Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis underpricing saham di penawaran pasar primer (IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Topik ini penting karena underpricing dapat mempengaruhi keputusan investasi dan kinerja mitra. Metode penelitian yang pakai ialah kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari prospektus mitra yang melakukan IPO di BEI sebelum pandemi. Data yang dianalisis meliputi harga penawaran, harga penutupan hari pertama, reputasi underwriter, umur mitra, dan kondisi pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya underpricing pada sebagian besar mitra IPO, dengan tingkat yang bervariasi dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti reputasi underwriter, umur mitra, dan kondisi pasar. Mitra dengan underwriter bereputasi baik dan mitra yang lebih tua cenderung memiliki underpricing lebih rendah, sementara kondisi pasar yang menguntungkan dapat meningkatkan underpricing. Kesimpulannya, underpricing merupakan fenomena umum dalam IPO di BEI sebelum pandemi Covid-19, dan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktornya dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan terkait IPO.

Abstract

The aviation industry is currently experiencing rapid growth due to advancements in information technology, which have transformed the way consumers search for information and book tickets online. Traveloka, founded in March 2012, is one of the companies that has successfully leveraged this technology optimally. With intelligent algorithms, Traveloka can analyze user preferences and provide suitable recommendations, although the effectiveness of its intelligent support system needs further investigation to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Traveloka's intelligent support system in decision-making, using qualitative methods and a literature review approach. The development model proposed by Peter Fenrich is used to ensure that the system built can effectively and efficiently meet user needs. The research results show that Traveloka's intelligent support system is very helpful in providing accurate recommendations, increasing user satisfaction and operational efficiency, and providing a competitive advantage in the e-commerce market. Overall, the use of information technology and intelligent support systems at Traveloka significantly contributes to the advancement of the aviation industry, simplifies the ticket booking process, and enhances the company's competitiveness. Further research is needed to continue improving the effectiveness and efficiency of this system, thereby providing greater benefits for consumers and the company.

Abstract

Analisis kebijakan hukum Indonesia dalam transaksi e-commerce perlu untuk meningkatkan bisnis digital secara global. Artikel ini membahas berbagai macam konteks kebijakan hukum pada aktivitas e-commerce di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pemerintah telah menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pendukung, termasuk UU ITE, UUPK dan UU Anti Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat. Selain kontrak elektronik untuk transaksi penjualan online, hak dan kewajiban pembeli dan penjual diatur secara rinci oleh undang-undang perlindungan konsumen. Abstract Analysis of Indonesian legal policy in e-commerce transactions is necessary to improve digital business globally. This article discusses various contexts of legal policy in e-commerce activities in Indonesia. The method used is normative legal research with a qualitative research approach. The government has provided supporting facilities and infrastructure, including the ITE Law, the Consumer Protection Law and the Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Business Competition Law. In addition to electronic contracts for online sales transactions, the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers are regulated in detail by consumer protection laws.

Abstract

The socialization and education on investment and capital market portfolios at SMA Negeri 2 Bengkalis, Riau, is motivated by the lack of basic knowledge about the capital market among students, which can hinder their ability to make smart financial decisions in the future. This activity aims to provide comprehensive information about investments, portfolio management, and the importance of financial planning. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce students to various investment instruments such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, as well as techniques for analyzing risks and potential returns. This activity also aims to equip students with practical skills in managing their own portfolios. The methods used include presentations by capital market experts, Q&A sessions, and investment simulations. This approach is designed to actively engage students and provide hands-on experience in the world of investing. The expected outcomes include an increase in students' knowledge about investments and capital markets, the ability to make better investment decisions, and an awareness of the importance of personal financial planning.
