Abstract

Ketersediaan biji coklat memberikan kesempatan bagi pelaku usaha mikro membuka peluang usaha yang signifikan bagi masyarakat setempat. Tanaman kakao, sebagai penghasil biji coklat tidak terlalu sulit untuk akses sebagai bahan baku di sekitar wilayah Mojokerto. Namun, olahan coklat di wilayah ini masih minim, sehingga diperlukan diversifikasi produk, seperti brownies coklat, dengan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran brownies coklat melalui analisis SWOT. Sistem pemasaran di Wisata Desa menggunakan pemasaran langsung melalui penjualan di tempat industri dan pemasaran tidak langsung dengan menyalurkan produk ke Kampung Coklat sebagai mitra kerja. Kekuatan produk brownies coklat di Wisata Desa terletak pada kualitas produk dan pelayanan pelanggan, sementara kelemahannya mencakup administrasi keuangan yang tidak tertulis, ketiadaan investor yang menghambat pengembangan usaha, dan kurangnya media promosi visual seperti iklan. Peluang terbesar adalah menguasai pasar lokal karena minimnya produk sejenis di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Namun, ancaman terbesar adalah fluktuasi harga bahan baku telur dan masa kadaluarsa produk yang singkat. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan Wisata Desa dalam mengembangkan produk brownies coklat adalah dengan mengandalkan keunggulan produk.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice compensation, commitment and work discipline towards employee work performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to employees in CV. Nursa Prima Mojokerto. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to see the influence of the independent variables (distributive justice compensation, commitment and work discipline) on the dependent variable (work performance). The research results show that these three independent variables significantly increase work performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the company needs to pay attention to aspects of fairness in providing compensation, improve work discipline, and build employee commitment to improve work performance. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of effective human resource management strategies in the company.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the influence of organizational development and social capital on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. To analyze and describe resistance to change moderating the influence of organizational development and social capital on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. The population in this study were KPP Pratama Demak employees. The sample for this research was all KPP Pratama Demak employees, totaling 75 employees. Sampling was taken using census sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that organizational development has a positive effect on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. Social capital has a positive effect on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. Resistance to change was unable to moderate the influence of organizational development on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees. Resistance to change was unable to moderate the influence of social capital on the performance of KPP Pratama Demak employees.
