Abstract

Education is one of the needs that is needed by every individual and is a very important thing, because education has an important role and has a big impact on human life. In the world of education, of course, it cannot be separated from various problems which certainly require an answer as a solution to existing problems. One of the topics of discussion in the world of education at this time is regarding the nature of self-efficacy or self-efficacy that exists in students. According to several journals, several studies have been conducted on self-efficacy in students and the results found that self-efficacy has a significant impact on students, both in terms of thinking patterns, ways of learning and doing assignments, and influencing student learning outcomes. In addition, self-efficacy plays an important role for each individual, so that they are able to discover and develop their potential (Rustika 2012). Even though this self-efficacy has a positive impact on student learning outcomes, in reality not all students have this self-efficacy themselves. Because of that, another party is needed to generate self-efficacy in a student. Therefore, this paper discusses "Self efficacy: can it increase student achievement?"

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan dosen Prodi Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dalam mengolah proses belajar mengajar terhadap kepuasan para peserta didik setelah mengikuti perkuliahan selama satu semester. Diharapkan kemampuan dosen dapat memberikan kepuasan  kepada para peserta didik semester 7 PAK Di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Injili Abdi Allah. Penilitian ini memusatkan pembahasan dalam dua hal, yakni: Tingkat kepuasan ditinjau dalam dua aspek, yaitu aspek nilai akademik dan aspek respons atau tindakan mahasiswa selama mengikuti proses perkuliahan bahkan sesudah mengikuti proses perkuliahan. Kesimpulannya adalah kemampuan yang dimiliki dosen dalam mengolah proses belajar-mengajar, diharapkan dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan para peserta didik. Kata kunci: kemampuan dosen PAK; mahasiswa semester 7; STTIAA;

Abstract

Abstract: The pandemic period has changed everything in terms of economic, social and even what we can see most prominently, namely education and worship. At the beginning of the spread of the corona virus in December 2019 the government issued a decision that activities or activities were carried out at home until now. This of course hinders every community activity where people who work in companies, factories, teachers, and other workers are carried out at home, besides that many people even lose their jobs. but in this case the important focus is education and worship is done at home, so that the house becomes the center. Of course this will be a problem and a big change for children, parents and also for every congregation. Because of that, the obstacles it faces will appear, such as the media that is less accommodating, time and also the understanding of people's thoughts. For this reason, the purpose of writing this article is to provide an understanding to every reader, namely the importance of the house as a center of education and worship during the pandemic to increase knowledge and maintain the faith that is held. The research method used by the author is a study of literature or literature. Key Words: House, Education Center, Worship Room Abstrak: Masa pandemi membuat segala sesuatu berubah dari segi ekonomi, sosial dan bahkan dapat di lihat hal yang paling menonjol yaitu pendidikan dan juga peribadahan. Pada awal adanya penyebaran virus corona pada Desember 2019 pemerintah mengeluarkan keputusan bahwa aktivitas atau kegiatan dilakukan di rumah hingga saat ini. Hal ini tentunya menghambat setiap kegiatan masyarakat yang dimana orang yang bekerja di perusahan, pabrik, guru, dan pekerja lainnya dilakukan di rumah, selain itu bahkan masyarakat banyak yang kehilangan pekerjaan. akan tetapi dalam hal ini yang menjadi sorotan penting yaitu pendidikan dan peribadahan di lakukan di rumah, sehingga rumah menjadi pusat. Tentunya ini akan menjadi permasalahan dan perubahan yang besar bagi anak, orang tua dan juga bagi setiap jemaat. Karena itu akan muncul penghambat-penghambat yang dihadapinya seperti media yang kurang mewadahi, waktu dan juga pemahaman pemikiran dari masyarakat. Untuk itu tujuan penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada setiap pembaca yaitu pentingnya rumah sebagai pusat pendidikan dan peribadahan dimasa pandemi untuk meningkatkatkan pengetahuan dan mempertahankan iman yang di pegang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah study pustaka atau literatur. Kata Kunci: Rumah, Pusat Pendidikan, Ruang Ibadah

Abstract

ABSTRAKSertiap orang pasti ingin dihargai. Tidak ada satupun orang di dunia ini yang tidak memiliki keinginan untuk dihargai. Hal ini dibuktikan ketika orang itu tidak dihargai maka orang tersebut marah, tersinggung bahkan mungkin diam. Bukan hanya ini saja tetapi juga membuat seseorang tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk tampil di depan orang lain, tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri ketika berada dilingkungan orang lain dan malu bahkan takut ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan apapun, orang-orang yang tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri ada ketakutan untuk ditolak, sehingga kebanyakan mereka yang tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri lebih menyendiri dan memiliki menjadi penonton. Padahal setiap orang diberi talenta, kemampuan tetapi karena kebutuhan untuk dihargai ini tidak terpenuhi sehingga membuatnya kehilangan kepercayaan dirinya. Melalui tulisan ini penulis membahas tentang “Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Penghargaan Menurut Teori Maslow Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Orang Dewasa Awal”, dengan rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebutuhan penghargaan menurut Teori Maslow, bagaimana pemenuhan kebutuhan penghargaan menurut teori Maslow dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kepercayaan diri orang dewasa awal. Peneliti berasumsi bahwa ketika kebutuhan penghargaan orang dewasa awal terpenuhi maka dapat memberi kepercayaan diri bagi mereka. Dari penelitian yang diperoleh bahka dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan penghargaan menimbulkan kepercayaan diri bagi orang dewasa awal. Kata kunci: Pemenuhan Kebutuhan, Penghargaan Diri Menurut Teori Maslow, Kepercayaan Diri, Orang Dewasa Awal ABSTRACTEveryone wants to be appreciated. There is not a single person in this world who does not have the desire to be appreciated. This is evidenced when the person is not appreciated, the person is angry, offended, maybe even silent. Not only this but also makes a person not have the confidence to appear in front of other people, do not have confidence when in the environment of other people and are embarrassed and even afraid to be involved in any activities, people who do not have confidence are afraid of being rejected , so most of those who lack self-confidence are more aloof and have become spectators. Even though everyone is given talents, abilities, but because this need to be appreciated is not fulfilled, it makes him lose his confidence. Through this paper the author discusses "Fulfillment of Self-Esteem Needs According to Maslow's Theory and Its Influence on Early Adult Self-Confidence", with the formulation of the problem of this research is how are esteem needs according to Maslow's Theory, how are esteem needs fulfilled according to Maslow's theory and how does it affect trust early adult self. Researchers assume that when early adults' esteem needs are met, it can give them confidence. Abstract

