Abstract

Permainan sepakbola merupakan salah satu  dari materi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang berada dalam ruang lingkup mata pelajaran permainan bola besar yakni pembelajaran cabang olahraga beregu. Olahraga permaian bola besar ini sangat membutuhkan keterampilan dasar, kerjasama tim, dan pengetahuan yang cukup untuk bisa memainkan permainan sepakbola, selain itu kemauan atau minat dalam memainkan permainan ini sangat mendukung berlangsungnya tingkat kemampuan permainannya, maka motivasi merupakan aspek terpenting dalam proses belajar dan mengajar memainkan sepakbola., Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dan sekolah dalam memotivasikan siswa belajar permainan sepakbola pada MIN sungai limpah sibreh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik propusive sample atau sampel bertujuan yakni siswa putra kelas 4 (empat), kelas 5 (lima) dan kelas 6 (enam) yang berjumlah 27 orang siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan Angket sebagai intrumen kunci dan lembar observasi serta wawancara sebagai instrumen pendukung. Hasil analisis penelitian diketahui peranan guru dalam mengajar, mengfasilitasi sarana permainan sepakbola serta  meningkatkan Motivasi Siswa Terhadap Permainan Sepakbola pada MIN sungai limpah mengambarkan masih banyak kendala yang harus di optimalkan dan dipertimbangkan hal ini untuk meningkatkan potensi siswa khusunya pada pelajaran permainan sepakbola. Motivasi siswa yang di upayakan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani pada MIN Sungai Limpah sudah menunjukan hasil yang baik dilihat dari upaya sekolah yang mengfasilitasi pembelajaran khususnya permainan sepakbola serta upaya guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajran permainan sepakbola untuk meningkatkan potensi siswa. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Sepakbola

Abstract

ABSTRACTCervical cancer is a malignant cell which lives in cervical cells. Cervicalcancer is in the second most common cancer after breast cancer in Indonesia.Based on the fact, indirect female sex worker have high risk factor of gettingcervical cancer. Only 5% of women in Indonesia who already have tested cervicalcancer early detection. The aim of this research is to find out the correlationbetween knowledge and attitude toward the action of indirect female sex workerabout Pap smears and IVA as the early detetction of cervical cancer in hotspot XPayung Sekaki district Pekanbaru. This research is conducted by using analyticcross sectional method and total sampling method for taking the sample and ituses questionnaire. There are 32 respondents in this research which most of themare lack of knowledge (78,1%), negative attitude (75%), and willing to do cervicalcancer early detection (96,9%). Writer finds that there is a correlation betweenthe knowledge toward the attitude (p=0,00). In other hands, there is nocorrelation between knowledge toward the act (p=0,607) and attitude toward theact (p=0,572). The conclusion of this research is most of the female sex worker inhotspot X Payung Sekaki district Pekanbaru have bad knowledge, negativeattitude, but have a positive practice towards servical cancer early detection.Keywords: knowledge, attitude, practice, indirect female sex worker

Abstract

This study aim to explain the significant influence between physical work environment and communication on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. The sampel in this study was 36 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling technique in which the determination of the number of samples with ertain considerations, namely the criteria of civil servants. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument validity test, instrument reliabiity test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing which is tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. The result of the study show that the physical work environment partially has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. Communication partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. The physical work environment and communication simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.397 or 39.7%. This indicates that the performance of the employees of UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri is influenced by the physical work environment and communication variables by 39.7%. While the remaining 60.3% came from other variables obtained from previous studies suh as motivation and discipline which were not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Teamwork and Work Facilities on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. The sample in this study was 40 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling in which the determination of the number of samples was based on certain criteria, namely civil servants. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis test tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. The results of the study show that Teamwork partially has a significant effect. on Employee Job Satisfaction and Work Facilities partially have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. Teamwork and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.503 or 50.3% is also obtained. This indicates that the Job Satisfaction of the UPTD Public Health Center of Pesantren II Kediri City is influenced by the Teamwork and Work Facilities variables by 50.3%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is 49.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the ability to memorize the Qur'an of grade VII MTsS Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah students through the Role Playing method. The research uses a classroom action approach (Classroom Action Research) with two cycles, each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In the pre-cycle, only 31% of students achieved completeness with KKM 75. After the application of the Role Playing method in cycle I, the completeness increased to 71%. In cycle II, the percentage of completion increased significantly to 91%. These results show that the Role Playing method is effective in improving students' ability to memorize the Qur'an, increase their active participation, and motivation to learn.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai masalah manajemen pemasaran yang berfokus pada strategi potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk terhadap minat beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk terhadap minat beli baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di Hikmah Mart dengan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan teknik analisis data melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa : 1) Potongan harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terlihat dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, 2) Kelengkapan produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terbukti dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, 3) Potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terlihat dari signifikan uji F sebesar 0,000 < sig. 0,05 sehingga Hipotesis ketiga dapat diterima

Panjang abstrak dalam 100 sampai 150 kata. Abstrak harus ditulis dalam bentuk lampau. Standar nomenklatur harus digunakan dan singkatan harus dihindari. Tak ada pengutipan dalam abstrak. Daftar kata kunci memberikan kesempatan untuk menambahkan kata kunci, yang digunakan untuk layaan peng-indeks-kan dan pengabstrakan, di samping yang sudah ada dalam judul. Sangat bijaksana menggunakan kata kunci yang dapat meningkatkan kemudahan dari pihak yang berkepentingan untuk dapat menemukan inti artikel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of SOPs, Salaries, and Incentives on the performance of educators at the PEACE Pare Course Institute. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study was all 30 educators of the PEACE Pare Course Institute. The analytical tools used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests and t tests, determinant coefficients. Data processing using SPSS 23 statistics for windows. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously SOPs, Salaries, and Incentives have a significant and positive effect on educator performance. The results of the Incentive Variable analysis are the most dominant influence on performance where the coefficient value is 0.895 compared to the SOP and Salary variables whose coefficient values are only -0.244 and 1.926. This does not fit with the initial hypothesis

Abstract

This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously the independent variables Product Completeness, Price and Service Quality on the dependent variable customer loyalty at Dina Swalayan (Cv. Anugerah Maju Sejahtera) Plosoharjo Pace Nganjuk. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey method which is carried out to find numerical data as a medium for processing research data using statistical tests. The research population is all customers who have made purchases with a total population over three months, namely an estimated 870 customers. The sampling technique used was the Non Probability sampling method with a sample size of 90 respondents. The data sources for this research are primary data and secondary data by taking questionnaires directly to customers. The methods used in carrying out the analysis are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2. The results of the research show: There is a partial influence of product completeness (X1) on customer loyalty (Y) by showing that the t test results obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.005 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The partial influence of price (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) by showing the results of the t test obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The partial influence of service quality (X3) on customer loyalty (Y) shows that the t test results obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The simultaneous influence of product completeness (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) on customer loyalty by showing the F test results obtained a Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05.
