Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan masyarakat yang dipengaruhi oleh persimpangan informasi yang didapatkannya terkait dengan penggunaan masker dimana pihak pemerintah sudah mengizinkan masyarakat untuk melepaskan masker, sedangkan masih banyak media dan lembaga yang malah mengharuskan pengguanaan masker di berbagai tempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana poster penggunaan masker di media sosial instagram memiliki dampak terhadap disonansi kognitif masyarakat pengguna instagram kecamatan Garut Kota.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 point yang berasal dari dimensi kedua variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Tata letak poster penggunaan masker di akun media sosial Instagram @satgasperubahanperilaku memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap sikap disonansi kognitif masyarakat di kecamatan Garut Kota.

Abstract

Abstrak. Perkembangan anak usia dini, terutama pada masa bayi, sangat dipengaruhi oleh stimulasi optimal, salah satunya melalui sensory play yang melibatkan panca indera. Keterlibatan orang tua dalam pengelolaan sensory play, khususnya dalam aspek komunikasi, sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan manfaatnya bagi perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menganalisis bentuk keterlibatan komunikasi orang tua dalam aktivitas sensory play pada bayi berusia 6-12 bulan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga orang tua yang aktif terlibat dalam sensory play. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi video, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data. Hasil menunjukkan bentuk keterlibatan komunikasi orang tua meliputi komunikasi verbal (penamaan objek, deskripsi tekstur), nonverbal (ekspresi wajah, kontak mata), dan responsif (tanggapan terhadap inisiatif anak). Keterlibatan ini berdampak positif pada perkembangan anak dalam aspek kognitif, bahasa, sosial-emosional, serta motorik halus dan kasar. Kesimpulannya, keterlibatan komunikasi orang tua dalam sensory play sangat penting untuk perkembangan bayi. Abstract. Early childhood development, especially during infancy, is significantly influenced by optimal stimulation, one of which is sensory play that engages the senses. Parental involvement in managing sensory play, particularly in communication aspects, is crucial for maximizing its benefits for child development. This study analyzes the forms of parental communication involvement in sensory play activities for infants aged 6-12 months. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the subjects consisted of three parents actively engaged in sensory play. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and video documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques. The results showed that forms of parental communication involvement included verbal communication (naming objects, describing textures), nonverbal communication (facial expressions, eye contact), and responsive communication (responses to children's initiatives). This involvement positively impacts children's development in cognitive, language, social-emotional, as well as fine and gross motor aspects. In conclusion, parental communication involvement in sensory play is essential for infant development.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a jazz singer named Tulus from Bandung, whose song went viral in March 2022. “Hati-Hati di Jalan” managed to occupy the 42 Global Top 50 on Spotify. This indicates that the song is worldwide and enjoyed by global listeners, including the millennial generation. According to Chart Data, the Indonesian song managed to become the first in history to occupy that position. The presence of viral marketing can also help Spotify to introduce its songs more effectively, massively and quickly to the millennial generation. The purpose of this study was to find out how high the influence of viral marketing for the song "Hati Hati di Jalan" by Tulus on the Spotify application on the millennial generation's buying interest on Instagram. This study uses a quantitative approach based on the philosophy of positivism. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression which is processed using the SPSS Statistic version 27 program. The results of this study indicate that the high influence of viral marketing for the song "Hati Hati di Jalan" by Tulus on the Spotify application on the millennial generation's buying interest on Instagram is 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study analyzes the lyrics of Sal Priadi's song "Gala Bunga Matahari" using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. Music, as a universal language, allows for the conveyance of emotional messages and deep ideas through its lyrics. The study aims to identify signs within the song's lyrics and analyze the denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings of these signs. The method employed is a qualitative approach with descriptive interpretative analysis, involving documentation study techniques to gather data. Barthes' semiotic analysis is used to identify signs and explore their literal and symbolic meanings. The analysis reveals that sunflowers, plant language, and milk serve as symbols with rich meanings, conveying themes of longing, hope, and the desire to reunite. This symbolism enhances the understanding of the song's emotional narrative and resonates with listeners. The study provides deep insights into the meaning of "Gala Bunga Matahari" and its contribution to music and literary studies

Abstract

Abstract This study comprehensively examines the campaign efforts of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Garut Regency in combating drug abuse through a multi-strategy approach encompassing Soft Power, Hard Power, and Smart Power. This study seeks to understand the effectiveness, challenges, and opportunities of the BNN's campaign strategy This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with three informants selected based on purposive sampling, and observations of BNN Garut's campaign activities, particularly social media management and media capacity building workshops conducted by BNN Garut Regency. The results show that the strategy in the campaign through media capacity building has been successful in increasing public awareness. This is because the main challenges in BNN campaigns have been related to broader community outreach, uneven program implementation, and low collaboration across sectors and media. The role of media, both conventional and digital, has proven vital in disseminating educational messages and mobilizing the community. However, the findings of this study also indicate the need for increased active involvement and strategic synergy to make campaign messages more effective and sustainable. An innovative approach that integrates technology, community empowerment, and cross-sector collaboration is key to long-term success in realizing a Shining Indonesia. This study recommends the need for continuous capacity building for media personnel and journalists, the development of interactive digital platforms, and the optimization of collaboration between the government, the community, and the media to expand the reach and deepen the impact of the anti-drug campaign in Garut and the surrounding area. Keywords: Garut national narcotics agency; media personnel; campaign strategy; war on drugs.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji secara komprehensif upaya kampanye Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kabupaten Garut dalam memerangi penyalahgunaan narkoba melalui pendekatan multi-strategi yang meliputi Soft Power, Hard Power, dan Smart Power. Penelitian ini berusaha memahami efektivitas, tantangan, dan peluang strategi kampanye BNN tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga informan yang dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling, dan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan kampanye BNN Garut, khususnya pengelolaan media sosial dan workshop penguatan kapasitas insan media yang dilakukan oleh BNN Kabupaten Garut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi dalam kampanye malalui penguatan kapasitas media menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan selama ini tantangan utama dalam kampanye BNN adalah terkait dengan penjangkauan masyarakat yang lebih luas, ketidakseragaman pelaksanaan program, serta rendahnya kolaborasi lintas sektor dan media. Peran media, baik konvensional maupun digital, terbukti vital dalam menyebarluaskan pesan edukatif dan memobilisasi masyarakat. Namun temuan dari hasil peelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya peningkatan keterlibatan aktif dan sinergi strategis agar pesan kampanye lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan inovatif yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan kerjasama lintas sektor menjadi kunci keberhasilan jangka panjang dalam mewujudkan Indonesia Bersinar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas insan media atau jurnalis yang berkelanjutan, pengembangan platform digital yang interaktif, serta optimalisasi kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan media untuk memperluas jangkauan dan memperdalam dampak kampanye anti-narkoba di Garut dan sekitarnya.
