Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja (TPAK), derajat kesehatan dan tingkat pendidikan di Provinsi Jambi, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja (TPAK), derajat kesehatan dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jambi. Alat analisis penelitian menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan bahwa variabel tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, derajat kesehatan dan tingkat pendidikan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jambi. Sedangkan secara pasrial hanya variabel tingkat pendidikan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jambi, sementara variabel TPAK dan derajat kesehatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan uji determinasi bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 56,1 persen variasi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jambi dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas dalam model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of TPAK and inflation on economic growth in Jambi Province in 2013 - 2022. The object of this research is TPAK and inflation as well as economic growth in Jambi Province. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive quantitative and the analytical tools used in this research are hypothesis testing (f test, t test), multiple linear analysis, R square coefficient of determination test, all data is processed using SPSS. The results of this research reveal the R-square value or coefficient of determination 0.247, which means that the influence of TPAK and inflation in Jambi Province can have an ability of 24.7% in explaining economic growth in Jambi Province, while (100% - 24.7% = 75.3%) is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. The significant test carried out on the TPAK (X1) table is seen from the t-count and t-table values. From the results of the regression carried out, it was obtained that the t-count value was -0.205 and the t-table value was 2.365, so the t-count value < t-table ( -0.205 < 2.365) with a probability sig value of 0.843 > 0.05. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that TPAK has no influence and is not significant on economic growth in Jambi Province. The significant test carried out on the Inflation variable (X2) can be seen from the t-count and t-table values. From the results of the regression carried out, it was obtained that the t-count value was 927 and the t-table value was 2.365, so the t-count value < t-table (927 < 2.365) with a probability value of Sig 0.385 > 0.05. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that inflation has no influence and is not significant on economic growth (Y) in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the phenomenon of scarcity of cooking oil supply in Indonesia in 2022 using a descriptive analysis model through published data where the findings of this study are the cause of the scarcity of Indonesian cooking oil supply in general, due to producers experiencing a decline in marketing cooking oil in the country, the price of CPO in Indonesia. the world market  is  experiencing  price  increases,  the  B30  Program  is  a  government program to make it mandatory to mix 30 percent diesel with 70 percent diesel fuel. There is a shift towards biodiesel production. The third factor is the unfinished condition of the Covid-19 pandemic So that the right solution to overcome  the  scarcity  of  cooking  oil  is  to  maintain  the  stability  of  CPO production and the prevailing pricing mechanism and by strengthening the role of BULOG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemiskinan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Kota Jambi serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemiskinan dan jumlah pengangguran terhadap IPM di Kota Jambi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kemiskinan dan pengangguran secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IPM, dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara parsial, hanya variabel kemiskinan yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM, dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,00, yang juga lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sementara itu, pengangguran tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM karena nilai probabilitasnya sebesar 0,531, yang lebih besar dari 0,05.

Abstract

Dosen adalah pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan yang tugas utamanya mentransformasikan, mengembangkan, dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni melalui pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sertifikasi dosen adalah proses pemberian sertifikat pendidik kepada dosen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dosen untuk mendorong mereka untuk terus meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka. Sertifikat pendidik yang diberikan kepada dosen sebagai bagian dari proses sertifikasi merupakan bukti formal pengakuan dosen sebagai tenaga profesional pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD)/Laporan Kinerja Dosen (LKD) bagi dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi (UM Jambi) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan dosen untuk dapat menyelesaikan Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD)/Laporan Kinerja Dosen (LKD) setiap semester sesuai pedoman BKD/LKD 2019. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Provincial Minimum Wage, Human Development Index and Investment on Unemployment in Jambi Province. The research method used in this research is a secondary data analysis method with a quantitative approach. Research results: Partially, the provincial minimum wage (X2) has a significant and positive effect on unemployment in Jambi Province and investment (X4) has a significant and negative effect on unemployment in Jambi Province, while gross regional domestic product (X1) and human development index (X3) capital expenditure do not significant effect on unemployment in Jambi Province. However, together Gross Regional Domestic Product (X1), Provincial Minimum Wage (X2), Human Development Index (X3) and Investment (X4) have a significant effect on unemployment in Jambi Province with an R-square value of 74.50 percent during the period 2010-2022

Abstract

This PKM activity was carried out at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi in the form of material presentations or lectures and discussions regarding the Introduction to Financial Technology (FinTech). In this PKM activity, Rian Dani, M.E., Dr. Agesha Marsyaf and Iqra Wiarta, M.M. act as Speaker. Participants in this PKM activity are students who have passed the 2023 Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW). The method used in this training is the Lecture Method. The lecture method is a method where the trainer verbally describes or explains to the training participants. Participants have an understanding of Financial Technology (FinTech) such as Crowdfunding, Microfinancing, P2P Lending Service, Market Comparison and Digital Payment Systems. This is marked by an understanding discussion and questions and answers conducted between the participants and the presenters.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity is carried out for MSME Actors in Regency/City in Jambi Province. The preparation of company financial reports is carried out in a certain period. Usually companies make financial reports when their company's accounting period enters the end. This accounting period is determined by each company. Some are done at the end of the year, some are done every few months. Through the Simple Financial Report Preparation Training, it is hoped that it will help MSME partners manage their business financial reports. And will increase Capability, namely improving the Recording of Financial Reports and Transactions manually to be fast and accurate. Hopefully, with this preparation training, you will gain insight, knowledge and understanding of the basics of proper financial management and including how to make a budget.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Desa Trangsan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, khususnya terkait branding produk dan penggunaan titik koordinat lokasi usaha. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program ini meliputi sosialisasi, wawancara, serta pendampingan secara langsung melalui kunjungan door-to-door. Hasil program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya branding produk yang efektif dan pemanfaatan Google Maps untuk menampilkan lokasi usaha mereka secara tepat. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat mendorong peningkatan daya saing UMKM di era digital sekaligus berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Kata kunci: branding produk, UMKM, teknologi digital, titik koordinat, pemasaran.
