Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of social media analytics (AMS) to strengthen brand image and gather market information, specifically in the context of Toraja Coffee products. The aim is to understand consumer needs, improve brand image, and support coffee MSMEs in the Salubarani area, Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi. Through this AMS, it is expected that coffee MSMEs can improve their market knowledge, brand image, and contribution to the local economy. This research was conducted in Salubarani Village, located in Gandangbatu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi. This research relies on two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The use of purposive sampling technique helped in the selection of informants who met the predetermined criteria. The data collection methods applied in this research include observation, interview, and documentation. The results confirmed that social media analysis is crucial in designing marketing strategies and improving the brand image of Toraja coffee. By understanding consumer preferences through social media platforms, companies can evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify market opportunities, and strengthen brand image. Findings also show that social media plays a crucial role in influencing purchasing decisions and strengthening customer loyalty. In the context of Toraja coffee, social media analytics is a critical success factor in marketing and brandingThe use of Social Media Analytics (AMS) provides great benefits for companies in gaining market intelligence and strengthening brand image. AMS enables customization of marketing strategies, competitor mapping, and identification of hidden opportunities. However, effective use requires a robust IT infrastructure and a well-trained team. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah para konsumen pengguna aplikasi Shopee, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa variabel digital marketing, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Hasil uji simultan dalam penelitian bahwa digital marketing, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna aplikasi Shopee. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui hasil nilai R Square dibuktikan dengan hasil sebesar 45,8%. Sisanya sebesar 54,2% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini misalnya harga, lokasi dan promosi dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Industrial Revolution 4.0 on traditional occupations in Bali, employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. A diverse sample of 250 individuals engaged in agriculture, crafts, and tourism provides insights into the multifaceted nature of Bali's traditional job sectors. The measurement model assessment confirms the reliability and validity of latent variables, including technological adoption, changes in employment patterns, income levels, and community adaptation efforts. The structural model analysis reveals a positive influence of technological adoption on changes in employment patterns and income levels, indicating transformative opportunities within traditional occupations. However, challenges arise in maintaining income equity amidst shifts in employment patterns. The study also highlights the proactive response of communities, with technological adoption positively correlating with effective adaptation efforts. The model fit and sensitivity analysis affirm the robustness of the findings. This research contributes nuanced insights for policymakers and community leaders navigating the intersection of tradition and technological progress in Bali's evolving socio-economic landscape.

Abstract

Analisis Big Data telah menjadi fokus utama dalam dunia bisnis untuk mengungkap pola, tren, dan wawasan yang berharga dari jumlah data yang besar dan kompleks. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tren yang muncul dalam analisis Big Data serta peluang yang dihadirkannya bagi intelijen bisnis. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk menelaah dan menganalisis studi literatur melalui library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa tren yang muncul dalam analisis Big Data, termasuk penggunaan teknik analisis data canggih seperti machine learning dan data mining, integrasi sumber data yang beragam, dan peningkatan fokus pada analisis real-time. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi berbagai peluang yang ditawarkan oleh analisis Big Data dalam konteks intelijen bisnis, seperti kemampuan untuk meramalkan tren pasar, mendeteksi anomali, dan meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Dengan memanfaatkan tren ini, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan strategi bisnis mereka, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan mereka. Namun, tantangan seperti privasi data, keamanan informasi, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi juga perlu diatasi agar implementasi analisis Big Data dapat sukses.
