Abstract

This research was carried out to determine how strong the compressive strength of the Paving Block is to withstand the load above it, by adding coconut fiber and superplasticizer liquid to reduce the impact of environmental pollution. But for Paving Blocks, the effects of adding coconut fiber and superplasticizer liquid are not yet widely known. Further research needs to be done on adding coconut fiber and superplasticizer liquid in making PavingBlocks. The purpose of this research is as a form of knowledge for developing construction materials technology. This research can be used to utilize the potential of existing waste. This research aims to reduce environmental pollution caused by coconut fiber waste, and to use this waste as additional construction material technology and to find out how much compressive strength the Paving Block has so that it can be used as a construction tool. Theaddition of coconut fiber and superplasticizer liquid can improve the performance of Paving Blocks according to SNI 03-0691-1996 (compressive strength). The results from adding coconut fiber and superplasticizer liquid are higher than Normal Paving (without mixed ingredients). Paving Block 1:5 with the addition of coconut fiber and superplasticizer liquid from 5 samples produces an Average Stress fcr' of 305.42 Kg/cm and Paving Block 1:6 withthe addition of coconut fiber and superplasticizer liquid from 5 samples produces an Average Stress -Average fcr' is 237.45 Kg/cm2. Normal 1:5 Paving Block from 2 samples produces an Average Stress fcr' of 203.47 Kg/cm2and normal 1:6 Paving Block from 2 samples produces an Average Stress fcr' of 184.59 Kg/cm2 Keywords: Compressive Strength; Paving Block; Coconut Coir Fiber; Superplasticizer Liquid.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is all engineering activities to support construction work in realizing the fulfillment of security, safety, health, and sustainability standards that ensure construction engineering safety, workforce safety and health, public safety, and environmental safety. This research was conducted to determine the risks of work accidents, identify technical implementation risk factors, and determine responses to the most dominant risks. The method used is HIRA, HAZID, and HAZOP. In HIRA, 4 dominant risk variables may occur during the construction of the South Ring Road (JLS) Sampang, namely: (X4.4), (X5.3), (X6.1), and (X6.2). To determine whether or not the variable data used to use the HAZID method is to use a preliminary questionnaire which is distributed before the main questionnaire. the correlation value of each variable is obtained or it is called the r count, then the r count can be compared with r table. To determine the risk response and recommendations that may occur using the HAZOP method is to use literature studies from previous journals as well as occupational safety and health standards. Thus, 19 recommendations for controlling the 4 dominant risks that may occur in the South Ring Road (JLS) Sampang project are obtained. Abstract

The construction of the Promotion Center Building and Written Batik Derivative Production Building is a development project with service provider PT. Hariz Three Sons. Tree Analysis (FTA) to determine the causes and impact of risk failure and Critical Path Method (CPM) to determine the extent to which work experiences a critical path. The most dominant causal factors are factors caused by external factors, namely in the form of very high rainfall intensity in one month and unilateral blockades by village officials. The causal factor caused by the owner is the delay in submitting design changes to the field where the design is very important as a development guide. Meanwhile, delays caused by implementers are inappropriate duration determinations that result in work productivity not being properly controlled. Floor work and wall ornaments this work on the last day of the contract only produced 1.286% of the total 17.50%, which means there was a deviation of -16.211%. Floor work and wall ornaments have several work items including Install UK Polished Ceramic Floors. 60 x 60 cm, Install KM/WC Color Ceramic Floor 20 x 20 cm, Install Color Ceramic Wall 20 x 40 cm, Install 1 m ceramic plinth measuring 5 cm x 20 cm, Install 1 m2 Cutting Plate 5mm Thick Batik Motif + frame and Lettering Jobs.  Keywords: Project Delay Factors; Fault Tree Analysis (FTA); Critical Path Method (CPM).

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM didalam memanfaatkan Google Maps sebagai bentuk digitalisasi pemasaran produk-produk UMKM di Desa Bunder. Melalui pengabdian ini, para pelaku UMKM telah memanfaatkan berbagai fitur yang disediakan oleh Google Maps, seperti penanda lokasi, ulasan pelanggan, dan informasi kontak. Selain itu, para pelaku UMKM dapat membuat profil bisnis mereka yang informatif dan menarik bagi calon konsumen. Penggunaan Google Maps juga memberikan keuntungan bagi para konsumen, mereka dapat menemukan produk atau jasa yang dibutuhkan dengan bantuan peta interaktif, serta melihat ulasan dan rekomendasi dari pengguna lain. Adanya pengabdian ini juga telah membantu para pelaku UMKM melek digital. Kegiatan pendampingan atau pelatihan pembuatan Google Maps  yang diadakan oleh tim pengabdian dengan mengikut-sertakan pelaku UMKM dan remaja desa telah menumbuhkan jiwa digital entrepreneur mereka ditengah-tengah kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut, para pelaku UMKM dan remaja desa menyadari pentingnya Google Maps sebagai wadah jual beli didalam mempromosikan produk UMKM mereka sehingga mudah dijangkau dan diminati oleh masyarakat luas.Kata kunci: Google Maps, Digitalisasi, UMKM.

Abstract

The provision of parking facilities at the Palengaan market shopping center gives rise to a fairly large parking generation, then the problem that arises from this large generation is the demand for parking spaces that are effective and can accommodate and provide comfort for visitors. This is greatly influenced by the use pattern of the parking area in question, the location of the parking area. So, when handling parking problems, regulations regarding land use patterns must also be followed which are adjusted to the detailed plans for providing vehicle parking facilities. Therefore, in this research, planning will be carried out regarding the availability of parking spaces and vehicle parking systems for visitors to the Palengaan market and will focus on providing parking capacity and how to optimize the parking system that does not yet exist. From the results of the analysis of the characteristics of vehicle parking at the Palengaan market, it can be seen that the area of parking requirement at the Palengaan market is 215,69 units. It is better to build a parking lot at the Palengaan market because the large market really needs a parking area so that it can complete the facilities at the Palengaan market.

