Abstract

[ENGLISH]Chili is one of the horticultural commodities which have high economic value and have a large export opportunities. The development of technology makes great chili farming business will be more profitable. The purpose of research to determine the interaction between fertilizer dosing ZA and pruning time of lateral shoots that are most influential to the outcome and quality of hot pepper. Factorial (3 x 3) research carried out using Random Design Group. The first factor is the fertilizer doses studied with 3 threshold ZA covers: N1, N2, and N3, respectively 14, 28, and 42 grams per plant. The second factor is the time of pruning with 3 degrees include: W1, W2, and W3, each for 0, 15, and 25 days after planting. The results showed that the combination treatment of ZA 28 gram per plant and prunning of lateral shoots in 15 dat tend to the best result on the yield and quality of chilli. Keywords: Chilli; ZA Fertilizer Dose; Nitrogen; Pruning.  [INDONESIAN] Cabai merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi serta memiliki peluang eksport yang besar. Perkembangan teknologi menjadikan usaha pertanian cabai besar akan semakin menguntungkan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui interaksi antara pemberian dosis pupuk ZA dan waktu pewiwilan tunas lateral yang berpengaruh paling baik terhadap hasil dan kualitas cabai besar. Penelitian faktorial (3x3) dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Faktor pertama yang diteliti adalah dosis pupuk ZA dengan 3 taraf yang meliputi: N1, N2, dan N3 ,masing-masing 14, 28, dan 42 gram per tanaman. Faktor kedua adalah waktu pewiwilan dengan 3 taraf meliputi: W1, W2, dan W3, masing- masing untuk 0, 15, dan 25 hari setelah tanam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan ZA 28g/tanaman dan pewiwilan tunas lateral umur 15 hari setelah tanam cenderung memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap hasil dan kualitas cabai besar. Abstract

Streptococcosis adalah penyakit penting pada ikan Nila yang disebabkan oleh Streptococcus agalactiae. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menentukan keefektifanvaksin Streptococcus agalactiae melalui perendaman dan penyuntikan intraperitoneal untuk pencegahan Streptococcosis pada ikan Nila. Percobaan vaksinasi telah dilakukan melalui perendaman dan penyuntikan secara intraperitoneal ke dalam ikan dengan konsentrasi 107 cells/mL, 106 cells/mL, 104 cells/mL, dan kontrol. Ikan kontrol disuntik dengan BHIB (Brain Heart Infusion Broth). Ikan uji ditantang melalui suntikan intraperitoneal pada dosis 103 cfu/mLStreptococcus agalactiae. Hasil penelitian tidak memperlihatkan perbedaan nyata diantara perlakuan terhadap kelangsungan hidup ikan. Ini disebabkan oleh karena konsentrasi uji tantang tidak disebabkan oleh pengaruh LD50 utama. Nilai titer antibodi memperlihatkan respon imun yang ditandai dengan penggumpalan darah. Gejala klinis yang teramati dimulai 72 jam pasca uji tantang ditandai dengan perubahan waarna tubuh dan berenang di daras  akuarium. Kematian ikan dimulai 96 jam setelah uji tantang. Vaksin Streptococcus agalactiae melalui perendaman suntikan intraperitoneal injection belum cukup efektif untuk mencegah ikan Nila LARASATI terhadap Streptococcosis.Kata kunci : Streptococcus agalactiae, vaksin, imersi, penyuntikan intraperitoneal

Abstract

This paper discusses how to obtain a polynomial solution of linear Fredhlom integrodifferential equation with constant coefficients using a matrix method. The Linear Fredhlom integro-differential equation with constant coefficients and its initialboundary conditions are tranformed into a matrix, resulting a system of linear equations. Polynomial solutions of linear Fredhlom integro-differential is obtained by solving the system of linear equations.

