Abstract

Safety is a factor that is needed by every human being in this world, including safety in the transportation sector. One of the transportation safety issues that is currently receiving sharp attention is road traffic safety. Camplong District is a district that is currently in the development stage. Camplong Highway Intersection (KM.90+208 – 90+311) Camplong District, Sampang Regency has quite high density alternately on each lane during peak hours. Apart from that, the Camplong Highway intersection (KM.90+208 – 90+311 ) there are no traffic lights which makes the road prone to accidents. The aim of this research is to determine the level of traffic safety, to determine the types of vehicles involved in conflicts, and to determine conflicts that can cause accidents at the Camplong Highway Intersection (KM.90 +208 – 90+311). Analysis of the level of traffic safety at the Jalan Raya Camplong intersection using the Traffic Conflict Technique (TCT) method (case study STA. KM.90+208 – 90+311) shows that conflict incidents between drivers are included in serious conflicts which can result in accidents but not always accidents occur, the type of vehicle involved in the conflict is on average more motorbikes because the volume of motorcyclists' vehicles is greater than other vehicles, and the potential for accidents is the rider's negligence in turning intersections or crossing carelessly.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja adalah suatu kejadian yang tidak dikehendaki dan tidak didugasebelumnya yang merupakan penyebab terhambatnya proyek kontruksi. Menurutdata statistik BPJS ketenagakerjaan jumlah kecelakaan kerja pada tahun 2024mencapai 115.120 kasus. Jumlah kecelakaan kerja tersebut sebagian besar atausekitar 65,18% terjadi di dalam perusahaan saat bekerja, sedangkan 10,35% terjadidiluar perusahaan dan 21,20% merupakan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang dialamipekerja. Objek yang akan dibahas adalah tingkat kecelakaan kerja pada proyekkonstruksi perumahan dari objek tersebut akan di analisis tingkat kecelakaan kerjapada proyek konstruksi perumahan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic HierarchyProcess (AHP) dan dibantu dengan aplikasi pendukung yaitu Expert Choice. Populasiyang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah semua pihak yang terlibat dari masing- masing proyek konstruksi perumahan, seperti pihak kontraktor, konsultan perencana,tenaga kerja, dan developer masing-masing proyek konstruksi perumahan.Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh diketahui jumlah kontraktor 2 orang, konsultanperencana 2 orang, tenaga kerja 40 orang dan developer 5 orang dari masing-masingproyek perumahan

Abstract

Salah satu topik terhangat di bidang rekayasa sipil dan teknologi mitigasi bencana adalah pengelolaan dampak pemanasan global dan dampak curah hujan yang semakin meningkat. Isu ini terlihat begitu mendesak sehingga banyak diskusi dan upaya yang mengarah pada pembangunan masyarakat yang tangguh. Namun demikian, penulis terkadang merasa bahwa apa yang terjadi saat ini tidak terlalu logis dan beberapa upaya hanya dipengaruhi oleh 'akal sehat' yang tidak meragukan apa yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Untuk menjelaskan masalah ini, penulis mengumpulkan data meteorologi dan biologi dan menginterpretasikannya. Ditemukan bahwa, dalam lingkup jangka panjang, pemanasan musim dingin terlihat jelas, tetapi pemanasan musim panas tidak jelas. Selanjutnya, dari sudut pandang bencana, tinjauan historis dilakukan terhadap bencana yang disebabkan oleh curah hujan sejak tahun 1945 di Jepang. Berlawanan dengan argumen umum bahwa bencana hujan memperburuk, ditemukan bahwa ukuran bencana hujan telah mengecil sejak tahun 1990. Alasan utama untuk hal ini mungkin adalah upaya manusia di masa lalu untuk mengurangi bencana. Untuk evaluasi kuantitatif dari situasi ini, sebuah parameter yang disebut indeks kerentanan didefinisikan dan diplot terhadap waktu. Dengan demikian, menjadi jelas bahwa indeks ini telah menurun seiring berjalannya waktu secara konsisten karena upaya jangka panjang manusia.

Abstract

The working capital of construction work contractors is very influential in expediting the implementation of construction work and being able to meet work time scheduling targets. To gain profits, contractors must be able to manage existing resources. This research aims to determine working capital needs, profits and effectiveness. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Research data sources were obtained from secondary data and primary data. Data collection was obtained from library observations, interviews, observations and document studies. The data analysis used is based on the MC (Montly Certificate), Termin (Termyn Payment) and Final (Turnkey Payment) payment systems with several policy options, namely Source of contractor capital, Down payment, and Bank loan. The results of the analysis obtained are, Working capital requirements based on MC with Contractor Capital Resources IDR 3,000,000,000 and profit IDR 2,245,689,086, Down Payment IDR 2,963,637,000 and profit IDR 2,245,689,086, Bank Loan IDR 5,400,000,000 and profit IDR 2,072,889,086. Working capital requirements based on Terms with Contractor Capital Source IDR 3,000,000,000 and profit IDR 2,245,689,086, Down Payment IDR 2,963,637,000 and profit IDR 2,245,689,086, Bank Loan IDR 2,800,000,000 and profit IDR 2,156,089,086 . Working capital requirements based on End with Contractor Capital Source IDR 3,000,000,000 + Loan IDR 3,600,000,000 and profit IDR 2,130,489,086, Bank Loan IDR 6,550,000,000 and profit IDR 2,036,089,086. The highest percentage of capital effectiveness and profits is the Termin payment system with the bank loan option, 77%.
