Abstract

Based on the author's observations of class X MAN 2 Bogor Regency students, 70% of students still experience low Al-Qur'an memorization skills. With this data, it is necessary to improve learning about memorization. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a significant difference in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an after the Cooperative Learning method was applied. The method that will be used in this study is the Quasi Experimental Test method. The form of this research design is Nonequivalent Control Group Design, namely research to find the effect of the Cooperative Learning method on the memorization ability of class X students at MAN 2 Bogor Regency. In this study the test was administered twice: first, students were given a pre-test to find out the amount of student memorization in both the control and experimental groups. Second, students are given a final test (post-test) using traditional methods in the control class and using the Cooperative Learning method in the experimental class. From the results of the test, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an for class X MAN 2 Bogor Regency students who were taught by traditional methods. It was seen that the average number of memorization increased by 13.45 verses, and there was an increase in the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an class X MAN 2 Bogor Regency who were taught by Cooperative Learning method seen from the average number of memorization increased by 17.95. Whereas in the T-test, there is a difference in the ability to memorize the Koran for class X MAN 2 students in Bogor Regency after the Cooperative Learning method is applied, it is seen that the significance is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning method can increase the memorization of class X MAN 2 students Bogor Regency. Abstract

Background: Decreased appetite is a common problem among the elderly due to physiological changes such as decreased sensitivity to taste and smell, as well as psychological factors such as stress or loneliness. This condition can lead to decreased nutritional intake, which can lead to malnutrition and other health problems. Furthermore, the development of digital technology and the widespread use of social media have changed interaction and information consumption patterns across various age groups, including the elderly. One popular form of content is culinary content, which generally displays food visuals with attractive displays, appetizing colors, and aesthetic presentation. Exposure to this type of content has the potential to stimulate the brain's appetite-related centers, thereby increasing the desire to consume food. Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the use of culinary content on social media and increased appetite in the elderly.Method: The study used an observational cross-sectional approach, involving elderly people who actively use social media at Sari Asih Hospital, Serang. Results: The Spearman test showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.24 with a p-value of 0.03, indicating a statistically significant relationship between social media use and increased appetite in the elderly. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between exposure to culinary content on social media and increased appetite in the elderly population. This finding suggests that social media has the potential to be a non-pharmacological tool to support improved nutritional intake and quality of life in the elderly.   Keywords: Appetite; Culinary Content; Elderly; Social Media.   Pendahuluan: Penurunan nafsu makan merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dialami oleh lansia akibat perubahan fisiologis seperti penurunan sensitivitas indera pengecap dan penciuman, serta faktor psikologis seperti stres atau kesepian. Kondisi ini dapat berdampak pada penurunan asupan nutrisi, yang berisiko menimbulkan malnutrisi dan gangguan kesehatan lainnya. Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi digital dan maraknya penggunaan media sosial telah mengubah pola interaksi dan konsumsi informasi di berbagai kelompok usia, termasuk lansia. Salah satu konten yang banyak diminati adalah konten kuliner, umumnya menampilkan visual makanan dengan tampilan menarik, warna yang menggugah selera, serta penyajian yang estetik. Paparan terhadap konten semacam ini berpotensi merangsang pusat otak yang berhubungan dengan nafsu makan, sehingga dapat mendorong keinginan untuk mengonsumsi makanan. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penggunaan konten kuliner di media sosial dengan peningkatan nafsu makan pada lansia. Metode: Desain observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan melibatkan lansia yang aktif menggunakan media sosial di Rumah Sakit Sari Asih, Serang. Hasil: Uji Spearman menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0.24 dengan nilai p = 0.03, mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara penggunaan media sosial dan peningkatan nafsu makan pada lansia. Simpulan: Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara paparan konten kuliner di media sosial dan peningkatan nafsu makan pada populasi lanjut usia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpotensi menjadi salah satu sarana nonfarmakologis untuk mendukung peningkatan asupan gizi dan kualitas hidup lansia.   Kata Kunci:  Konten Kuliner; Lansia; Media Sosial; Nafsu Makan.
