Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di coffee shop Beli Kopi Kota Kediri cabang ke – 10. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pemasaran online dan offline terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan marketing mix sebagai idikator dari kedua variabel independen. Jumlah sampel 120 responden dengan teknik insidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen , uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis berupa regresi linier berganda, uji t , uji F, dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemasaran online berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen secara parsial, variabel pemasaran offline berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen secara parsial, serta variabel pemasaran online dan pemasaran offline berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen secara simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Yara Berkah Semesta Kediri. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees, who were selected as the sample using a census technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test, with the assistance of SPSS software. The results revealed that, partially, work discipline and work motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 32.586 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that employee performance improvement is more strongly influenced by a supportive and comfortable work environment. Therefore, the company is advised to reconsider its strategies for enhancing discipline and motivation, while maintaining a conducive work environment to support productivity. The practical implications of this study suggest that organizations should prioritize creating and maintaining a positive work environment as a fundamental strategy to boost performance. Additionally, companies need to design interventions that strengthen employee discipline and motivation, such as recognition programs, training, and clear performance management systems, while ensuring that these efforts are integrated with improvements in the work environment.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of balancing work and personal life (work life balance) to enhance employee performance and well-being. The research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, workload, and work environment on the work life balance of employees at PT Bina Bangun Perkasa Kediri. A quantitative approach was applied using purposive sampling, with all 35 permanent employees selected as respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that leadership style and work environment significantly affect work life balance, while workload has no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables show a significant effect on work life balance. These results provide theoretical implications regarding the crucial role of leadership and workplace conditions in supporting employees’ work life balance, as well as practical implications for company management to foster a healthy work environment and effective leadership to improve employee well-being

Abstract

This research aims to find out and explain the results of the influence of work ability, experience and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Amerta Bangun Persada Kediri. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. This research uses all employees at PT. Amerta Bangun Persada Kediri. The sample used in this research was PT workers. Amerta Bangun Persada Kediri has 39 workers. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling. Data processing in this research includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this research are that work ability has no partial influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.947 > 0.05. Experience has no partial influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.350 > 0.05. Work discipline has a partial influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.020 < 0.05. Work ability, experience and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.03 < 0.05. So that PT. Amerta Bangun Persada Kediri must improve further. Work ability, experience and work discipline for all workers so that they are able to optimize the performance of each worker effectively and efficiently when entrusted with the obligations and responsibilities of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of local-based tempeh products in MSMEs in Tanjung Tani Village, Prambon District, Nganjuk Regency. The focus of the research includes analyzing the internal and external conditions of the business and formulating strategies through the SWOT approach. The results showed that tempeh MSMEs have strengths in product quality and competitive prices, but face weaknesses in bookkeeping, digital marketing, and limited capital. Based on the Grand Strategy Matrix, MSMEs are in quadrant II, which indicates that development strategies need to be directed towards internal efficiency and adaptation to external challenges. Recommended strategies include utilizing local soybeans, improving HR skills, business legality, and product and packaging innovation. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with the support of SWOT method, IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary), and Grand Strategy Matrix. Data were obtained through field observations, direct interviews with business actors, and distributing questionnaires to selected respondents. The IFAS and EFAS matrices were used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, which were then mapped in the Grand Strategy Matrix to determine the most appropriate development strategy direction for tempeh MSMEs in the study area.
