Abstract

In this research refers to the variation of the surface geometry design of the motorcycle disc brake pads. The purpose of this study was to obtain the surface geometry of the disc brake pads and obtain the stress distribution from the surface geometry of the standard motorcycle disc brake pads. In this study was analyzed the stress that occurs on the surface of the disc brake pads. The results of the disc brake pads analysis in the study was evaluated and compared with commercial brake pads products. In the design of surface geometry of motorcycle disc brake pads using geometry modeling software (design modeler) on ANSYS release 12.1. The designs made in this study were varied in 6 designs that being compared and selected from the design, which having the highest stress distribution value. From the simulation result, it was found that having the highest stress distribution value disc brake pads surface geometry for standard motorcycle was on brake pads design 4, which can increase the tension on the surface of the disc brake pads with maximum equivalent stress value of 4.2186 MPa and its minimum value of 0.019341 MPa.Keywords: Geometry surface, disc brake pads, stress distribution, ANSYS simulation.

Abstract

Pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam membangun suatu negara denganmenghasilkan tenaga kerja terampil dan adaptif. Fokus pembangunan Indonesia pada empatpilar utama mencakup pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan penguasaan teknologi.Society 5.0 menuntut integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam sistem pendidikan untuk memajukanpembelajaran. Kurikulum Merdeka menawarkan fleksibilitas dalam materi dan metodepembelajaran untuk mendorong kreativitas dan berpikir kritis siswa. Meskipun AI memilikipotensi untuk memajukan pendidikan, perlu diwaspadai implikasi negatifnya, seperti biasalgoritmik dan pengurangan motivasi belajar. Guru perlu memanfaatkan teknologi AI secarakreatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyoroti urgensi artificial intelegency diera kurikulum Merdeka dan mengajukan perlunya pendekatan yang hati-hati dalampenerapannya. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkanurgensi AI dalam kurikulum Merdeka, sementara hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunyapengembangan etika AI dan peran pendidikan dalam menghadapi kemajuan teknologi.Kesimpulannya, integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan memerlukan keterampilanguru dalam memanfaatkannya secara positif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang cepat di era globalisasi saat ini memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada bidang pendidikan. Keberadaan teknologi dianggap penting dalam menunjang aktivitas pendidikan di era pendidikan abad ke-21 dan revolusi pendidikan keempat (Pendidikan 4.0). Dalam fase ini, peran guru bergeser dari pusat pembelajaran menjadi fasilitator yang mendukung siswa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar mereka. Salah satu aplikasi teknologi yang populer adalah Educandy, sebuah platform berbasis web yang menawarkan berbagai permainan dan kuis pendidikan untuk mendukung pembelajaran interaktif. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif melalui studi pustaka untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Educandy dalam konteks pembelajaran. Penelitian ini berisikan ulasan mengenai Langkah-langkah mengaplikasikan Educandy meliputi pembuatan akun, pembuatan permainan, dan penggunaan dalam kelas. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Educandy dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, serta memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif serta menjelaskan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari media pembelajaran Educandy.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Agro-Aquaseloka model as an integrated system linking agriculture, aquaculture, and organic waste management through a circular economy approach in Panti Village, Jember Regency. The research employed a mixed-methods design with a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) framework, involving local communities as active partners in all phases. Results indicate that training in Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot cultivation enhanced participants’ technical skills in converting organic waste into fish feed and organic fertilizer. The program reduced fish feed costs by up to 50% and improved profitability with a benefit-cost ratio (R/C) exceeding 1.3. It also decreased household waste volume by around 20% and reduced open burning practices. The establishment of the “Aguaseloka Farmer Group” strengthened local institutions and program sustainability. The model effectively promotes rural green economy development and supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 1, 2, 8, 12, and 13).
