Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth at PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk. This type of research is associative and comes from a research instrument in the form of a table listing sales, total assets and profit growth at PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk. The population in this research is all financial reports from PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk has been listed on the IDX since 1992 until 2022, namely for 32 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. With the criteria (1) financial report data is available for 10 consecutive years, namely 2013-2022 (2) data The 10 year sample represents existing population data for research needs. Data collection in this research used documentation and literature study. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test.  The research results show that Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on profit growth have a positive and significant influence on PT. Jembo Cable Company, Tbk.

Abstract

This reseach was conducted at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. The aim of this reseach is to analyze and explain finansial performance as measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk, through financial report analysis of the company’s ability to fulfill its obligations and the results achieved from its operational activities, the type of research carried out is descriptive reseach. The results of descriptive and statistical analysis showed that PT. Astra Internasional Tbk’s Current ratio is in poor condition, this indicates that the company has not been able to pay short-term obligations or debts that are due. The Net Profit Margin is in poor condition, this indicates that the company has not been able to maximize net profit from the company’s operational activities.

Abstract

An alternative to predicting profit growth, including future financial conditions, is to carry out financial ratio analysis. The ratios used in this research include liquidity, activity, leverage and profitability ratios. The purpose of this research is to determine the Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) on profit growth at PT. Ultrajaya Milk & Trading Company, Tbk. The research instrument used is a list of tables consisting of data on current assets, current liabilities, sales, total assets, total debt, total equity and net profit for the current year and net profit for the previous year. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Ultrajaya Milk & Trading Company, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 1990 to 2022, which is 32 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Ultrajaya Milk & Trading Company, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Research data was collected by means of documentation and literature study and then analyzed by hypothesis testing, t test and f test. The research results show that the Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a partial and simultaneous effect on profit growth at PT. Ultrajaya Milk & Trading Company, Tbk.

Abstract

. The aim of this research is to determine the direct relationship between entrepreneur-based competencies on user satisfaction and alumni competitiveness. This research uses a quantitative approach method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this research is all organizations/agencies using STIE Bima alumni whose numbers are unknown. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely 50 organizations/agencies that employ alumni, both private and government. The data analysis tool uses Smart PLS. The results of this research provide information that Interpreneur-Based Graduate Competencies have a direct influence on User Satisfaction and Competitiveness of Bima College of Economics Alumni

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Liquid Asset to Total Asset (LTA) terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) pada PT. Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk. ROA merupakan indikator penting dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan bank, sementara LDR dan LTA digunakan untuk menilai aspek likuiditas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dari tahun 2012 hingga 2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LDR berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROA, sedangkan LTA tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan LDR dan LTA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan likuiditas yang efektif, khususnya melalui optimalisasi penyaluran kredit, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas bank.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy on financial performance efficiency at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk during the period 2014–2023. Debt policy is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while financial performance efficiency is measured using Return On Investment (ROI). This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests (normality and autocorrelation tests), simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of the study indicate that debt policy has a negative effect on financial performance efficiency, but the effect is not statistically significant (significance value 0.081> 0.05 and t count -1.999 <t table 2.306). Thus, the hypothesis stating a significant effect is rejected. This study concludes that increasing DER does not significantly affect the company's ROI, so PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk is advised to maintain an optimal capital structure to avoid financial risks in the future.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha seiring dengan era globalilasai membuat persaingan semakin ketat. Perusahaan didorong mengelola perencanaan laba dengan baik untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Laba bersih maksimal menjadi jaminan bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat beroperasi secara stabil. PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang bergerak di industri rokok juga memaksimalkan laba bersih pertahunya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah studi literatur pada jurnal dan buku terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asusmsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi), regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Gudang Garam Tbk dengan tujuan mengetahuai pengaruh pendapatan usaha dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih pada pt. gudang garam, tbk.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana rasio utang terhadap ekuitas dan utang terhadap aset PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk memengaruhi harga saham. Tingkat utang yang tinggi dapat memengaruhi cara investor menilai nilai perusahaan, sehingga DER dan DAR digunakan untuk merepresentasikan struktur modal perusahaan. Studi kuantitatif ini mengandalkan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama periode lima tahun. Sejumlah metode statistik digunakan untuk memeriksa data tersebut. Metode-metode tersebut meliputi koefisien korelasi, regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-T dan uji-F. Kami juga memeriksa autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan normalitas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DER tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap harga saham; tetapi, ketika DER meningkat, harga saham cenderung turun akibat peningkatan risiko keuangan. Investor sebaiknya tidak membiarkan rasio ini terlalu memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan mereka karena DAR juga tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Meskipun DER memiliki dampak yang lebih besar, baik DER maupun DAR tidak memengaruhi harga saham secara bersamaan. Temuan penelitian ini dapat membantu investor mengevaluasi kesehatan keuangan perusahaan dan memberikan pertimbangan bagi manajemen ketika mereka menyusun peraturan struktur modal yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Women play an important role in economic development and improving household welfare. However, obstacles such as fear of starting a business, lack of understanding about business opportunities, business development, lack of entrepreneurial creativity, and lack of skills in producing home industries cause many women in Rabakodo Village to not have a business. Rabakodo Village is one of the central trading villages and there is several natural potentials that can be processed and developed. Observations made on the potential of natural resources have not been able to improve people's lives due to the lack of community skills in processing local products that have selling value. The aim of the training is to explore and hone women's abilities and provide encouragement and motivation for women to be able to run businesses independently. The results of observations and analysis reveal that empowering women through training and mentoring can help women earn better incomes and strengthen their position in the family and society. It is hoped that the training that has been provided can help the community to improve the economic welfare of their families.

Abstract

Kemampuan menganalisis data menjadi sangat penting dan diperlukan untuk mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menyusun penelitian tugas akhir. Kegiatan pelatihan untuk memotivasi mahasiswa agar secara maksimal dapat menguasai penggunaan SPSS. Tahap awal praktik pelatihan pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan modul praktikum. Tahap pelaksanaan dimulai dengan pengenalan dan penggunaan fitur yang tersedia pada SPSS, input data, dan analisis tahap awal, yaitu analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana. Tahap akhir, dilakukan posttest dan meminta umpan balik untuk mengetahui efektifitas dari hasil praktik peserta pelatihan yang dapat dijadikan acuan kedepannya dalam melaksanakan kegiatan serupa ataupun lanjutan (tahap 2). Posttest menunjukan kemampuan beberapa mahasiswa cukup baik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan masih terdapat kesulitan mahasiswa dalam melakukan proses pengoperasian SPSS, namun pada umpan balik mahasiswa merasa sangat tertarik dan termotivasi mempelajari lebih dalam mengenai pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS, sehingga kedepannya perlu dilakukan pelatihan lanjutan agar mendapatkan hasil yang semakin maksimal.
