Abstract

The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Abstract

Management is important in all areas of life. With management, an organization's performance can run optimally. Likewise with educational institutions. With good management, an educational institution will be able to develop optimally as expected. In the world of education, the quality of school management will depend on a school principal who plays the role of manager and as a manager, the school principal has a big responsibility in managing, coordinating, mobilizing and harmonizing all educational resources in his school. This is where the essence is that the principal must be able to carry out the role of principal and have abilities in the field of school management. The principal is the administrator who holds the key to improving the progress of the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and activities on employee performance at the Jombang Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study found 159 employees while the sample found 50 respondents using a representative formula. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the compensation variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while the variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and activity variables have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of KPP Pratama Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained are 0.402 or 40.2%, which means that the contribution of the Motivation and Work Discipline variable to employee performance is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication on organizational citizenship behavior. The research method used is a quantitative method with a cross-section approach and data is obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the number of samples used was 60 respondents. In the hypothesis of this study, it is to determine the influence of independent and bound variables both partially and simultaneously, so that the tests that are rigorously tested are descriptive analysis of classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Statistics 23 application. The results of the study showed that: 1) Emotional intelligence had a positive but insignificant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of the student organization 2) Interpersonal communication had a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of the student organization 3) Emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication had a simultaneous effect on the organizational citizenship behavior student organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership styles and working motivation in improving teacher work discipline in Madrasah Tsanawiah (Mts) Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. The research method used a qualitative method with data collection observation, interviews and documentation involving directly to the principal headmaster and teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiah (Mts) Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that in improving teacher work discipline in Madrasah Tsanawiah (Mts) Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon, the principal applies a democratic leadership style and intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
