumption. These findings underscored the need for immediate action towards policy change focusing on providing integrated tech-based financial education and developing more responsible digitized financial tools. The review lays down useful concepts for programmatic strategies directed at legislation meant to nurture healthier and sustainability-oriented regimes of digital consumption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur biaya pakan serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat profitabilitas usaha bebek pedaging pada dua peternak di Kabupaten Blitar. Usaha bebek pedaging merupakan salah satu subsektor agribisnis yang memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi, namun sangat bergantung pada efisiensi biaya produksi, terutama biaya pakan yang dapat mencapai lebih dari 60% dari total biaya usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memperoleh gambaran mendalam mengenai kondisi riil di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi terhadap kedua peternak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peternak A yang menggunakan kombinasi pakan lokal mampu menekan biaya pakan hingga 58,4% dari total biaya produksi, menghasilkan R/C Ratio sebesar 1,36 dan ROI sebesar 31,7%. Sebaliknya, Peternak B yang bergantung pada pakan pabrikan memiliki proporsi biaya pakan 67,2%, dengan R/C Ratio 1,21 dan ROI 18,4%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi penggunaan pakan lokal sebagai strategi meningkatkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas usaha bebek pedaging skala kecil.