Character education in early adulthood in forming a generation that is responsible and has moral integrity. This research aims to understand the impact of character education, influencing factors, character education strategies, and its benefits. In this writing there are different opinions and there are pros and cons related to the effectiveness of character education in forming a responsible generation. Some argue that character education is still relevant and important, while others doubt its effectiveness in dealing with social and cultural changes. These different opinions create the main theme of the paper, namely the role of character education in forming the character of the younger generation.The results of interviews with early adult students representing a variety of views also became an important part of the discussion, illustrating differences in viewpoints in the context of character education. While there are differences of opinion, character education in early adulthood still has an important role in forming a responsible generation. Serious efforts need to be made to integrate character education in various aspects of early adult life, including family, formal education, and the social environment. Keywords: Character Education, Early Adulthood, Generation Formation, Responsibility.

Abstract

The prolonged pandemic conditions experienced by the world forced changes in various aspects of life and unwittingly formed a new "culture" in the world of education that tended to lead to academic procrastination. This study aims to examine the continued impact of procrastination that affects gadget addicts. This study used a quantitative approach with Christian religious high school students acting as research respondents. Data was obtained using random sampling techniques with a total sample of 100 people. Students who were respondents were active students in lectures and at the same time active in using gadgets. The research instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire with a focus on academic procrastination and the potential of gadget addicts. The results of research in the field show that the influence of academic procrastination on gadget addicts is 51.6%.

Abstract

When the Israelites came out of Egypt, the Lord led them back into the land of Canaan according to the promise God made to their ancestors. That promise was fulfilled during the reign of Joshua. So in the book of Joshua chapter 12 tells about the kings who were defeated during the reign of Moses and Joshua and the distribution of the promised land to the tribes of Israel. Meanwhile, Joshua chapter 13 tells of the lands that were left behind and had not been conquered by Joshua after he grew old and advanced in age. In addition, this chapter gives another account of Moses' conquest of Sihon and Og and the division of the land of Canaan to the tribes of Israel. Moses repeatedly told the Israelites about the land of Canaan to remind them that God was faithful to his promises to His chosen people. But there are still questions that arise among Christians, namely if God promised why the Israelites had difficulty entering the land of Canaan and occupying the land, there were even other nations left there. On this question, the author discusses the text that is in us, Joshua 12 and 13. Through this discussion, it is hoped that it can add insight to the readers about the conquest of nations and further strengthen the belief of today's believers that God's promises to His people are never broken. Ketika Bangsa Israel keluar dari Mesir mereka dituntun Tuhan masuk kembali ke dalam tanah Kanaan sesuai dengan janji Allah kepada nenek moyangnya. Janji itu digenapi pada masa kepemimpinan Yosua. Maka dalam Kitab Yosua pasal 12 menceritakan tentang raja-raja yang telah dikalahkan pada masa kepemimpinan Musa dan Yosua serta pembagian tanah perjanjian kepada suku-suku Israel. Sedangkan Yosua pasal 13 menceritakan negeri-negeri yang tertinggal dan belum ditaklukkan oleh Yosua setelah ia menjadi tua dan lanjut umur. Selain itu, pasal ini memberikan kembali laporan tentang penaklukan Musa atas Sihon dan Og serta pembagian tanah Kanaan kepada suku-suku Israel. Musa berulang kali menyampaikan kepada bangsa Israel tentang tanah Kanaan untuk mengingatkan mereka bahwa Allah setia terhadap janji kepada umat pilihan-Nya. Namun masih ada pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang muncul dikalangan orang Kristen, yaitu jika Allah yang berjanji mengapa bangsa Israel mengalami kesulitan masuk ke dalam tanah Kanaan dan menduduki negri itu, bahkan ada bangsa-bangsa lain yang tertinggal di sana. Atas pertanyaan ini maka penulis membahas teks yang ada dalam kita Yosua 12 dan 13. Melalui pembahasan ini, diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan para pembaca tentang penaklukan terhadap bangsa-bangsa dan semakin meneguhkan keyakinan orang percaya masa kini bahwa janji Allah kepada umat-Nya tidak pernah ingkar.