Abstract

BO'Coffee is a business in the culinary sector where every day there are buying and selling transactions which of course record all types of sales transactions. The operational system used still uses manual methods which are considered vulnerable to errors in ordering and payment. This research uses the Laravel framework based on the prototype method. The aim is to increase operational efficiency through digitizing transaction processes and stock management. The prototype method was chosen because of its ability to develop iteratively and be responsive to user needs. The designed application offers convenience in managing transactions, monitoring inventory and real-time financial reporting. Test results show significant improvements in transaction time efficiency and data accuracy, supporting more effective decision making, the application functions well in all aspects tested, and all expected features can operate in accordance with the design and specifications that have been determined.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a system for monitoring wind speed and direction on the Suramadu Bridge using an SMS Gateway based on a microcontroller. The system is designed to monitor wind conditions in real time and provide accurate information to users. Wind speed and direction sensors are installed on the bridge and connected to a microcontroller. Data obtained from the sensors is processed by the microcontroller and sent via an SMS Gateway for user access. Testing is conducted to ensure the system accuracy in measuring wind speed and direction, as well as its ability to deliver timely information via SMS. The results show that this system is effective in monitoring wind conditions on the Suramadu Bridge with adequate accuracy and accessibility of information through the SMS Gateway. This research contributes to the development of environmental monitoring systems that can be used in risk management and infrastructure security.

Abstract

Mahseer (Neolissochilus soro) grows and develops in Indonesian lakes and rivers. However, in line with the increase in population, the pollution load that enters water bodies is increasing due to anthropogenic activities along the river. One of the chemicals that can potentially be a source of water pollution is Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate (LAS). This study aims to determine the lethal toxicity of LAS surfactant to mahseer and to analyze the sub-lethal effect of this surfactant on the biological, physiological, and histological conditions of mahseer seeds. Parameters studied included lethal toxicity (LC50), sub-lethal toxicity, and biological, histological, and hematological conditions. The results showed that the LAS surfactant had an LC50-96 hour value of 6.14 mg/L in mahseer and was classified as highly toxic. Fish exposed to LAS for 40 days experienced a decrease in specific growth rate and feed efficiency as the surfactant concentration increased. Exposure to LAS also decreases the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and blood sugar levels while increasing the number of leukocytes. There was also damage to the gills of fish exposed to LAS. In general, the sub-lethal concentration of LAS negatively affected mahseer seeds.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an important milestone in the transformation of education in madrasah ibtidaiyah, encouraging the need to improve the quality of teachers through directed training. The background of the adoption of the Merdeka Curriculum lies in changing the learning paradigm towards an inclusive approach, integrating national values without setting aside the substance of religious education. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of teacher training on the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research method uses a literature study approach and analyzes various sources relevant to the context of teacher training and the adoption of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah. In this study, it is presented that teacher training has a significant impact. Teachers who receive directed training are able to better apply Merdeka Curriculum concepts, improve teaching quality, and create a more dynamic learning environment. The results show that teacher training directly contributes to improving their understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum concept, improving skills in designing lessons that are in line with the demands of the new curriculum, and having a positive impact on student achievement. Improved learning quality, collaboration between teachers, and readiness to deal with change are the visible results of investing in teacher training in the context of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This confirms that teacher training is not only a necessity, but also a necessity in realizing adaptive and inclusive education.

