Abstract

Nursing is a profession that is oriented towards health services with all independent planning or action to help improve the welfare of people's lives. Definitions of community are also many and varied. According to McKenzie et al. (2016) in (Alvian Fabanyo, 2022). A community is a group of people who have similar characteristics. The similarity of these characteristics is determined by location, race, ethnicity, age, occupation, similarity of interest in solving certain problems, results, or other common ties (Alvian Fabanyo, 2022). The aim of this nursing care is to provide an overview of the implementation of community nursing care in the Kp region. Pengasinan RW 03, Periuk Jaya Village, Periuk District, Tangerang City, Banten. Case study design using nursing care. The case study sample used 96 people in Rw. 03. The evaluation stage is an activity to assess the implementation of interventions and implementation that has been implemented at this stage, there is still a lot that needs to be evaluated because it takes a long time, so a follow-up plan is needed with the community in accordance with the existing nursing plan. Meanwhile, short evaluations in the form of verbal and nonverbal responses have been carried out, such as during outreach activities, distributing leaflets, discussions and putting up posters. The existence of good cooperation between students, and community participation as well as support from village officials, cadres, RW/RT and local health centers are very helpful in determining activity criteria.

Abstract

Pelayanan Rumah Sakit saat ini sudah mulai berkembang, Rumah Sakit semakin memiliki kesadaran atas peningkatan pelayanan agar mutu dan kepuasan pasien dapat meningkat. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit harus berkualitas dan memenuhi lima dimensi mutu utama yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di ruang ICU Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar berusia <30 tahun (57,1%), laki-laki (58,2%), Pendidikan menengah (56,0%) bekerja (68,2%) menikah (58,2%), mutu pelayanan keperawatan baik (75,8%) dan kepuasan keluarga kategori puas (72,5%). Ada hubungan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di Ruang ICU Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais dengan uji korelasi Fisher's Exact Test dengan pvalue: 0,000 (α: <0,05). Diharapkan mendapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di unit agar kepuasan keluarga meningkat dengan cara memperhatikan demensi kepuasan.

Abstract

The family is the most basic social contract for producing quality humans. Changes at each stage of family development are followed by changes in family tasks based on the functions they have. Children are the age group most vulnerable to disease, this is related to the child's protective function or immunity, one of the diseases often suffered by children aged 3-6 years is respiratory problems or respiratory infections. Based on data on the 10 most common diseases at the Priuk Jaya Community Health Center, ISPA is the disease most suffered by the people of Priuk Jaya with a total of 554 cases in October 2023. One of the treatments that can be done to treat ISPA is simple steam therapy with warm water and eucalyptus oil. This scientific paper aims to provide family care for the adolescent development stage of ISPA children. Providing a nurturing intervention with the innovation of warm water steam therapy and eucalyptus oil to facilitate airways in children with ISPA, which was carried out for 7 days. Based on the case study, after 7 days of treatment and the assistance of pharmacological therapy, the results showed that the airway was smooth, such as no phlegm, no rhonchi, respiratory frequency within normal limits in children. After carrying out moisturizing procedures using warm water vapor and eucalyptus oil for 7 days, An S's respiratory frequency decreased from 35x/minute to 23x/minute.
