Abstract

Sebagian besar pengusaha kecil dan menengah menghadapi keterbatasan terkait modal, sumber daya manusia, informasi, dan teknologi. UMKM memiliki banyak pekerja dan berpotensi besar untuk menyerap tenaga kerja. Laundry adalah salah satu industri yang berkembang cukup pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Persaingan bisnis Laundry ini di Indonesia semakin meningkat, hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya produsen yang terlibat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan. Semua masyarakat tidak memiliki banyak waktu luang karena rutinitas hidup yang semakin sibuk. Salah satunya bisnis Denata Laundry ini berada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan telah memiliki beberapa karyawan, dan dianggap bisnisnya sudah berkembang pesat. Denata Laundry juga melayani antar jemput pakaian dengan sistem gratis tidak ada tambahan biaya. Pengemasan pakaian yang bersih dan rapi. Tentunya disamping keunggulannya bisnis ini juga memiliki pesaing bisnis yang sangat banyak. Tantangan dan resiko juga sering muncul di bisnis Denata Laundry. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan bisnis Denata Laundry ditinjau dari aspek manajemen apakah layak/tidak layak. Dilihat dari hasil penelitian usaha Denata Laundry ini layak karena aspek manajemen sudah terstruktur dengan baik dan operasionalnya jelas. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penilitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

One of the indicators used in the scope of macroeconomics to identify and measure the stability of a country's economy is inflation. From an economic perspective, inflation is an event in which the general price level continues to increase. In cases where inflation continues to occur over a long period of time. Therefore, it can cause unrest in society. This study aims to identify and understand how Islamic monetary policy to address inflation affects economic growth. The importance of Islamic currency is not only on demand and supply, but on the principles of justice and brotherhood, which result in equality and fair distribution of wealth. This qualitative research uses literature studies.The literature method consists of a series of actions related to library data collection techniques. This action includes searching for and collecting various books, journals, and scientific works that contain the ideas studied to verify these ideas and draw conclusions. Fiscal policy, monetary policy and other political instruments can be applied to address inflation in the perspective of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Most small and medium entrepreneurs face limitations regarding capital, human resources, information and technology. UMKM have many workers and have great potential to absorb labor. Laundry is an industry that has developed quite rapidly in recent years. Competition in the laundry business in Indonesia is increasing, this is indicated by the increasing number of manufacturers involved in fulfilling customer needs and desires. Everyone doesn't have much free time because life routines are getting busier. One of the Denata Laundry businesses is in Sidoarjo Regency and already has several employees, and the business is considered to be growing rapidly. Denata Laundry also provides free clothes pick-up and drop-off services with no additional fees. Clean and neat packaging of clothes. Of course, apart from its advantages, this business also has many business competitors. Challenges and risks also often arise in the Denata Laundry business. The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of the Denata Laundry business in terms of management aspects, whether it is feasible/not feasible. Judging from the research results, the Denata Laundry business is feasible because the management aspect is well structured and the operations are clear. This research is a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods were carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the thoughts produced by KH. Ma'ruf Amin in Indonesian sharia economics. This study uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive in nature. With this approach, researchers investigate events, life phenomena of an individual or group which are then presented in the form of descriptive chronological sentences using the library study method with the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of K.H Ma'ruf Amin's thoughts in the development of sharia economics are proven by the leadership of K.H Ma'ruf Amin who began to show clear policies related to the development of sharia economics. K.H Ma'ruf Amin has begun to provide ideas for increasing growth and development in this sector and also intensively fixes several regulations that are considered to have the potential to hinder the policy. K.H Ma'ruf Amin also said that in the future the national economy must be supported by the people's economy, not only supported by a handful of conglomerates.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of influencer marketing strategies on consumer attitudes in choosing halal products in the digital era. The approach used was a systematic literature review, examining 15 relevant journal articles from both Indonesia and abroad. The study results show that marketing through influencers has a significant positive influence on halal product purchase decisions, especially when the influencers are trusted and their values ​​align with the consumer's religious principles. Furthermore, other factors such as electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), content marketing, and brand image have also been shown to strengthen consumer purchase intentions. These findings emphasize the importance of an integrated digital strategy, where the choice of social media platform, the relevance of religious values, and the combination with other digital marketing strategies determine campaign effectiveness. Practically, this study provides recommendations for businesses to utilize influencers who align with the characteristics of Muslim consumers, optimize educational content, and develop honest, transparent, and ethical marketing communications in accordance with Sharia principles.

Abstract

The halal industry has experienced significant growth along with the increasing demand for halal products in the domestic and international markets. This study aims to analyze government policies in supporting the expansion of the national halal industry into the global market. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from scientific journals, books, and articles from academic databases such as SINTA, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate, which were analyzed descriptively. The results show that government policies can be understood through three main dimensions: regulation and legal framework through Law No. 33 of 2014; facilitation and guidance through halal certification programs and MSME development; and economic diplomacy and international market penetration. The halal industry's contribution to the economy reached USD 42.33 billion in export value with a surplus of USD 31.23 billion in January-October 2023. Synergy between the government and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) through the DSN-MUI fatwa and the application of the concepts of economic justice, community economics, and independent economics strengthens the halal industry ecosystem. The study concluded that comprehensive government policies have shown positive results, although challenges such as global competition and differences in halal standards between countries still require continued attention to strengthen Indonesia's position as a global halal industry hub.
