Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit kronis dengan dampak signifikan pada kualitas hidup individu dan sistem perawatan kesehatan. Prevalensi diabetes melitus di Desa Rawat Rengas meningkat, menciptakan kebutuhan akan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat terkait penyakit ini. Penyakit diabetes melitus juga menjadi salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang paling berdampak besar di Indonesia. Di seluruh dunia, DM adalah penyebab kematian keenam menurut World Health Organization (WHO). Prevalensi DM terus meningkat secara global dan menjadi salah satu isu kesehatan global yang mendapat perhatian serius. Peningkatan angka kematian akibat diabetes melitus membawa dampak serius, seperti penyakit kardiovaskular dan gagal ginjal. Peningkatan literasi dan pemahaman masyarakat terkait diabetes melitus menjadi penting dalam upaya pencegahan dan manajemen penyakit ini. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah setelah diadakan penyuluhan tentang ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan para pra lansia maupun lansia untuk mencegah kejadian diabetes militus. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan dengan lancar. tentang penataksanaaanya. Metode penyuluhan yang dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu : 1) Sosialisasi dan perijinan, 2) Persiapan alat dan sarana serta media penyuluhan 3) Melakukan penyuluhan, 4) Evalausi hasil kegiatan penyuluhan. Peserta yang hadir adalah Para Pra lansia dan Lansia di Desa Rawa Regas ini dihadiri 37 peserta. Terlihat bahwa peserta penyuluhan sangat tertarik dan antusias sekali dalam mengikuti kegiatan dari pemberian materi, menayangkan video dan saat sesi tanya jawab. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan post test. Dan beberapa peserta mengatakan bahwa akan menjaga pola hidup dengan baik serta berolahraga dengan teratur.

Abstract

Background : Early menarche is tihe first menstruation experienced by fertile woman under the age of 12 years. The condition of early menarche is because it gets more production of the hormone estrogen than other woman in general. One of the factors in occurrence of early menarche is caused by nutritional status as junk food as a food that is high in calories and fat but low in dietary fiber and if excessive consumption will stimulate the acceleration of reproductive organ maturity. Objective : To determine the relationship between junk food consumption with the incidence of early menarche among female students agen 9-12 years old at Al-Iman Private Elemantary School. Methods : This research is oobservational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 30 with the Quota Sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi square test. Result : This study shows that there is a relationship between junk food consumption with the incidence of early menarche with the result of chi suare test with the alternative Fisher`s Exact Test obtained a value of p = 0,007 which means p < α = 0,05 and 95% CI 2,167 – 128,176. Conclusion : There is a relationship between junk food consumption with the incidence of early menarche among female students at Al-Iman Private Elemantary School. Suggestion: For further researchers to examine other variable that have not been studied with larger sample.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Vaccination of antigenic materials used to produce immunity to a disease. Vaccination is carried out to prevent or reduce the causes of certain infectious diseases such as hepatitis, polio, diphtheria and the new one at this time, namely COVID-19. The COVID- 19 vaccination aims to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, reduce the number of deaths and deaths by COVID-19, and the COVID-19 vaccination aims to create (herd immunity) or herd immunity in the community. Research purposes: Knowing the relationship between the level of public knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and the level of vaccination anxiety in the village of kaduengang. Correlative analytic Research method: with a cross sectional study approach (cross-cutting). The research design is cross-sectional. The data used is the chis-quare test. The sample in this study were 80 respondents. The results: of the study can beconcluded that the results of statistical tests using the chi square test obtained a value of = 0.002 < = 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the level of public knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and the level of anxiety about the Covid-19 vaccination. 19 in the community in the village of kaduenga. The conclusion of the relationship between the level of public knowledge about the covid-19 vaccine and the level of anxiety of the covid-19 vaccination in the village of kaduengang.
