Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara demokrasi yang melaksanakan pemilihan sebagai bentuk realisasi dari kedaulatan rakyat dan merupakan pilar utama negara demokrasi dimana mementingkan kepentingan umum daripada kepentingan individu. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan bersama ini adalah melalui voting. Voting merupakan kegiatan yang sangat menentukan pada setiap perhelatan pemilihan, banyak varian kepentingan yang harus terakomodir di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasiswa untuk melakukan pemilihan dan supaya terhindar dari kecurangan. Metode Keamanan untuk loggin pada aplikasi menggunakan onetime password karena password akan terus berganti setiap user akan melakukan login. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang akan melakukan pemilihan ketua himpunan, yang awalnya pemilihan dilakukan dengan cara manual menjadi pemilihan dengan cara Electronic Voting berbasis web. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemilihan dengan cara E-voting lebih efisien. Dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioner yang sudah dilakukan rata rata hasil kuesioner yaitu 84%.

Abstract

Ornamental cork fish is a type of fish that is in great demand among the public as an ornamental fish. Ornamental cork fish have various types and colors; each variation has its own name and is a selling point among ornamental cork fish lovers. With a good motif, ornamental cork fish will have an expensive market value. However, for the most part, there are still many who do not know for sure what type of ornamental cork fish is included in the variation type classification because the colors are varied and seem similar. Because of this, this research created a system that can classify types of ornamental cork fish automatically based on data while still paying attention to the level of accuracy of the classification. The algorithm used for the initial classification process is KNN, which is chosen for its accuracy comparison level value. This algorithm does not consider the weight of each data point to be classified. The data processing process carried out only looks at the highest number of classes, which becomes the benchmark for labels from the classification results. In the classification process method using the KNN algorithm, there are still shortcomings in the classification process, so this research carried out a process of comparing classification accuracy using the Weight-KNN algorithm to increase the classification accuracy value. The process of the Weight-KNN algorithm stages is to carry out classification based on nearest neighbors first but still paying attention to the weight of each data. So that the classification process of determining the type of ornamental cork fish variation will be more accurate. Based on the results of experiments conducted, this research will focus on comparing the classification results between the KNN and Weight-KNN algorithms on ornamental cork fish. The results obtained state that the Weight-KNN algorithm has a higher level of accuracy with a weight of 83.6%, whereas using the KNN algorithm, it is only 80.6%.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIMAK) Universitas Siliwangi (UNSIL) merupakan sistem informasi yang dikembangkan oleh UPT TIK Universitas Siliwangi. SIMAK UNSIL merupakan penunjang utama kegiatan proses administrasi akademik yang dituntut mempunyai nilai informatif, tergolong website yang mudah digunakan, dan mempunyai user experience yang baik. Pengalaman pengguna dapat menjadi tolak ukur penerimaan SIMAK. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna pada SIMAK UNSIL Kota Tasikmalaya berdasarkan latar belakang pengguna dan seluruh cluster menggunakan HEART Metrics Framework yang diklasifikasikan berdasarkan tingkat kegunaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang hasil user experience berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 7 fakultas/cluster yang berperan sebagai user background dengan 100 responden/cluster yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif Universitas Siliwangi. Pengukuran pengalaman pengguna menggunakan HEART Metrics Framework per keseluruhan karakteristik cluster pada Happiness 0,73 (tinggi), Engagement 0,73 (tinggi), Adopsi 0,70 (tinggi), Retensi 0,78 (tinggi), dan Task Success 0,70 (tinggi). User experience berdasarkan rata-rata background pada masing-masing karakteristik di setiap cluster berada pada nilai kriteria lebih dari 0,7 (tinggi), namun pada cluster FAPERTA rata-ratanya dibawah 0,7 kecuali Retention, maka pada cluster FAI karakteristik Retention mempunyai nilai 0,80 dan pada klaster FKIP Retensi mempunyai nilai 0,82 (sangat tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dalam perbaikan atau pengembangan lebih lanjut, SIMAK UNSIL dapat lebih memperhatikan aspek perbedaan latar belakang penggunanya.

Abstract

The advancement of Information Technology (IT) is a crucial prerequisite for bolstering the efficacy and efficiency of organizational operations, encompassing healthcare establishments like RSUD XYZ. But problems like unreliable networks, antiquated computers, and a lack of IT knowledge in human resources (HR) arise. Therefore, to guarantee efficient IT usage, a thorough IT governance assessment is required. In order to help overcome current challenges, this study intends to assess IT governance at RSUD XYZ utilizing the COBIT 2019 framework and ISO 38500 standards.Three primary processes are assessed using the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework: Ensured Risk Optimisation (EDM03), Managed Risk (APO12), and Human Resources (APO07). According to the evaluation results, APO07 successfully attained level 4 as intended, APO12 was at level 3 of goal 5, and the EDM03 process was at level 2 of target 4. The identified competency gaps formed the basis for the preparation of improvement recommendations. In addition, this research also proposes introducing other processes such as ITIL for IT service management and TOGAF integration to support enterprise architecture.It is anticipated that these findings would enable agencies to strengthen their IT governance capacities in order to minimize current gaps and meet more ideal goals. This study offers RSUD XYZ thorough guidelines for enhancing more effective and efficient IT governance, hence facilitating the integration of IT plans with hospital business objectives.

Abstract

The growth in the number of households with access to decent and affordable housing in Tasikmalaya City continues to increase. This indicates that housing development in Tasikmalaya City is undergoing significant progress. The criteria for selecting housing vary widely, depending on the priorities of each individual, in line with their expectations for the housing they will live in. These varied choices present challenges for both housing developers and the public in determining the criteria and location of housing. This study aims to develop an information system that can support housing development in new housing projects in Tasikmalaya City. This goal is achieved by creating a Decision Support System (DSS) that considers all housing selection criteria to accelerate and simplify the decision-making process, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The research findings indicate that the risk criterion is the highest priority according to the views of stakeholders and the general public, while the design criterion is given the least priority. Information based on selected criteria can be accessed through the "Sistem Masa Depan" (SIMADEP) application, which assists users in making informed decisions.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System (DSS), Housing

Abstract

Human Activity Recognition (HAR) is an interesting research topic, especially in identifying human movement actions focusing on video-based security surveillance. Symptom of an illness from a movement. The use of HAR in this research is the key to better understanding the various semantics contained in the video to find out the pattern of a human movement, especially in sports movements. In this study, a combination of the CNN and LSTM method algorithms was applied by using several variations of the model parameter values on the dropout layer and batch size to convert the pattern in the video into image form to produce a HAR model. Data processing at the convolution layer is used to extract spatial features in the frame. The extraction results are fed to the LSTM layer on each network for modeling the temporal sequence of human movement. In this way, the network on the model will learn spatiotemporal features directly in end-to-end data training tests to produce a robust model. The test data used are 10 sports activities obtained from related research from the University of Central Florida (UCF). The results showed that the performance was quite good, although there were still errors in the classification of sports activities because they had similarities in the movements of the activities carried out. The classification results show a loss value of 0.4 and an accuracy of 0.94. In further research, what needs to be corrected is the loss value which is still high so that several times the test results show an error in the classification of sports activities that have similarities in the movements of the activities.
