<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan putusan tentang pembebanan nafkah istri dan anak pasca perceraian pada Pengadilan Agama Dataran Hunimoa. 2) Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pelaksanaan putusan tentang pembebanan nafkah istri dan anak pasca perceraian pada Pengadilan Agama Dataran Hunimoa. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum empiris. Yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Efektivitas pelaksanaan putusan tentang pembebanan nafkah istri dan anak pasca perceraian pada Pengadilan Agama Dataran Hunimoa Provinsi Maluku adalah kurang efektif. 2) Faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pelaksanaan putusan tentang pembebanan nafkah istri dan anak pasca perceraian pada Pengadilan Agama Dataran Hunimoa Provinsi Maluku adalah: faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum, faktor budaya hukum dan faktor ekonomi mantan suami dan ayah. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing decisions regarding the burden of support for wives and children after divorce at the Plain Hunimoa Religious Court. 2) Analyze and evaluate the factors that hinder the effectiveness of implementing decisions regarding the burden of support for wives and children after divorce at the Plain Hunimoa Religious Court.
