Abstract

The modern market has specific achievements as well as modern infrastructure. One of them is to build a smart port, environmentally friendly, and digitalization. Digitalization is part of industry 4.0, and both of them become a threat, but give opportunities to change the business and make a business model make a change. The international market has grown speedily sea transportation to become an important part on delivery goods from other countries. Sustainability sea transportation is done by providing easy access, affordability, safety, economist, reliability, infrastructure with the concept of environmentally friendly and friendly transportation service.  Nowadays the maritime logistics is to become attention for stakeholders in the logistic sector. The evolution of maritime logistics is as a new discipline has produced greater change, from increasing ping ship, increasing customer request, the changing of a support role on supply chain, and logistic. The delivery with environmentally-friendly lead to use resources and energy to transport the people and good with a ship and special attention on decreasing resources and energy to preserving global environment and environmental pollutants resulted by ship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Influencer, Content Marketing dan E-Wom terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tiktok Shop Pada Generasi Z Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Metodenya adalah kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data, dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 27. Sampelnya terdiri dari 100 responden mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya Program Studi Manajemen Angkatan 2020 - 2022. Uji instrument melibatkan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisisregresi linier berganda dengan Uji T, Uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator valid dan reliabel. Uji T menyatakan bahwa Pengaruh Influencer, Content Marketing dan E-Wom secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Tiktok Shop. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan. Uji koefisiendeterminasi menunjukkan pengaruh variabel independen sebesar 27,9%, sementara 72,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Temuan ini memiliki relevansi dalam era digital dan tren belanja online, serta implikasinya dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, terutama untuk Tiktok Shop dan bisnis lain yang ingin memahami Keputusan Pembelian mahasiswa secara online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen “ES Cao Berkah” di Simo Magerejo Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Sampelnya terdiri dari 100 responden. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator valid dan reliabel. Hasil dari uji t menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil dari uji F menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen “Es Cao Berkah” di Simo Magerejo Surabaya. Sedangkan, hasil dari uji R^2 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 78,6% sedangkan sisa nya 21,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar model penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, price perception, and promotions on purchasing decisions for fashion products on the Shopee e-commerce platform among students of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. The research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents who are undergraduate Management students at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945. The findings reveal that, partially, price perception and promotions have a significant impact on purchasing decisions, while product quality does not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, product quality, price perception, and promotions collectively have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for fashion products on Shopee among students of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di e-commerce Shopee pada mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa S1 program studi Manjemen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945. Hasil Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial, persepsi harga dan promosi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kualitas produk tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Dan secara simultan kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di e-commerce shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price perception, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Azarine sunscreen products among students of the Management Study Program at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The method used is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Data testing in this research includes instrument testing, namely validity testing and reliability testing. Then the Classic Assumption Test, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test. Hypothesis testing is the simultaneous test (F test) and parisal test (T test). Meanwhile, data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Determination Coefficient (R2). In this research, the results obtained showed that price perception, product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, these three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of SPSS version 26, all independent variables simultaneously influence purchasing interest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk, dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk sunscreen Azarine pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian data dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji Instrumen yaitu Uji validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas. Lalu Uji Asumsi Klasik yaitu Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian Hipotesis yaitu Uji Simultan (Uji F) dan Uji parisal ( Uji T). Sedangkan Analsis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Koefeisien Determinasi (R2). Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk, dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Secara simultan ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil SPSS versi 26, seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat pembelian.

Abstract

Perfume business prospects continue to show encouraging growth amidst increasingly fierce competition in the beauty and lifestyle industry. During the pandemic, perfume sales continue to increase, and there is even an increasing trend of online purchases. The price of perfume production can be considered quite cheap, especially if you have a trusted raw material supplier. Of course, by paying attention to quality and flexibility in the number of purchases, Baracca Parfum Store is present by providing solutions through empty perfume bottle products at competitive prices. This type of research uses quantitative research with Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling Technique. The population in this study were 100 respondents of Baracca Parfum Store consumers obtained from filling out questionnaires via google form with Likert scale calculations. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Product Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Price Perception (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Service Quality, Product Quality and Price Perception simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).

Abstract

Even though they now have very little management, MSME players in Bulakbentang Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya, have a strong zeal for conducting their business. Among the issues at hand are low sales figures and a relatively narrow marketing reach. Due to the traditional methods of product promotion and the relatively plain nature of the product packaging, there is no compelling attraction for consumers. Business actors are still unaware of how crucial product packaging is to a marketing plan. As such, it is crucial to commit oneself to this community. MSME business actors in Bulakbentang Subdistrict have the option to select a service technique that involves counseling and packaging practices in order to address their existing issues. 36 MSME actors trained at the Bulakbentang Village Meeting Hall on September 30, 2023. After completing this program, each participant will have a better grasp of packaging, including the various materials that are used, how to choose the best packaging, and how to package their items in an eye-catching manner. As part of this service, you will receive instruction on digital product marketing and help with packaging.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advances, the scope of operational management is increasingly expanding. In facing global competition, companies must be able to face challenges in their operational management. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence organizational performance through operational efficiency and employee productivity. The population used is all employees at PT. XYZ with a total of 107 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample where all members are filled in as samples in the study as many as 107 employees. This study uses the SEM (structure Equation Modeling) method with the AMOS tool. The results of the study indicate that the Work Environment has a significant effect on operational efficiency. Employee productivity, and organizational performance. Human resource management has a significant effect on operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational performance. Information systems have a significant effect on operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational performance. Operational efficiency has a significant effect on organizational performance. And employee productivity has a significant effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

The quality of biometric solution products needs special attention. This is based on complaints submitted by consumers. Following up on these complaints, research needs to be conducted to find out how consumers feel about biometric solution products, find the root of the problem that affects product quality, and also find solutions that can be done to maintain the quality of this biometric solution product. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach at a biometric solution provider company. The research sample is a biometric solution product produced from July 2023 to March 2025. The collaborative application of the Statistical Process Control and Root Cause Analysis methods is used to determine whether product damage is still within control limits and also to determine the main causes of the decline in product quality. The results of the study showed that the reported product damage reached 23.6%, which exceeds the maximum product damage standard determined by management, which is 10%. Although the product damage exceeds the maximum standard, the results of calculations using the control chart show that the damage is still within normal control limits. However, several factors causing product quality problems are determined by human factors, materials, methods and measurements. The lack of technical capabilities and technical documentation from the Research and Development team shows a major influence on the problems that occur. Improvement steps can be taken through improving Research and Development procedures, completeness of technical documentation, and increasing the technical capabilities of the Research and Development team.
