Abstract

Urbanization is moving the human population from rural to urban areas. In rural areas, more land can be used for farming, while in urban areas, there is not much land for farming. Urban farming is a solution for people moving from rural to urban areas. Urban farming is the cultivation of plants in big cities with limited land. Hydroponics is a method of cultivating plants without using soil but rather using water flow for nutrient distribution; this method has the advantage of more efficient use of water and faster growth to produce quality fruit. Quality fruit is very influential in storage because it can last longer than fruit with poor conditions. The aim of this research is to analyze the design of an e-commerce website system for urban farming to optimize the potential of urban farming through the appropriate and strategic application of information technology. It is hoped that this research will support the growth and sustainability of urban agriculture but also open up new opportunities in marketing, inventory management, and efficient operational management.

Abstract

The increase in fast-paced lifestyles and demands for time efficiency have made consumers more likely to opt for convenience foods. Frozen food is an attractive option due to its ease of storage, preparation, and longer shelf life. To optimally utilize this business opportunity, an in-depth analysis of the right business development and implementation strategy, such as Business Model Canvas, is required. In this research, the method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used in this research are primary data obtained from observations of Rajawali Sosis Bakso and secondary data sourced from social media and business literature. The data that has been obtained is analysed qualitatively through three stages. The first stage, compiling the data obtained from the field, then entered into the mapping of the nine BMC elements. The second stage, analysing the BMC using SWOT analysis. The third stage is to formulate a new business model obtained from SWOT analysis, then put it into BMC mapping. Through the Business Model Canvas approach at Rajawali Sosis Baso, there are three elements that need to be improved, namely Key Resources, Cost Structure and Customer Relationship.

Abstract

A coffee shop or coffee shop is one of the contemporary business places that is in great demand from young people to adults. In the Antapani area there is a coffee shop called Sekawan Kopi & Space which is a new coffee shop business that opened in 2023 and still uses conventional methods to carry out its business processes. After analyzing the current business processes, several obstacles were found, such as the ordering system which was still done manually, resulting in less efficient service. Where queues often occur, orders pile up and orders take a long time, incorrect order input and so on. Therefore, this project aims to design a site menu that can help overcome these problems and increase customer satisfaction with faster and easier service efficiency. The methods used in this project include literature study, direct observation, interviews with related parties, and in-depth analysis of the business processes being carried out. The result of this project is designing the Sekawan Kopi & Space website menu using Qr Code.
