<![CDATA[Abstrack This research aims to determine the effect of teamwork and discipline on the work performance of PT employees. Arja Kayu Plywood Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of 102 employees. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The research results show that the teamwork variable partially has no influence on work performance with a value of tcount (-0.810) > ttable (1.98373) with a sig value of 0.420 < 0.05. The discipline variable partially has a significant effect on work performance with a value of tcount (6.071) > ttable (1.98373) with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. Arja Kayulapis Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 102 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kerjasama tim secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai thitung (-0,810) > ttabel (1,98373) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,420 < 0,05. Variabel kedisiplinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai thitung (6,071) > ttabel (1,98373) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05. Secara simultan variabel kerjasama tim dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Arja Kayulapis Indonesia.
