Abstract

Multiculturalism is basically a universal view which can then be translated into various cultural policies that emphasize acceptance of religious, plurality and multicultural realities that exist in community life and the Sanggar Guidance Sungai Mulia 5 Malaysia is very much implemented. The focus of this research is (1). instilling multicultural values in Sanggar Bimbingan Mulia 5 Malaysia, (2). multicultural education methods at Sanggar Bimbingan Mulia 5 Malaysia (3). How to evaluate learning at the Sungai Mulia 5 Malaysia guidance studio In this research, researchers used qualitative research. Data was collected using three techniques, namely: (1). Interviews, (2) Observations, and (3) Documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use several things including: extending participation and triangulation. The results of this research are: (1) The students of Sanggar Guidance Sungai Mulia 5 Malaysia really appreciate even though they are of different races, likes, nationalities, even different countries, because they live in a multicultural environment, and can adapt to the surrounding environment, planting it by getting used to it every day. -day and accompanied by theory. (2) The children of Sanggar Guidance Sungai Mulia 5 Malaysia are educated with customs like in Indonesia from ceremonies, learning, customs, and when learning the language they also use Indonesian. (3) Evaluation of learning at Sanggar Guidance Sungai Mulia 5 Malaysia is the same as schools in Indonesia, there is an exam at the end of learning and daily tests

Abstract

Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan/Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) sangat penting untuk dipahami oleh setiap orang dalam menghadapi tantangan global saat ini. Fakta yang terjadi di Indonesia menyatakan bahwa tidak ada guru dengan latar belakang ESD, sehingga guru IPA dipercaya mampu mengintegrasikan ESD ke dalam pembelajaran IPA. Namun kenyataannya, guru IPA yang ada belum siap mengintegrasikan ESD dalam pembelajarannya. Padahal, para guru IPA sering berpartisipasi dalam beberapa program pelatihan guru. Sayangnya, pelatihan yang dilakukan masih sebatas mengenai pengetahuan pendidikan lingkungan, belum mampu mengembangkan kesadaran dan tindakan berkelanjutan. Terlebih aspek yang dibahas pada pelatihan, belum sampai membahas ketiga aspek ESD yaitu lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting untuk membuat program pelatihan yang mampu mengembangkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan tindakan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mencoba merancang program pelatihan guru yang dapat mengembangkan kompetensi guru IPA dalam mengajarkan ESD. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur umum program pelatihan guru terdiri dari Orientasi I, Refleksi I, Adaptasi, Perencanaan I, Pelaksanaan I, Evaluasi I, Refleksi II, Orientasi II, Perencanaan II, Pelaksanaan II, Aksi, Evaluasi II, dan Refleksi III. Inti dari pembelajaran IPA berbasis ESD adalah pembelajaran berorientasi aksi dan adanya pembelajaran transformatif. Guru IPA akan merefleksi dan memodifikasi rancangan pembelajarannya menjadi rancangan pembelajaran berorientasi ESD, guru IPA akan mengimplementasikan rancangannya tersebut sebanyak dua kali selama pelatihan. Selain itu, guru IPA akan membantu siswa merancang, membuat, dan melakukan tindakan ramah lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada bagian akhir guru dan siswa bersama-sama mensosialisasikan aksi ramah lingkungan dan mengajak masyarakat untuk berkontribusi dalam implementasi aksi ramah lingkungan. Semakin banyak orang yang berpartisipasi dalam aksi ramah lingkungan, semakin besar dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan program. Semoga program ini berdampak besar dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan gaya hidup berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study indicate that first, the sorogan method at Pondok Putri Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang is very effective because with the sorogan method for students at Wisma PKK (Program Pedalaman Kitab Kuning) it is easier for students to learn and understand the book and it is easier to understand the nahwu and its shorof. Because every sorogan meeting they must be able to understand the contents of the book and the science of nahwu shorofnya. Second, the sorogan method at Pondok Putri Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang, students very effectively apply the sorogan method. Santri gather in groups, listen, listen to readings from an Ustadz or Ustadzah sitting in front of the students who listen to the contents of the book read by Ustadz or Ustadzah. Third, the positive impact on the sorogan method is that students are required to understand the Nahwu and Sorof material and the contents of the book and from there students understand the contents of the book and the knowledge of nahwu and shorof. Santri are very effective when the sorogan activity takes place and they understand the contents of the book and the nahwu shorof in the book. The negative impact in the sorogan method is that students only study one book, namely Fathul Qorib not studying books other than the Matan Al-Ghoyah Wattaqrib (Fathul Qorib).

Abstract

Hypnotherapy is a very effective method to overcome problems and problems to students who are currently continuing hypnotherapy education is a very easy way so that feelings, thoughts, actions and behaviors can synchronize thoughts. The goal of Hypnotherapy is to hold Kendari to human beings, especially in the human subconscious and hypnotherapy plays a very important role in fostering a sense of self-confidence, a sense of security and comfort in a student at the Faculty of Health Sciences The problem in this study: How is the effectiveness of hypnotherapy in increasing self-confidence in FIK Ibrahimy students so that they are able to be confident and able to speak in public without any nervousness and anxiety. The purpose of this study is how to understand hypnotherapy therapy to foster self-confidence in FIK Ibrahimy studentsand how to know the effectiveness of the results of hypnotherapy lecturers in teachers in increasing self-confidence in FIK Ibrahimy students. This type of research is qualitative research. Qualitative method is field research, which is a research conducted in the actual field. With data types and sources using primary and secondary data. The data analysis that the author uses is analysis Qualitative is inductive, namely an analysis based on the data obtained, then a certain pattern of relationships is developed. The method in conducting respondents was 30 FIK Ibrahimy students who lacked self-confidence and 4 homeroom teachers for the Pharmacy study program and 4 homeroom teachers for the midwifery study program. The conclusion of this study is that hypnotherapy is done well, gradually from discussion, dialogue, comprehension tests, relaxation and active reactions of students Fik Ibrahimy, as well as a good evaluation by the executive lecturer and 4 homeroom teachers in assisting. The results of the calculation with the effectiveness formula showed effectiveness 5 as evidenced by the target of 30 Fik Ibrahimy students who lacked confidence in successfully ouputing 30 Fik Ibrahimy students who dared to be confident in appearing in front of the class or appearing on the public surface. Abstract

Nowadays, many researchers are conducting research using various methods to reduce anxiety and discomfort in pregnant women using non-pharmacological methods, namely by providing self-hypnosis therapy. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of self-hypnosis on reducing anxiety levels in third trimester pregnant women facing childbirth at Abdoer Rahem Hospital in 2024. This research method uses quasi-experiment, with one group pretest posttest. The population of this study was 40 pregnant women in the third trimester at Abdoer Rahem Hospital, Situbondo. The sample for this study was 40 people using the total sampling method with 20 people in the control group and 20 people in the intervention group. Data were collected using an observation sheet or checklist and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxsion test and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results of this study have a p-value of 0.000 < α 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of providing self-hypnosis therapy on reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women in the third trimester before giving birth at Abdoer Rahem Hospital, Situbondo. Researchers hope that this research can be used as a reference for pregnant women in reducing anxiety with self-hypnosis therapy. To have a happy, calm and peaceful pregnancy before delivery.
