Abstract

Perilaku memakan harta haram dengan cara suap (rasywah) memang sudah sangat mengakar di tengah-tengah masyarakat Indonesia, dan masyarakat dunia secara umum. Itulah sebabnya sejak awal Islam datang Rasulullah telah mengingatkan kepada umat Islam untuk memperoleh harta dengan cara yang halal, tanpa mendzalimi orang lain. Menerima suap atau memberi suap merupakan perilaku yang sangat keji, karena ada perilaku curang yang diterselubung yang dilakukan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Di Indonesia perbuatan suap dikategorikan sebagai perbuatan korupsi yang diancam dengan hukuman penjara

Abstract

Entrepreneurial management of Islamic Boarding Schools is a form of creative and innovative utilization of economic potential as a strategic step in community empowerment, and development of internal independence of institutions from an economic aspect so that they have self-supporting and self-financing capabilities. Sabilussalam Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City has implemented a 'mineral water' entrepreneurship program since 2021, as an effort to develop the internal independence of Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to describe and analyze the management of 'mineral water' entrepreneurship at Sabilussalam Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City, starting from the aspects of planning, implementation, and control of entrepreneurship to develop the independence of Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative method, with in-depth interviews, in-depth observations and documentation studies as data collection techniques used. The stages of data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. As for the validity of the data, the researcher triangulated sources, methods, and time. The results of the study showed that, 1) planning to start an entrepreneurship program includes strengthening the vision and mission, sharpening the program's objectives and appointing a person in charge, recruiting operational staff, 2) implementation of the entrepreneurship program includes providing basic training for operational staff, 3) control is carried out through determining achievement indicators and periodic reports on the achievement of the entrepreneurship program and conducting discussions with the management of the Islamic boarding school to get input

Abstract

Educational leadership that has the criterion of emotional quotient is the leader with the ability to influence the educational community through self-awareness and self-management. This ability helps school leaders to understand the society. In other words, the leader has the social awareness and skill management. It is the skill to interact with the shcool community their wants. In addition, the school leaders are required to be honest to their selves and the whole educational community for their building of self strength, self-conscience, honor, and responsibility to the whole school community. To conclude that the cooperation between leaders and society (social community) the goal of the education will be achieved.

Abstract

The worsening waste crisis poses a serious challenge to environmental sustainability. Objective: This study introduces E-Klim, an innovative climate education model that combines waste management with child-based environmental learning through participatory visual methods. Novelty: This model offers a unique approach by integrating visual education for children, waste-based philanthropic actions, and community empowerment in one integrated framework. Methods: Using Participatory Action Research (PAR), this study actively involved children, communities, religious institutions, NGOs, and local governments in developing interactive tools such as the 'Match Cause and Effect' game and the 'Green Challenge' activity. Results: The research findings show: (1) a significant increase in children's understanding of climate change through a visual approach, (2) the transformation of the recycling system into a community philanthropic movement, and (3) the implementation of real actions such as tree planting. Conclusion: E-Klim has proven to be an effective framework that not only solves the waste problem but also creates a circular economy based on local values, while strengthening environmental education for the younger generation through innovative participatory methods.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keefektifan perencanaan, keefektifan metode supervisi akademik, kesesuaian hasil supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, dan mengetahui tindaklanjut hasil supervisi akademik kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang bersifat Studi kasus dan bertujuan untuk memperoleh keterangan, informasi, data mengenai hal-hal yang belum diketahui Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat dirumuskan simpulan sebagai berikut. (1) Keefektifan perencanaan supervisi akdemik kepala sekolah berada pada kategori efektif, (2) Keefektifan metode supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berada pada kategori efektif, (3) Kesesuaian pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan masalah yang dihadapi guru berada pada kategori efektif, (4) Tindaklanjut hasil supervisi akademik kepala sekolah diperoleh berada pada cukup efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan, maka peneliti memberikan saran kepada beberapa pihak seperti berikut ini: (1) Kepada pihak Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Boalemo hendaknya pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah dievaluasi dan dianalisis guna menemui berbagai bentuk kesulitan yang dapat diidentifikasi menjadi faktor penghambat kegiatan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan dan faktor pendukung yang menjadi kekuatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, (2) Bagi kepala sekolah hendaknya dapat meningkatkan dan merumuskan atau merencanakan program supervisi akademik dengan melibatkan rapat bersama guru dan wakil kepala sekolah melalui pembentukan tim supervisi akademik sekolah melalui Surat Keputusan (SK) Kepala Sekolah, (3) Bagi guru hendaknya hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan informasi untuk meningkatkan profesional yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi keperibadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi professional, (4) Bagi forum MGMP hendaknya hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan bahan informasi untuk melakukan pembinaan guru secara kontinu dan sistematis pada kegiatan in service dan on service sehingga perbaikan kompetensi guru dapat ditingkatkan, (5) Bagi penulis hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan motivasi melakukan kegiatan penelitian ilmiah sehingga perbaikan proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan guna meningkatkan kompetensi professional.

Abstract

Qashash al-Qur'an or stories in the Qur'an that fill a quarter of the Qur'an is believed to be true as a true story revealed by Allah to be taken lessons (ibrah), wisdom and used as a source of role models in everyday life. Some of these stories have been obtained historical evidence through archaeological research, while others have not been proven. There are many ways to explore ibrah from these stories, including; historical approach, philosophy, sociology, psychology and so on. The researcher applied library research as a method to analyzed Ibrah within the Holly Qur’an. The Qur'an is not a scientific book, such as a history book for example, but it can be used as a source of knowledge. This can be seen from the writings of Ibn Khaldun, Haekal, Muhammad al-Ghazali, Sayid Ramadhan al-Buti, Munzir Hitami, Sayyid Qutb, Muhammad Qutb, Komaruddin Hidayat and so on who use the stories in the Qur'an as a source of reference or reference. the inspiration. Unfortunately, the approach taken by some groups in the study of the stories of the Qur'an is more about compiling a history than an in- depth study of ibrah or the lessons that can be drawn from it. Presumably, it is necessary to study the stories of the Qur'an by using various other methods and approaches so that it is more useful for the development of divine civilization on earth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran penting manajemen peserta didik dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat siswa melalui program ekstrakurikuler di lingkungan sekolah. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada strategi manajemen yang diterapkan oleh sekolah untuk mendukung dan memotivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta dampaknya terhadap pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa.
