Abstract

This study examines the application of constructivism theory according to Jean Piaget and neuroscience theory in education. The aim of this research is based on several descriptions of constructivism theory according to Jean Piaget and neuroscience theory in education. It is hoped that it will be able to understand how students learn and its application and how students' brains work so that they can learn according to their talents and interests so that learning becomes fun. The research method used is qualitative research using library research to obtain data from various sources, namely books, journals, articles and several other scientific works related to this topic. Then from these sources, they are studied, analyzed and described, giving rise to four discussions, namely the concept of constructivism theory, neuroscience theory, the application of constructivism and neuroscience in education, and the theory of constructivism and neuroscience in education according to Muslim scientists. The results of this research are constructivism theory in learning, namely that teachers are not the only source of learning, while neuroscience theory supports students in achieving what students want according to their brain abilities. The learning process takes into account the natural working processes of the student's brain. Muslim scientists who developed learning theories similar to constructivism theory were Ibnu Khaldun, Ki Hajar Dewantara, and other scientists, while Muslim scientists who had discussions similar to neuroscience were Imam Ghazali, Ibnu Sina and Al-Farabi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine learning innovations carried out at the Hamzanwadi II NW Anjani Religious Madrasah Aliyah which is part of Nahdlatul Wathan. Nahdlatul Wathan is an Islamic organization that has a network of educational and religious institutions in Indonesia. Madrasah Aliyah Keagamaan Hamzanwadi II NW Anjani is one of the educational institutions under the auspices of Nahdlatul Wathan which focuses on religious education for upper secondary level students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were nalyse using descriptive methods to describe and nalyse learning innovations carried out at the Hamzanwadi II NW Anjani Religious Aliyah Aliyah. One of these innovations is the use of technology in the learning process, such as the use of multimedia and interactive learning support software. In addition, there are also innovations in learning methods, such as learning-based learning approaches, assessments, and discussions between students to increase student involvement in the learning process. The results of this research are expected to provide input for the development of more effective and relevant learning in similar educational institutions, as well as provide insights for education stakeholders in facing challenges and opportunities in the current digital era.

Abstract

Delinquency in teenagers is a very important thing to discuss, especially recently, which we have witnessed in various places through social media or other news media. Negative consequences arise that are so worrying that they will bring destruction to teenagers themselves and society in general. This makes Islamic boarding schools an alternative business for looking after teenage children. The aim of this research is to determine the forms of delinquency among students at the al-Ikhlas al-Islamy Kaliaji Islamic boarding school and the role of Islamic boarding schools in alleviating student delinquency at the al-Ikhlas al-Islamy Kaliaji Islamic boarding school, Monggas village. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, with the type of research the author uses is a case study. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The subjects in this research were Islamic boarding school leaders, dormitory administrators and teachers at the Al-Ikhlas Al-Islamy Kaliaji Islamic boarding school, Monggas village. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the forms of delinquency of the students of the al-Ikhlas al-Islamy Kaliaji Islamic Boarding School. The forms of delinquency committed by the students of the al-Ikhlas al-Islamy Kaliaji Islamic Boarding School, namely running away (running away from the Islamic boarding school) and playing truant, dressing not in accordance with the regulations. madrasas, carrying cell phones and breaking the language, fighting between students or bullying each other, smoking and borrowing without permission. The role of the Al-Ikhlas Al-Islamy Kaliaji Islamic Boarding School in Monggas village in alleviating student delinquency is to carry out several actions and policies that have been created, then direct the students to use every free time they have for positive things by taking part in the extracurricular activities that have been established. Islamic boarding school is provided.

Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the role of emotional intelligence in educational leadership through a systematic bibliographic analysis of the literature published between 2000 and 2025. Successful leadership depends not only on cognitive intelligence, but also on the ability to manage emotions, self-restraint, be highly motivated, understand the emotions of others, empathy, creativity, and tolerance. In the context of education, leaders must be able to inspire and motivate staff and learners, where intellectual capacity and managerial skills alone are not enough without emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence, according to Goleman, includes the ability to recognize and manage one's own emotions and others, motivate, and build positive social relationships. Although many studies have addressed aspects of emotional intelligence in educational leadership, there is still no comprehensive bibliographic analysis integrating these findings. This research aims to fill this gap by using quantitative methods and bibliometric analysis on data taken from Scopus from 2000 to 2025. The keywords used were "Emotional Intelligence" and "Education Leadership". The initial search yielded 200 articles, which were then filtered by topic relevance. After making the selection, 10 articles were used as the main reference because of their deep relevance to the research focus. The results of the analysis also included author and keyword mapping using VOSviewer, which shows publication trends and clustering of related topics. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis peran kecerdasan emosional dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan melalui analisis bibliografi sistematis dari literatur yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2000 dan 2025. Kepemimpinan yang berhasil tidak hanya bergantung pada kecerdasan kognitif, tetapi juga pada kemampuan mengelola emosi, menahan diri, memiliki motivasi tinggi, memahami emosi orang lain, empati, kreativitas, dan toleransi. Dalam konteks pendidikan, pemimpin harus mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi staf dan peserta didik, di mana kapasitas intelektual dan keterampilan manajerial saja tidak cukup tanpa kecerdasan emosional. Kecerdasan emosional menurut Goleman meliputi kemampuan mengenali dan mengelola emosi diri sendiri dan orang lain, memotivasi, dan membangun hubungan sosial yang positif. Meskipun banyak penelitian telah membahas aspek kecerdasan emosional dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan, masih belum ada analisis bibliografi komprehensif yang mengintegrasikan temuan-temuan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengisi kekosongan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis bibliometrik pada data yang diambil dari Scopus dari tahun 2000 hingga 2025. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah "Emotional Intelligence" dan "Education Leadership". Pencarian awal menghasilkan 200 artikel, yang kemudian disaring berdasarkan relevansi tema. Setelah melakukan penyeleksian, 10 artikel dijadikan rujukan utama karena relevansinya yang mendalam terhadap fokus penelitian. Hasil analisis juga mencakup pemetaan penulis dan kata kunci menggunakan VOSviewer, yang menunjukkan tren publikasi dan klasterisasi topik terkait.

Abstract

Education is a field for seeking provisions to make a life, because to make a life, humanity needs education that will teach procedures so that relationships with the creator, government, each other and the environment can run well. Therefore, education is very important so that state law and religion, especially Islam, requires its followers to seek knowledge or pursue education, as is contained in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which discuss the importance of education. The Prophet Muhammad SAW himself had practiced this education with his friends, so that it was followed by his friends and so on in all scientific disciplines, especially in spreading and teaching Islamic teachings. Until now, we have found that in Indonesia itself there are many educational institutions spread throughout Indonesia, both formal and non-formal. The aim of this research is to explore motivation for learning through descriptions of several hadiths of the Prophet who commanded the pursuit of knowledge. The data collection process was carried out by collecting in-depth information and data through various literature, notes, hadith books, magazines, books, journals, articles and various other sources. Then, that is what is studied, analyzed and described. The results of the analysis gave rise to three discussions, namely the meaning of Hadith and education, the priority of knowledgeable people, and Hadith about the importance of education. A study of  these three themes is very useful for understanding how important education is from a Hadith perspective.
