Abstract

With the rapid advancement of information technology today, every world of education requires campuses to develop teaching and learning services in their special practicum in the laboratory. Rapid response laboratory services are a form of participation to take part in the implementation of practicum adjusting standard operating procedures (SOP). In this case, the author takes a case study at the Atma Luhur ISB computer laboratory, making a damage report or PC troubleshooting now still in the form of LOG books and manuals, and the processing time is waiting for lecture hours to finish. Thus, a rapid response application process for response and information service laboratories is needed to make it easier for laboratory workers to carry out job descriptions. The method used in designing this rapid response system application is the waterfall model and is run on the Android operating system. The results of the rapid response application in the Atma Luhur ISB laboratory can help smooth practicum in this laboratory, making it easier for the laboratory and to obtain service responses and practicum services more quickly and effectively. This application after being tested for functional aspects by distributing questionnaires to laboratory assistants got an average value of 87.083% (good criteria), so overall it can be concluded that this application can be applied in the Atma Luhur ISB laboratory.

Abstract

It has become the hope for the people and the government of Bangka to re-cherish pepper commodities as before, the Warehouse Receipt System program is one of the efforts expected to fulfill that dream. This research is a qualitative study that seeks to answer the question of the ability of the prospect of the Warehouse Receipt System program in increasing the competitiveness of pepper commodities. Primary data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires to pepper farmers located in Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency. The results of the study stated that the WRS program has not been able to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of pepper commodities in terms of the functioning of the maximum market mechanism, maintained integrity of environmental carrying capacity for quality commodities / agricultural products, the establishment of legal certainty, and a competitive business world

Abstract

This research is perform to evaluate the influence of inflation, exchange rate, BI Rate and GDP toward the number of new admissions. Microeconomics variable. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling and this research in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang. Data analysis with multiplier regression of common effect datapanel method in level 3 Diploma and fixed effect datapanel method in bachelor degree. The results obtained are the empirical evidence of analysis show as inflation, exchange rate and BI Rate have a negative influence toward the number of new admissions of level 3 diploma in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang and GDP not influence toward the number of new admissions of level 3 diploma in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang. While in bachelor degree, inflation, exchange rate, BI rate and GDP not influence toward the number of admissions in STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang

Abstract

This research is perform to evaluate the influence of Growth, Size, BI Rate, Inflation and EVA toward the changes in profit. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling and this research in manufacturing company listed in BEI period 2008-2016. Data analysis with multiplier regression of random effect datapanel method. The results obtained are the empirical evidence of analysis show as growth and BI Rate not influence toward the changes in profit of manufacturing company. Size and Inflation have a negative influence toward the changes in profit of manufacturing company and Economic Value Added have a positif influence toward the changes in manufacturing company. Abstract

Investing in the capital market is one way to improve investor welfare in the future. Investors invest in the capital market to benefit from the funds invested sourced from businesses that have funds. This study aims to analyze stock investment decisions with the Price Earning Ratio approach to cigarette companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This type of research is applied research (Applied Research) with descriptive quantitative analysis. In this study, sampling was conducted based on purposive sampling method with sample criteria, namely companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from December 2015 - September 2019 and showed positive profits from December 2015 - September 2019. The results of this study are warehouses Garam Tbk, HM Sampoerna Tbk and Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk are in an Undervalued condition and if the company is in these conditions it is recommended to buy these shares or if they already have can add to their shares. Keywords: stock investment, Price Earning Ratio, cigarette company

Abstract

The company’s survival is influenced by many things, among others is profitability of the company. The company’s profitability is determined by various factors, one of which is an external factor. External factor are beyond the company’s difficult part is controlled by the company. Macroeconomic factor are the external factors of the company. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of GDB, BI Rate, Inflation and the exchange rate on the profitability of mining companies. The population using a mining company in Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2018. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling technique sampling with particular determination in order to obtain a representative sample according to the sample criteria that will be used. Detrmination of sampling techniques was obtained 34 mining companies. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method data panel random effect. The result obtained showed the BI Rate has a negative effect on the profitability of mining companies, namely when the BI Rate is low, the company’s ability to fund its investment will increase. Whereas GDB, Inflation and exchange rate does not affect the profitability of mining companies.

Abstract

This research is performed in order to test the influence of tuition, promotion costs and macro variable (uncontrolable) toward the number of new admissions. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling and this research in STMIK AtmaLuhur. Data analysis with multiplier regression of panel data common effect method. Empirical evidence of analysis show as tuition, promotion costs, inflation, kurs, BI Rate not influence toward the number of new amissions Strata 1 in STMIK AtmaLuhur. Inflation, Kurs, Bi Rate not influence toward the number of new admissions Diploma 3 while tuition have negative influence toward the number of new admissions and promotion costs have positive influence toward the number of new admissions Diploma 3 in STMIK Atma Luhur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel yang akan berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan berwirausaha. Variabel yang diteliti adalah Pengetahuan Terhadap Teknologi (PT), Kualitas Produk (KP), Modal Finansial (MF) dan Kemampuan Managerial (KM) sebagai variabel bebas (Independent Variable), sedangkan Kesuksesan Berwirausaha sebagai variabel terikat (Dependent Variable). Data yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis data menggunakan program bantuan smartPLS untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan terhadap Teknologi (PT), Kualitas Produk (KP), Modal Finansial (MF), dan Kemampuan Managerial (KM) berpengaruh positif terhadap kesuksesan berwirausaha di kota Pangkalpinang sedangkan faktor Wirausaha sukses (WS) dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor yang telah ditetapkan yaitu Pengetahuan Terhadap Teknologi (PT), Kualitas Produk (KP), Modal Finansial (MF) dan Kemampuan Managerial (KM) yaitu sebesar 56,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,3 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini seperti pemilihan tempat, strategi bisnis, daya ungkit usaha, promosi dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Teknologi; Kualitas Produk; Modal Finansial; Kemampuan Managerial; Wirausaha.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia faces challenges in the future to make the demographic bonus as a driving force for the economy or will it just be a burden on the State. To improve human resources competences and minimize the unemployment rate, one of the efforts undertaken is to undertake a vocational training program through cooperation with partners in each city. ISB Atma Luhur as a partner in collaboration with BPJAMSOSTEK held training in the field of computer technicians. This training is specifically intended for BP Jamsostek participants who are no longer working as well as several other requirements. Activities carried out include providing entrepreneurship and computer materials, home PC assembly practices, discussion of assembly problems, Windows installation practices, drivers and supporting software, and discussion of OS problems. The end result of this training is 15 trainees ability increase and given certificates so thay they can use them as training proof when they looking for work.
