Abstract

Along with developments in this era of globalization, it is the hope of each individual to look at a bright future with diverse human life conditions by fulfilling various existing needs, Islam is present which offers a concept in growing and developing the communitys economy so as to create social welfare as a whole. This concept does not only apply to Muslims, but also to all individuals on this earth because it is in line with the definition of Islam as a religion that is rahmatan lil alamin, which means Grace to all nature. The emergence of Islamic economics is aimed at building an economic framework based on religious sources so that a state economic order is formed based on justice as well as equality for the birth of a civilized society under the protection of Allah SWT. Every human activity in Islam has a principle with a measurement of the value of his merits and sins. Everything that is done by humans and has the value of worship will get a reward, and everything that contains the value of harm or harms one party will be worth a sin in the eyes of the creator. In life and quality formation of human character, Islam bases economic development on the formation of each individual who is directed to God as controlling every human action in daily mu'amalah. people who prioritize economic changes only with spiritual matters, they still deviate from God's law, each economic actor and government play an important role in creating prosperity in every level of society. Abstract

Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kencong dengan DTD atau Door To Door guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan nasabah karena adakalanya dari nasabah inilah mampu mendatangkan nasabah lainnya untuk ikut serta dalam pembiayaan cicil emas sebagai investasi di masa mendatang. Tujuan laporan ini untuk mengetahui dan memperkenalkan secara lebih terperinci mengenai strategi pemasaran produk cicil emas yang dilakukan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kencong dengan analisis SWOT. Laporan ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan data dari wawancara pada karyawan bank, literatur dan survei nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil laporan ini menjelaskan bahwasanya, strategi pemasaran produk cicil emas dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT berada pada posisi strength (kekuatan) dan opporttunity (peluang) yang menunjukkan dalam keadaan bertumbuh. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan yakni dengan cara meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta memperkuat jalinan dan kerjasama dengan berbagai instansi atau lembaga yang di sekitarnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan digital pada era ini memberikan kemudahan akses dalam bertransaksi, sama halnya dengan UMKM tradisional yang masih bergantung pada strategi pemasaran yang biasa dijalani, sehingga kemacetan akan berdampak negatif pada perekonomian masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan 36 UMKM sebagai sampel penelitian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara lebih rinci mengenai pengaruh perkembangan digital marketing dan marketplace terhadap penurunan pendapatan UMKM tradisional yang ada di desa Mlokorejo, kecamatan Puger. Dengan mendistribusikan survei dan mengolah data menggunakan SEM PLS, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Simple random sampling dengan metode probabilitas sampling adalah strategi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penurunan pendapatan UMKM tradisional sedangkan marketplace berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penurunan pendapatan UMKM tradisional. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan baru mengenai pemasaran digital yang tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, sementara marketplace memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan pendapatan UMKM, da dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

In the midst of the soaring business world which is increasingly popular, especially in the community and even among various groups, both young and old, it is necessary to realize that all forms of risk are certain and need to be minimized in the smooth running of the business, one of which is the capital or funding factor which is the support in business start up. So the purpose of this discussion or article is to examine the role of finance companies so that they are able to provide more alternatives for the development of the business sector as well as the various facilities offered in expanding the provision of financing. The importance of this discussion topic is as a reference for humans especially Muslims to be able to understand matters relating to finance companies within the scope of sharia economics.
