Abstract

Technological developments that have entered the 4.0 era which emphasizes the pattern of the digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data, or known as the disruptive innovation phenomenon, cannot be denied that accounting records are also developing. This form of innovation in the recording model in the form of an online financial application will make it easier for MSME actors to record and find out what the final cash balance is. In this study, online financial applications which include the online financial applications of Bukukas and Buku Warung proved to be very useful in managing and assisting in the form of good financial management of business people, namely in terms of managing income, expenses, accounts payable and financial statements. In addition, it is more effective and efficient in terms of financial management time by using the online financial application.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah Kartasura. Untuk meminimalisir risiko, dibutuhkan sistem prediksi banjir yang akurat dan real-time sebagai bagian dari upaya mitigasi dan peringatan dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem prediksi banjir berbasis metode fuzzy Tsukamoto yang mampu menangani data lingkungan yang bersifat tidak pasti dan kompleks. Data yang digunakan mencakup curah hujan dan debit air yang dikumpulkan secara berkala per jam dari dataset simulasi lingkungan Kartasura. Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti model Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengumpulan dan pembersihan data, perancangan sistem fuzzy, serta pengujian dan evaluasi performa sistem. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki akurasi prediksi sebesar 84,48% dengan tingkat klasifikasi yang memadai antara kategori aman, waspada, dan bahaya. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan visualisasi hasil prediksi untuk mempermudah interpretasi dan pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, sistem prediksi berbasis fuzzy Tsukamoto terbukti efektif dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai alat bantu mitigasi bencana banjir di wilayah rawan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Agro-Aquaseloka model as an integrated system linking agriculture, aquaculture, and organic waste management through a circular economy approach in Panti Village, Jember Regency. The research employed a mixed-methods design with a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) framework, involving local communities as active partners in all phases. Results indicate that training in Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot cultivation enhanced participants’ technical skills in converting organic waste into fish feed and organic fertilizer. The program reduced fish feed costs by up to 50% and improved profitability with a benefit-cost ratio (R/C) exceeding 1.3. It also decreased household waste volume by around 20% and reduced open burning practices. The establishment of the “Aguaseloka Farmer Group” strengthened local institutions and program sustainability. The model effectively promotes rural green economy development and supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 1, 2, 8, 12, and 13).