Abstract

This research was done in order to determine the effect of endosulfan biaccumulation on the growth of carp (Cyprinus carpio). This research was conducted in 40 l of glass aquaria, the initial weight of carp was 0.81±0.098 g/fish, and the pesticide endosulfan with active ingredient of 350 g/l was used as test solution. Preliminary research was conducted with bioassay test to assess  LC50-96h of endosulfan for  carp, and then the fish were exposed to some series of exposure concentration, those are  10; 30; and 50% of LC50-96h value or 0.24; 0.72; and 1.2 mg/l for 12 weeks. Endosulfan residue analysis in the water and the body of the fish was conducted after: 0, 4, 12, 24, 48, 96, 144, 192, 264 of exposure hours by using liquid gas chromatography (LGC). Body weight of fish was measured weekly. This study resulted that endosulfan was very toxic to the carp with LC50-96h value was 2.42 (2.206-2.652) mg/l. Endosulfan bioaccumulation of exposure concentration of  0.24; 0.72; and 1.20 mg/l were 67.93; 119.21; and 141.19 mg/kg respectively. Bioaccumulation of 119,21mg/kg   significantly inhibit the growth of carp. Keywords: endosulfan, bioaccumulation, growth, carp   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biakumulasi insektisida endosulfan terhadap pertumbuhan ikan mas. Wadah penelitian berupa akuarium kaca, hewan uji adalah ikan mas berukuran 0,81±0,098 g/ekor, bahan uji berupa formulasi insektisida dengan bahan aktif endosulfan 350 g/l. penelitian diawali dengan uji hayati untuk menentukan nilai LC50-96 jam endosulfan terhadap ikan mas, selanjutnya dilakukan pemaparan ikan mas selama 12 minggu dalam air dengan konsentrasi endosulfan yang berbeda, yaitu: 10, 30, dan 50% dari nilai LC50-96 jam atau sebesar 0,24; 0,72; dan 1,20  mg/l. Analisis residu endosulfan dalam sample air dan ikan dilakukan setelah waktu pemaparan 0, 4, 12, 24, 48, 96, 144, 192, dan 264 jam dengan menggunakan kromatografi gas cair (GC), pengukuran bobot ikan dilakukan setiap minggu dengan menimbang berat total. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insektisida endosulfan sangat toksik terhadap ikan mas dengan nilai LC50-96 jam sebesar 2,42 (2,206-2,652) mg/l, bioakumulasi endosulfan pada konsentrasi perlakuan 0,24; 0,72; dan 1,20 mg/l secara berturut-turut adalah 67.93; 119,21; and 141,19 mg/kg. Abstract

The Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Jakarta has recently come under public scrutiny due to various issues, including allegations of corruption and dissatisfaction among business operators regarding the services provided, which indicate problems in employee performance effectiveness. The implementation of training programs and the low work motivation of employees have also affected work outcomes, as evidenced by delays in program completion and poor adherence to attendance standards. This study is crucial for understanding how training and work motivation can enhance employee performance effectiveness, contributing to the optimal achievement of organizational goals. This research will be conducted at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Jakarta from May to July 2024, using a quantitative descriptive approach. The location was chosen for its relevance to the research focus, which aims to examine the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance effectiveness. The research sample consists of 22 respondents, with training (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent variables, and employee performance effectiveness (Y) as the dependent variable. The analysis results show that training (X1) has a 58.7% influence on employee performance effectiveness at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Jakarta, while work motivation (X2) has a 39.3% influence. Simultaneously, both variables affect employee performance effectiveness by 44.2%.

Abstract

Di dunia industri pangan, pengawasan mutu pangan adalah hal yang mutlak harus diperhatikan. Semua aspek yang berkaitan dengan management keamanan pangan telah diatur oleh system HACCP (Hazard AnalysisCritical Point) salah satunya adalah proses pembersihan alatproduksi atau CIP (Cleaning In Place). Ada beberapaparameter yang harus dikontrol dalam proses CIP,diantaranya suhu dan konsentrasi bahan chemical yangdigunakan. Penggunaan metode pembersihan secara manualmempunyai banyak resiko, terkontaminasinya prodakkarena adanya deposit akibat dari proses CIP yang tidakstandar, tercampurnya prodak dengan bahan chemicalkarena kesalahan dalam membuka atau memasang valve dll.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuahsystem cleaning in place agar meminimalisir resikokesalahan pada saat proses CIP dan memonitoringparameter suhu dan konsentrasi bahan chemical. Pada alatini pengontrolan parameter cleaning in place pada saat proses CIP berlangsung, parameter yang terbaca akan dikirim ke web melalui internet dengan menggunakan module wifi pada ESP32 untuk dijadikan database dan ditampilkan secara realtime pada halaman web. Hasil pembacaan tersebut dapat diakases kapan pun dan dimana saja pada halaman web, tampilan web berupa grafik agarmempermudah pembacaan dan dapat didownload untuk keperluan dokumentasi.
