Abstract

Komuniksi organisasi yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor kunci penentu keberhasilan sebuah organisasi atau sekolah dalam menjalankan visi misi atau program sekolah. Akan tetapi pendistribusian kompensasi yang baik dan benar kepada dewan guru dan karyawan tidak kalah penting, karena kompensasi merupakan salah satu aspek yang paling sensitif di dalam hubungan kerja. Dengan adanya komunikasi organisasi dan kompensasi yang baik didalam sekolah diharapkan para dewan guru dan karyawan mendapatkan kepuasan kerja seperti yang mereka harapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris apakah komunikasi organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi baik secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif explanatory research dengan metode positivistik berlandasan filsafat positifisme. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Accidental Sampling dan teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dan ditentukan dengan rumus Isaac dan Michael yaitu sebanyak 146 yang dibagi secara proporsional dari setiap unit untuk diambil perwakilan. Pengujiannya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for the Sciences (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan (Standardized Coefficients) 0,240 dan Sig. sebesar 0,003 ≤ 0,05, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan (Standardized Coefficients) 0,422 dan Sig. Sebesar 0,003 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan bersama-sama (simultan) komunikasi organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 36,090 ≥ F tabel 3,06 dan Sig. 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Kemudian untuk uji R2 (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,335 atau 33%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Kesejahteraan keluarga sangatlah penting bagi setiap orang dalam melangsungkan hidupnya, dimana sebuah keluarga dapat dikatakan sejahtera ketika terpenuhinya seluruh kebutuhannya Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kepada seluruh petani cabai, kesejahteraan keluarga petani cabai dapat dikatakan sangat tinggi, terbukti dengan semakin meningkatnya keluarga petani yang sejahtera, dengan dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan dari setiap keluarga petani dan konsumsi keluarga petani dalam mencukupi kebutuhannya, dan semakin banyaknya keluarga petani untuk terus menanam cabai pada tahun berikutnya, karena mereka beranggapan dengan menanam cabai kesejahteraan petani dapat terpenuhi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani cabai yang memiliki lahan persawahan untuk ditanami cabai yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan Nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling yang paling cocok adalah sampling jenuh yaitu 30 kepala keluarga petani cabai. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment dengan dibantu software SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Product Moment, pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga petani dengan nilai koefisien r hitung sebesar 0,900 > r tabel 0,374, dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, konsumsi rumah tangga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga petani dengan nilai koefisien r hitung sebesar 0,974 > r tabel 0,374, dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, kemudian pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga sesuai dengan hasil uji F (simultan) sebesar 25,1878 ≥ 2,96 dengan Sig. sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05, dan hasil uji R2 sebesar 94,9%, sedangkan sisanya 5,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga terhadap kesejahteran keluarga, dan secara bersama-sama bahwasannya pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah berpengaruh signifikan dan positif tangga terhadap kesejahteran.