Abstract

Capacity is a breakthrough or a number of units that a facility can storage, receive, or produce in a particular time period. Capacity often determines the need for capital and therefore large fixed costs. This research uses quantitative methods. There is an effect of capacity planning variables (x1) on capacity management (y) with gis value. 0.012 < 0.05 and t_calculated value 2.694 > 2.056. There is an influence of capacity implementation variables (x2) on capacity management (y) with sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and t_calculated value 5.101 > 2.056. There is no influence of capacity monitoring variables (x3) on capacity management (y) with sig value. 0.659 > 0.05 and t_calculated value -.447 < 2.056. The variable or indicator that most dominantly influences capacity management is capacity implementation (x2) with a value of 5.101.  There is a similar influence of all variables on capacity management. With f value of 44.028 > 2.96 in gis. 0.000 < 0.05. R square results of 0.836, can mean that 83.6% of capacity management is influenced by all variables.

Abstract

Safety is a factor that is needed by every human being in this world, including safety in the transportation sector. One of the transportation safety issues that is currently receiving sharp attention is road traffic safety. Camplong District is a district that is currently in the development stage. Camplong Highway Intersection (KM.90+208 – 90+311) Camplong District, Sampang Regency has quite high density alternately on each lane during peak hours. Apart from that, the Camplong Highway intersection (KM.90+208 – 90+311 ) there are no traffic lights which makes the road prone to accidents. The aim of this research is to determine the level of traffic safety, to determine the types of vehicles involved in conflicts, and to determine conflicts that can cause accidents at the Camplong Highway Intersection (KM.90 +208 – 90+311). Analysis of the level of traffic safety at the Jalan Raya Camplong intersection using the Traffic Conflict Technique (TCT) method (case study STA. KM.90+208 – 90+311) shows that conflict incidents between drivers are included in serious conflicts which can result in accidents but not always accidents occur, the type of vehicle involved in the conflict is on average more motorbikes because the volume of motorcyclists' vehicles is greater than other vehicles, and the potential for accidents is the rider's negligence in turning intersections or crossing carelessly.

Abstract

One of the factors that can hinder the achievement of the targets of a construction project is work accidents. According to BPJS Employment statistical data, the number of work accidents in 2019 reached 129,111 cases. Most of the work accidents or about 69.59% occurred inside the company while working, while 10.26% occurred outside the company and 20.15% were traffic accidents experienced by workers.. The object to be discussed is the level of work accidents in residential construction projects. From this object, the level of work accidents in housing construction projects will be analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and assisted with supporting applications, namely Expert Choice. The population used in this study are all parties involved in each housing construction project, such as contractors, planning consultants, workers, and developers of each housing construction project. Based on the data obtained, it is known that there are 3 contractors, 3 planning consultants, 43 workers and 6 developers from each housing project.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan sumber daya yang paling utama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup manusia. Hal ini menjadi faktor penting demi menjaga kesehatan dan kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat, sehingga kebutuhan akan air bersih dan ketersediaanya benar-benar dimanfaatkan dan dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini untuk menjelaskan proses pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan sumber daya air bersih berbasis masyarakat dan hasilnya. Pengabdian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses pengabdian dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan sumber daya air bersih berbasis masyarakat di Dusun Kotasek Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan menurut penulis sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat setempat dan digunakan sesuai kebutuhan dalam pengelolaannya. Hasil pemanfaatan tersebut adalah adanya pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih yang memadai dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya air, adanya perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang lebih bersih, tumbuhnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk lebih menjaga ketersediaan air bersih, sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga, meningkatnya ekonomi masyarakat, sebagai indikator kelestarian lingkungan, konservasi sumber daya air, dan yang paling penting partisipasi serta keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya air.

Abstract

Limbah serbuk keramik adalah limbah yang dihasilkan dari sisa-sisa keramik yang  sudah dihaluskan menggunakan alat tertentu. Buis beton merupakan jenis dari bahan material atau bangunan yang banyak digunakan dalam pembuatan sumur resapan sebagai pelapis dinding tanah dirumah-rumah atau ditempat umum dan bisa juga dijadikan sebagai bahan yang digunakan untuk drainase atau saluran pembuangan air kotor. Agregat halus merupakan agregat sebagai campuran pada beton, biasanya berupa pasir sebagai bahan pengikat semen dan air pada beton. Pengabdian ini merupakan inovasi baru dengan memanfaatkan limbah serbuk keramik sebagai pengganti agregat halus dalam pembuatan buis beton. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir limbah keramik yang sudah tidak terpakai sebagai campuran buis beton. Hal ini disebabkan oleh sebaran serbuk limbah keramik kesegala arah yang lebih baik atau merata sehingga menghasilkan beton yang lebih kedap, dan bila variasi semakin tinggi kebutuhan air yang digunakan semakin terbagi ke semua material. Pada pengabdian ini, penggunaan agregat halus berupa pasir digantikan dengan limbah keramik yang berasal dari sisa pekerjaan pemasangan keramik lantai dan dinding. Potensi limbah keramik sebagai alternatif pengganti agregat halus namun hanya hingga batas penggantian tertentu.
