Abstract

The K3 management system is part of the company management system in the context of risk control to minimize dangers in the workplace. Work accidents can cause losses in time, wealth, property and lives. Accidents have causes so it is necessary to control and repair work places, tools and processes. This research was conducted using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method to identify hazards that can occur in each job. In the preparation of HIRARC it is divided into three stages, where the first stage is hazard identification, then risk assessment, and the next stage is the risk control stage. The result of hazard identification is that there are several potential hazards in the work place and attitude. After carrying out a risk assessment, the risk level obtained before controlling the shootcreet work process was carried out, namely very high risk while those with medium risk tended to be high and medium tended to be low. After control was carried out, it was found that the risk value had decreased to predominantly green or low. Control of potential hazards in the shootcreet work area is proposed in the form of an appeal to complete PPE, use APK properly and an appeal to pay more attention to occupational safety and health in every work process. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pengelolaaan laboratorium terpadu IAIN Bukittinggi yang masih manual didalam sebuahlembaran-lembaran sehingga menyebabkan pengelolaan laboratorium memiliki kendala seperti membutuhkan waku yang lama dalam memberikan laporan laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi pengelolaan laboratorium terpadu IAIN Bukittinggi dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) model 4 D yaitu Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan penilaian uji validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektifitas. Hasil dari uji validitas dilakukan kepada tiga orang dosen ahli, yakni tiga orang di bidang ilmu teknologi. Berdasarkan uji ini, sistem mendapatkan nilai 0,68 yang artinya sistem yang dihasilkan valid. Uji praktikalitas dilakukan kepada dua orang pengelola laaboratorium, yang memperoleh nilai praktikalitas 0,68 yang artinya sistem yang dihasilkan praktis. Pengujian terakhir adalah uji efektivitas yang dilakukan kepada 2 orang dosen yang mengajar di labor, dengan hasil akhir adalah 0,49 yang artinya sistem ini memiliki efektivitas sedang.

Abstract

Plastic is a well-known product that is often found everywhere. The existence of plastic in Indonesia is very important for Indonesian people. However, increasing plastic consumption causes an increase in plastic waste produced. The resulting result is that the environment is dirty and of course unhealthy. One way to reduce plastic waste is to process it into paving blocks with high selling value. However, the current tools are not ergonomic and risk causing workers to experience work-related illnesses. Therefore, it is necessary to design tools that are more ergonomic. This study aims to design a tool for making plastic waste paving blocks using an ergonomic and Kansei Engineering approach. The ergonomics approach aims to obtain the dimensions of the tool that will be designed to suit the dimensions of the human body as the user. Kansei Engineering aims to get the wishes of potential tool users for the plastic waste paving block making tools they will use. The results obtained by the user's wishes are easy to use, easy to move, colorful, bright in color, striking, thick and the design is obtained according to the user's body dimensions. Offers of tools designed to increase the productivity of making paving blocks from plastic waste and user comfort in using them.