Abstract

Work ethics as a critical and rationalist reflection on moral values ​​and norms in determining attitudes and behavior of human life, as well as business ethics values ​​that will encourage values ​​of goodness, and actualized morality in human behavior, as well as work ethic values ​​that promote the totality of personality. someone in encouraging himself to act and achieve good deeds so that the relationship between humans can be well established, in social and economic behavior in running his business which does not rule out competition between entrepreneurs with one another. This study aims to examine empirically the variables in the research that have been formulated in the formulation of the problem, namely whether work ethics, business ethics and work ethics have a significant effect on thecompetition of entrepreneurial members female entrepreneurialof DPC Banyuwangi, simultaneously and partially. This research is in the form of quantitative explanatory research to analyze the effect of work ethics, business ethics and work ethics oncompetition entrepreneurial, using a survey method. Sampling using sampling techniques nonprobability Sampling withtechnique sampling the most appropriateis saturated sampling pursuant to which all members of the DPC Banyuwangi women entrepreneurs numbering as many as 49 people. Multiple linear regression analysis tools, with the help of Statistical Package for the Sciences (SPSS) software version 22. The results of the analysis show that work ethic variables have a significant effect oncompetition entrepreneurial, with (Standardized Coefficients) 0.092. The variable of business ethics has a significant effect oncompetition entrepreneurial, with (Standardized Coefficients) 0.081. Work ethic variable has a significant effect oncompetition entrepreneur, with (Standardized Coefficients) 0.864. Meanwhile, (Simultaneously) work ethics, business ethics and work ethic variables have a significant effect oncompetition entrepreneurial with a calculated F value of 724.101 ≥ F table 3.20 and a significance of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Then to test R2 (coefficient of determination) amounted to 0,990, or 99%, while the remaining 1% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors in this study. Etika kerja sebagai refleksi kritis dan rasionalis mengenai nilai moral dan norma dalam menentukan sikap dan perilaku hidup manusia, sekaligus nilai etika bisnis yang akan mendorong nilai-nilai kebaikan, dan moralitas yang diaktualisasikan dalam perilaku manusia, begitu juga nilai etos kerja yang mengedepankan totalitas kepribadian seseorang dalam mendorong dirinya untuk bertindak dan meraih amal kebajikan sehingga hubungan antara manusia dapat terjalin dengan baik baik, dalam perilaku sosial dan ekonomi dalam menjalankan usahanya yang tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadinya persaingan antara entrepreneur satu dengan yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris variabel-variabel dalam penelitian yang telah dirumuskan dalam rumusan masalah yaitu apakah etika kerja, etika bisnis dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persaingan entrepreneur anggota wirausaha perempuan DPC Banyuwangi, secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian berbentuk kuantitatif explanatory research untuk menganalisis pengaruh etika kerja, etika bisnis dan etos kerja terhadap persaingan enterpreneur, dengan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik sampling Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik sampling yang paling cocok adalah sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh anggota wirausaha perempuan DPC Banyuwangi yang berjumlah sebanyak 49 orang. Alat analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for the Sciences (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel etika kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persaingan entrepreneur, dengan (Standardized Coefficients) 0,092. Abstract

Traditional markets are a place for products of basic community needs produced by economic actors that occur, small or even micro events, most of which are products from agriculture or plantations. Currently, modern shops are also increasing, coupled with the increasing trend of public spending, not all products produced from agriculture can be sold in modern shops, therefore traditional markets become a means of selling products that have been produced by farmers. Humans have several needs in life, one of which is the need for the market as a means of support in meeting their daily needs. This study aims to empirically examine product price variables and cultural factors that influence people's buying interest in Pasar Baru, Kencong District. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the type of survey research. Sampling used the Nonrobability Sampling technique which was Incidental Sampling, where the research sample was all people who had shopped at Pasar Baru Kencong twice or more, determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula collecting 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire method with a Likert Scale research instrument. Data analysis with validity and reliability tests, data testing with t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination) and multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package for the Sciences (SPSS) software version 16. This study concludes that product prices have a significant effect on people's buying interest in Pasar Baru, Kencong District with a t-test value of 0.011 <0.05 and a t-count value of 2.589 > ttable 1.980. The results of the t-test also show that cultural factors have a significant effect on people's buying interest with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and a tcount value of 4.041 <ttable 1.980. The results of the F test show that product prices and cultural factors simultaneously have a significant effect on people's buying interest with a significant value of 0.000 0.05 with an Fcount value of 27.957 > Ftable 3.11.

Abstract

Marketplace is a new business model that develops along with the evolution of IT infrastructure (Information Technology). The existence of a marketplace makes consumptive people prefer to spend their money to buy a desired product quickly and easily. This has something to do with consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction is the level of one’s feelings after comparing the expected performance or product results with expectations. Shopee is a marketplace with monthly visitors which from the 3rd quarter of 2019 to the fourth quarter of 2020 experienced a continuous increase. However, in the first quarter of 2021, shopee experienced a decrease in monthly visitors from 129.3 million visitors to 127.4 million visitors. This made Tokopedia one rank above Shopee with 135.1 million visitors. This survey was conducted to determine the influence of the marketplace on consumer satisfaction on the Shopee platform in Jember District. This was quantitative research with the type of survey research. The population used was the people of Jember District, with purposive sampling technique, while the formula used to determine the number of samples was using the Cochran formula. The data collection used questionnaire method and measuring variables with a Likert scale. Analysis of research data with inferential tests include t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination), and multiple linear regression test. This research concluded that 1) The marketing mix had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the value of tcount was 1.857 < ttable 1.980. 2) Human resources did not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, the tcount value was 1.557 < ttable 1.980. 3) Information technology had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, the value of tcount was 2,040 > ttable 1,980. 4) Expedition had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the tcount value was 3.735 > ttable 1.980. 5) The marketing mix, human resources, information technology, and expeditions simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the Fcount 28.505 > Ftable 2.47, the R Square value was 0.545 or 54.5%

