Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1). Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Anugrah Packaging Indo Kemasan Surabaya, 2). Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Anugrah Packaging Indo Kemasan Surabaya, 3). Pengaruh Kerjasaman Tim terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Anugrah Packaging Indo Kemasan Surabaya, 4). Pengaruh Kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, kerja sama tim secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Anugrah Packaging Indo Kemasan Surabaya. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis data kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel 61 responden karyawan PT. Anugrah Packaging Indo Kemasan Surabaya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, Determinasi R2, uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, dan kerjasama tim memiliki peran kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Anugrah Packaging Indo Kemasan Surabaya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan dan memperhatikan aspek-aspek tersebut guna memastikan pencapaian tujuan bisnis yang optimal.

Abstract

Even though they now have very little management, MSME players in Bulakbentang Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya, have a strong zeal for conducting their business. Among the issues at hand are low sales figures and a relatively narrow marketing reach. Due to the traditional methods of product promotion and the relatively plain nature of the product packaging, there is no compelling attraction for consumers. Business actors are still unaware of how crucial product packaging is to a marketing plan. As such, it is crucial to commit oneself to this community. MSME business actors in Bulakbentang Subdistrict have the option to select a service technique that involves counseling and packaging practices in order to address their existing issues. 36 MSME actors trained at the Bulakbentang Village Meeting Hall on September 30, 2023. After completing this program, each participant will have a better grasp of packaging, including the various materials that are used, how to choose the best packaging, and how to package their items in an eye-catching manner. As part of this service, you will receive instruction on digital product marketing and help with packaging.

Abstract

Study This analyze the role of Waqf Bank Micro (BWM) in increase performance of MSMEs in Surabaya, with capitalization as variable mediation . Focus main covers access financing , human resource development, and literacy finance, using approach quantitative through survey against 90 MSME actors fostered by BWM Al- Fithrah Wava Mandiri . Analysis using SEM with SmartPLS 4.0 shows that third variable influential significant to performance of MSMEs, both in a way direct and through capitalization . Capitalization become the most dominant mediator ( coefficient 0.581; p-value 0.000). Findings This confirm role BWM doubles as institution financing and empowerment . In theoretical , results This support theory Resource-Based View (RBV) and its importance financing accompanied by strengthening capacity business in a way holistic.

Abstract

We intend to gain further insight into the impact of staff performance training at PT. Inti Graphics Surabaya through this investigation. The sample count consisted of 52 employees. Data were gathered through the use of questionnaires, interviews, and observation techniques. To analyze the data, SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) is used, which is the fundamental analysis of linear regression. The results of the testing include measures to improve and develop employees' attitudes, behaviors, abilities, and knowledge in accordance with the objectives of the relevant agency. The study's conclusions indicate a substantial correlation between employee performance and training.
