Abstract

. The uncompromising emphasis of usury on socioeconomic justice and equitable distribution of income and wealth. From this it is very clear, that with the interest system, the distribution of money will not be evenly distributed, there is no justice, who can enjoy only those who have large capital, while those who are weak in terms of capital, will be downtrodden, out of business which in turn will increase the statistics of the poor. The Prophet in the hadith described above expressly prohibits eating usury, because it is included in the seven major sins that are cursed and destroyed by Allah SWT. Usury is Ziyadah or an addition to a loan that is already due. The practice of usury in the capitalist economic system is one of the sources of the economic crisis in this world. Indonesia recognizes the existence of dual banking systems in the monetary system, namely an interest-free Islamic banking system and a conventional banking system with an interest system.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and explain student consumption behavior patterns, and to determine the factors that cause the transformation of student consumptive behavior in overseas sharia economics study programs at Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University, Bengkulu. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The social situation used in this research was 15 sharia economics study program students class of 2019. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model. From the results of the research and discussion, it was found that the transformation of consumptive behavior of overseas students at Fatmawati Sukarno University, Bengkulu, sharia economics study program, among others, in terms of prioritizing consumption, they prioritize needs rather than desires, in terms of choosing goods for consumption, many of them do not pay attention to the type of goods, cleanliness. or the price, using branded goods to gain appreciation and high social status, discounting prices, bargaining, and spending free time hanging out in cafes and coffee shops. Coffee shops are just places to relax and have fun. This is what makes them trapped in consumer behavior. Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the supporting factors for the existence of Panorama Market and the Islamic Economic perspective on these factors concerning the existence of Panorama Market in Bengkulu City. This type of research is field research using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques employed are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: (1) Panorama Traditional Market has several supporting factors for its current existence. These factors include having lower prices, offering a variety of products, and having a strategic location. With these factors, Panorama Traditional Market has successfully maintained its presence among the community. (2) Panorama Market has implemented Islamic economic principles, as there is no dishonesty, particularly in transactions. All three factors supporting the existence of Panorama Market adhere to Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

Kualitas Pelayanan adalah landasan utama untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang bisa dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan jenis pelayanan yang satu dengan jenis pelayanan lainnya. Kualitas Pelayanan adalah landasan utama untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang bisa dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan jenis pelayanan yang satu dengan jenis pelayanan lainnya, Kualitas produk dan kinerja layanan yang baik akan sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, pada istilah teknis syari'ah, Umrah berarti melaksanakan tawaf di Ka'bah dan sa'i di antara Shofa dan Marwah. Pelaksaaan Umrah ini didasarkan pada firman Allah SWT terdapat pada surah Al-Baqarah ayat 196. Hukum Ibadah Umrah Dikutip dari buku Fiqih Umroh karangan Muhammad Ajib, Lc., MA., Madzhab Hanafi dan Madzhab Maliki s. Sumber penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil wawancara jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai tentang tingkat penilaian kualitas pelayanan prioritas untuk jamaah umrah dalam pembuatan paspor di kantor imigrasi kelas 1 TPI Bengkulu, penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif atau metode yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, kriteria data dalam penelitian kualitatif adalah data yang pasti, sedangkan data yang pasti adalah data yang sebenarnya terjadi sebagaimana adanya.

Abstract

Pemasaran jasa katering jamaah haji merupakan bagian dari proses penyelenggaraan ibadah haji yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak asrama haji. Bauran pemasaran, merupakan seperangkat alat pemasaran yang digunakan perusahaan untuk terus-menerus mencapai tujuan pemasaran. Untuk terlaksananya ibadah haji yang nyaman,lancar,tertib maka diperlukan adanya pemasaran jasa yang meliputi produk,harga,lokasi,promosi,orang,proses,bukti fisik.Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat pemasaran jasa katering telah dilakukan di asrama haji provinsi bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang mengungkapkan fakta-fakta yang sudah terjadi melalui lisan-lisan orang yang terlibat. Sedangkan pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bauran pemasaran jasa katering jamaah haji di asrama haji provinsi bengkulu yang dilakukan oleh pihak katering maya sari dan pihak panitia asrama haji sudah efektif dan efesien dan diterima dengan baik oleh para jamaah haji. Mulai dari segi menu makanan, harga menu makanan yang ditetapkan, cita rasa menu makanan, dan pelayanan dari panitia penyelenggaran ibadah haji. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan yang dilakukan oleh panitia penyelenggara ibadah haji provinsi bengkulu dan bekerja sama dengan pihak katering maya sari sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan bagus. Sehingga tidak ada permasalahan-permasalahan yang signifikan dihadapi.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the salam contract in online buying and selling transactions on the TikTok marketplace and its relevance to Islamic economic principles. Using a qualitative descriptive method with interviews and observations, the research reveals that salam contracts are commonly applied in pre-order transactions, where full payment is made before the goods are delivered. The study identifies several challenges, including delivery delays, product discrepancies, and limited Sharia-compliant payment options. Nevertheless, the application of salam offers transaction security and predictability. The study recommends more transparent product specifications, stricter regulations, and effective dispute resolution mechanisms to align with the goals of Islamic economics.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the palm oil trading system between loading ramp and toke sawit (middlemen) from the perspective of Islamic economics. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through interviews and documentation conducted in Setia Budi Village, Mukomuko Regency. The findings show that the loading ramp system tends to be more just and transparent than the toke sawit system, although both have their own strengths and weaknesses. The toke system is prone to unfair practices such as weight manipulation and non-transparent pricing, which contradict Islamic muamalah principles. Meanwhile, the loading ramp system aligns more closely with Islamic values due to its standardized procedures and institutional oversight, though it is not entirely free from exploitative practices. The study highlights the importance of justice, transparency, and farmer involvement in creating a Sharia-compliant trading system.