Abstract

Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) is a non-bank Islamic Financial Institution which has a familiar function, namely as a microfinance institution that is tasked with distributing funds as well as collecting funds from the public. One BMT function as a fund-raising medium is realized in savings products in form of Eid al-Fitr savings, where this savings is aimed at helping the community, especially those with middle to lower economic backgrounds, to ease them in fulfilling their needs of Eid al-Fitr moment. In those moment, muslim community usually spend more on visiting relatives during the holidays, food supplies for guests who come, and usual Eid al-Fitr envelope distributed to relatives and needy neighbors  as well as children of relatives who are used to getting a share every Eid al-Fitr moments. Eid al-Fitr savings has proven to improve the quality of the community's financial condition it facilitate of allocating a small amount of funds from the community for Eid al-Fitr needs so that it does not mixed with other daily needs. This savings is also able to educate the public about sharia contracts such as the mudharabah musyarakah contract used in Eid savings. This savings also benefits the Indonesian people who are predominantly Muslim who want to save their funds with sharia concepts. The existence of this research is expected to contribute in providing knowledge about Eid al-Fitr savings, can be a reference for further research, and be a consideration for the BMT in improving the mechanism of products and services in it so that it can maximize its role and helping the economy of small communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school (Pondok Pesantren) is the oldest religious institution in Indonesia. Its existence on education by spreading knowledge that can create Muslim scholars as new generations. Islamic boarding school has identical function as a place to study religion that it is a narrowing claim with the fact, Islamic boarding school can give more contributions to build society or economy. Along the line with the spread of various issues on global economic, such as unemployment due to limited employment opportunities, so that it impacts on increasing of poverty. This research focuses on how to manage economic empowerment along with the financial management system at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhwaniyyah Gumukmas Jember. This research purpose is to find out the aspects mentioned in the research focus. The research method applied is the qualitative method with a case study approach. The result of this research shows that Pesantren Al-Ikhwaniyyah has been able to implement economic empowerment management along with its financial administration starts from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. However, the system of financial administration needs to be improved more by inviting external auditors to maintain financial governance.

Abstract

: Sharia Compliance  dan transparansi merupakan dua hal yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan zakat yang ada di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh muzakki yang ada di Kabupaten Jember, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling total yaitu 51 muzakki. Dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner (angket), pengukuran variabel dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan uji inferensial uji t, uji F, uji R2, dan juga uji regresi linear berganda. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwasannya Sharia compliance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat, dengan nilai uji t sebesar 0,371 > 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar  0,904 < ttabel 1,675, transparansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat dengan signifikan sebesar yaitu 0,371 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 2.086 > ttabel 1,675. Uji F menunjukkan Sharia compliance dan transparansi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat dengan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dengan nilai Fhitung 10,197 > Ftabel 3,19.

Abstract

The organization is a place that can provide good leadership benefits related to a growth mindset and capability of communication or socialization. High socialization skills can be formed when someone joins the organization. This discussion focuses on the formation of perspectives or benefits obtained after joining an organization. This purpose is to inform that by following an organization, one can grow personal thinking to have leadership qualities and, with the existing experience, can hone ourselves. This discussion uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data on the problems discussed from sources from a literature review, explaining each study point discussed. The result of this discussion is that the organization can provide benefits that can foster a person's mindset to be better in shaping the spirit of leadership. Organizations can provide a different way of thinking, such as forming good relationships between individuals and groups and fostering a leadership spirit. This is in accordance with what was obtained during the process of organizing. During joining the organization, the benefits are obtained through the attitudes and traits that must be applied. This research found that organizational experiences is important to build a mindset, communication skill, and leadership capabilities that are beneficial for human social lives.

Abstract

Sharia Bank is one of the financial institutions that provide services with sharia principles. In this case, Islamic banks refer to a system of banking activities that are consistent with sharia principles. Shari'a principles emphasize more on moral and ethical values ​​in all transactions carried out. Sharia prohibits the payment or receipt of interest charges or usury. There are various kinds of products offered by Islamic banking such as savings, financing, to various other service products. To understand this, through this research, the products offered by Islamic banks to avoid usury are formulated, namely Mudharabah products with a profit-sharing system. To implement the profit-sharing system, Islamic banks use two methods in determining the margin and ratio, namely profit-loss sharing and revenue-sharing methods.
