Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of workload and work stress on employee turnover intentions at the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH). The method used is quantitative, and data is collected via questionnaires. A total of 50 BPJPH employees across multiple work units participated. Data were gathered through a questionnaire designed to quantify turnover intention, workload, and job stress. The data was analyzed with multiple linear regression to determine the association between work stress, workload, and employees' intention to quit the job. The results indicate that both work stress and workload significantly affect turnover intention at BPJPH, both partially and simultaneously. The combined impact of work stress and workload on turnover intention is 89.5%, while the rest is 10.5% is influenced by other variables not covered in this research. These findings highlight the importance of managing workload and work stress to reduce employees' intention to leave the organization, and provide insights for human resource management strategies at BPJPH.

Data was obtained directly from respondents with a direct research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between performance appraisal and compensation on employee motivation both partially and simultaneously at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. The total R-Square result was calculated to be 0.946, representing 94.6%. This indicates that the level of effect of performance appraisal on work motivation accounts for 94.6% simultaneously, while the remaining 5.4% is due to extraneous variables not included in the study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty on Purchasing Decisions for SCARLETT products. The method used is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were consumers of SCARLETT products. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The research results identify that all items on the Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, and Purchase Decision variables have a correlation value above 0.30 with a significance of <0.05, which means they are valid. The reliability test results with Cronbach Alpha> 0.60 also show that all instruments used are reliable. Multiple linear regression analysis results in the equation Y = 9920.163 + 0.216X1 + 0.712X2, which shows that both Brand Awareness (X1) and Brand Loyalty (X2) have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The t test results show that Brand Awareness has a significant effect (p = 0.040 ≤ 0.05), and Brand Loyalty has a very significant effect (p = 0.000 ≤ 0.05) with a beta value of 0.741, the F test produces a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), which means that Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.711 indicates that 71.1% of the Purchasing Decision variable can be explained by Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty, while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content quality and posting frequency on follower loyalty among TikTok content creators, focusing on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Pancasakti University Bekasi. As a short video-based social media platform, TikTok has a significant impact on audience engagement, making content strategy a crucial factor in building follower loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both content quality and posting frequency have a positive and significant influence on follower loyalty. Posting frequency has a greater impact compared to content quality, with a coefficient of determination value of 61.7%. These findings emphasize that TikTok creators need to pay attention to both the quality and consistency of their content uploads. Both factors have proven effective in building engagement, interaction, and loyalty among followers, particularly among young users such as university students.
