Abstract

Bayi yang baru lahir harus beradaptasi dengan lingkungan diluar rahim. Proses adaptasi ini diperberat dengan kelahiran bayi premature atau BBLR sebab berbagai organ tubuh belum berfungsi dengan maksimal. Salah satu resiko yang sangat rentan yang disebabkan oleh lemak subkutan masih tipis yaitu hipotermi. Salah satu intervensi yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi komplikasi akibat BBLR yaitu dengan metode perawatan kanguru.

Abstract

Hasil pencapaian program pelayanan kesehatan dapat dinilai dengan indikator pemantauan cakupan K1 dan K4. Cakupan K1 dan K4 di Kota Pekanbaru pada tahun 2016 belum mencapai target Renstra sebesar 95%. Kunjungan ANC sesuai standar adalah minimal 4 kali. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan dukungan suami dengan kunjungan Antenatal. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang ada di wilayah kerja puskesmas rawat inap Karya Wanita Kota Pekanbaru pada bulan September 2016-Juli 2017. Sampel dihitung dengan rumus Slovin berjumlah 100 orang ibu hamil. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α ≤ 0,05). Hasil Analisis Bivariat menunjukkan bahwa variable motivasi intrinsic dan kunjungan antenatal memiliki nilai p value adalah 0,000 < α 0,05 dengan nilai OR sebesar 9,257. Sedangkan variable dukungan suami dengan kunjungan antenatal care memiliki nilai p value 0,001 < α 0,05 dengan nilai OR sebesar 5,323. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan motivasi intrinsic dan dukungan suami dengan kunjungan antenatal pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja puskesmas rawat inap Karya Wanita Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2017. Disarankan pada pihak puskesmas khususnya bidan agar meningkatkan upaya promosi kesehatan tentang pentingnya kunjungan ANC dan jadwal pemeriksaan ANC serta melakukan asuhan yang berkesinambungan (continuity of care) agar meningkatkan motivasi ibu hamil agar melakukan kunjungan ANC ke tenaga kesehatan

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in IT, ICT, and telecommunications network services in Indonesia. PT. Telkom Indonesia has services that can be used for individuals and companies, namely Indi home. Indi home is one of the network packages, namely the Indi home Fiber package, which provides internet services, interactive TV, and landline telephones. The obstacle that people sometimes find in reporting complaints about internet disruptions is the very slow handling of internet product repairs. Therefore, a troubleshooting service data system design is needed that can be accessed by customers and the right technicians to support the smooth process, processing of complaint information, and corrective actions. By using the proposed system correctly, it can be easier to monitor the distribution of complaint information so as to speed up the repair process, this can also help speed up the presentation of accurate, timely, and relevant reports so that it can assist management in decision making. This is intended so that technicians do not face significant obstacles in recording information and monitoring the length of time it takes to handle problems in the field. To overcome these problems, a design of an electrical disturbance data service system is needed that can be accessed by the right admin to support the smooth processing of complaint information and corrective actions. So, the conclusion of this research is that this system makes it easier for customers to report WiFi disturbances online without having to come directly to the PT office. Telkom Sekayu. Customers can also see or track where the reported process has progressed.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of sales growth, company risk, profitability, and liquidity on tax avoidance. The research focuses on manufacturing firms within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Employing a quantitative research methodology, the study drew its sample from 10 firms selected through purposive sampling. Secondary data were gathered from the financial statements of these firms. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques, incorporating descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings from the regression analysis indicate that both sales growth and profitability have a negative effect on tax avoidance. At the same time, company risk and liquidity do not significantly influence tax avoidance. This study contributes empirically to the understanding of how internal company factors, such as sales growth and profitability, affect tax avoidance strategies, specifically in the pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing sectors in Indonesia. Additionally, it serves as a practical reference for more ethical and effective tax planning. The managerial implications suggest that firms should carefully manage these factors to achieve a balance between optimizing tax liabilities and meeting their tax obligations.

Abstract

A mini calculator is a simple application designed to perform basic arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. This mini calculator program was developed using Dev-C++ with the primary goal of providing a practical solution for users to perform numeric calculations interactively. During the development process, several key issues were identified, including difficulties in accessing the calculator after the initial calculation, input errors, and the program’s inability to handle repeated operations without restarting the application. The development method utilized in this application was procedural programming, incorporating the use of the do-while loop structure. This approach enables the calculator to continuously request input and perform computations based on user choices without the need to close or restart the program. The do-while loop ensures that users can carry out multiple operations in succession until they choose to exit. To address the aforementioned issues, several solutions were implemented. These include input validation mechanisms to handle errors such as division by zero or invalid inputs, as well as an interactive menu system that facilitates operation selection. Moreover, error handling features were incorporated to provide users with clear messages in the event of incorrect operations. Separate functions were implemented for each mathematical operation to enhance code modularity and maintainability. The development stages of this application involved the following steps: (1) designing the algorithm and calculator menu structure; (2) implementing individual functions for each arithmetic operation; (3) applying the do-while loop to control the program’s iterative flow; (4) conducting testing and debugging to ensure proper functionality; and (5) refining the user interface and error messages to enhance user experience. In conclusion, the use of the do-while loop as a program repetition method has proven to be effective in maintaining the calculator application’s interactivity without requiring a restart. The program provides an efficient and user-friendly solution for repeated calculations through a simple and responsive interface.

Abstract

Efficient student data management is one of the important needs in educational institutions. However, in many cases, data management is still done manually or using less structured methods, which has the potential to cause errors and hinder the administration process. To overcome these problems, this community service program aims to develop and implement a desktop-based student biodata application using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This application is designed to facilitate student data management, including input, search, update, and storage of data in a structured manner. Application development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The Microsoft Access database is used as a data storage medium, integrating Visual Basic 6.0 capabilities in efficient and user-friendly data management. The results of this activity show that the application developed has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of student data management. Users can easily enter, search, and modify data without the need for in-depth technical knowledge. In addition, application usage training provided to target users helps ensure the sustainability of application implementation in related institutions. With this application, it is hoped that student data management will be more organized, faster, and more accurate, thus providing a positive impact on administrative efficiency and decision-making in educational institutions.
