Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa studi kelayakan bisnis di tinjau dari aspek legalitas usaha, syariah, dan halal, studi kasus di usaha makanan tradisional Wingko Babat Loe Lan Ing kec Babat, kab Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, sedangkan tipe penelitian ini menggunakan tipe diskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan beberapa cara yakni wawancara, observasi langsung, dan tinjauan literatur terdahulu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah dalam penerapan aspek legalitas usaha, telah di terapkan pada usaha ibu Olivia sesuai dengan undang- undang yang berlaku, jadi bisa di tarik kesimpulan produk yang di keluarkan oleh ibu Olivia sudah terjamin kelegalannya serta dalam penerapan aspek syariah dan halal dalam usaha ini sudah di terapkan di lihat dari segi jenis produk , bahan baku produk serta pendistribusian produk sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, dan juga telah mendapatkan sertifikat halal.

Abstract

One of the indicators used in the scope of macroeconomics to identify and measure the stability of a country's economy is inflation. From an economic perspective, inflation is an event in which the general price level continues to increase. In cases where inflation continues to occur over a long period of time. Therefore, it can cause unrest in society. This study aims to identify and understand how Islamic monetary policy to address inflation affects economic growth. The importance of Islamic currency is not only on demand and supply, but on the principles of justice and brotherhood, which result in equality and fair distribution of wealth. This qualitative research uses literature studies.The literature method consists of a series of actions related to library data collection techniques. This action includes searching for and collecting various books, journals, and scientific works that contain the ideas studied to verify these ideas and draw conclusions. Fiscal policy, monetary policy and other political instruments can be applied to address inflation in the perspective of Islamic economics.

Abstract

The increasing demand for halal cosmetics is driven by growing consumer awareness of product safety, halal certification, and religious compliance. Shopee, as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, has become a major marketplace for consumers seeking information and purchasing halal cosmetic products. This study aims to explore the factors that influence consumer trust and satisfaction toward halal cosmetics on Shopee. Using a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research analyzed 10 selected articles published between 2020 and 2025 focusing on halal cosmetics, consumer behavior, trust, satisfaction, and online purchasing decisions. The analysis reveals that consumers perceive halal cosmetics as safer and more reliable due to their halal-thayyib attributes. Trust is shaped by the clarity of halal certification, transparent product information, seller credibility, and authentic user reviews. Meanwhile, satisfaction is influenced by product quality, label accuracy, pricing, and service performance such as delivery speed and seller responsiveness. The integration of trust and satisfaction plays a central role in strengthening purchase decisions and encouraging repeat purchases. These findings highlight the importance of accurate digital information, verified halal labels, and consistent seller performance in enhancing consumer confidence and satisfaction in purchasing halal cosmetics through Shopee.
