Abstract

The quality of education is a major concern in academia and is often associated with student satisfaction and learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of teaching quality, educational facilities, and administrative services on student satisfaction, as well as the impact on learning motivation in the context of higher education in Indonesia. Using the survey method, data was collected from 160 students at the ISB Atmaluhur Pangkalpinang campus. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and SPSS to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the quality of teaching, educational facilities, and administrative services had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, student satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. These findings broaden understanding of the factors that influence student satisfaction and learning motivation, and emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in improving the quality of higher education. The practical implications of this research include the need for higher education institutions to focus on improving the quality of teaching, providing adequate educational facilities, and improving the quality of administrative services to achieve optimal student satisfaction and encourage higher learning motivation.

Abstract

In the face of rapid technological advancements and market shifts, companies must adapt and enhance their competitiveness to ensure long-term survival. Prior studies have not extensively investigated models that elucidate the correlation between innovation, digital transformation, productivity, and employment in relation to a company's competitiveness and longevity, particularly in developing countries. This study explores the impact of innovation, digital transformation, productivity, and employment on organizational competitiveness and their influence on corporate longevity and sustainability in the Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia. Employing survey methods and analyzing data using double regression, simple regression, smartPls, and SPSS, the study surveyed 120 respondents from various industrial sectors. Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education has accelerated globally, yet understanding of adoption factors remains fragmented, particularly in geographically isolated regions. This study extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by incorporating facilitating conditions, AI anxiety, and academic performance outcomes to analyze AI adoption patterns across multiple institutions in Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia. A cross-sectional quantitative design was employed with 523 students from five higher education institutions. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS through SmartPLS 4.0, revealing that perceived ease of use demonstrated the strongest influence on actual AI system use (β=0.394, p<0.001), followed by perceived usefulness (β=0.327, p<0.001) and facilitating conditions (β=0.218, p<0.01). AI anxiety showed a significant negative effect on actual system use (β=-0.156, p<0.05), while actual system use strongly predicted academic performance (β=0.782, p<0.001). The extended model explained 68.4% variance in actual AI system use and 61.2% variance in academic performance. Multigroup analysis revealed significant differences between public and private institutions (p<0.05), with private institutions showing stronger technology acceptance patterns. These findings suggest that successful AI implementation requires holistic strategies addressing user experience design, institutional support infrastructure, and anxiety reduction programs tailored to institutional contexts in archipelagic regions.
