Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari motivasi belajar ekonomi terhadap minat belajar ke perguruan tinggi program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan angket sebagai alat pengukur kepada siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS 1 – XII IPS 5 dengan total keseluruhan sebanyak 120 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh sebesar 43,6% sumbangan relative yang diberikan oleh motivasi belajar ekonomi terhadap minat belajar ke perguruan tinggi program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Selain itu, motivasi belajar ekonomi memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif sebesar 9,554 terhadap minat belajar ke perguruan tinggi program studi pendidikan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analysis of Five Forces and BCG Matrix for Apple Inc. The Five Forces analysis is used to evaluate the competitiveness of the industry in which Apple operates, while the BCG Matrix is employed to measure the company's product portfolio. Data for this study are sourced from reliable resources, including the company's financial reports, industry reports, and related publications. The Five Forces analysis reveals that the technology and software industry in which Apple operates is highly competitive. Threats from major competitors, the level of product substitution, and the bargaining power of buyers significantly impact the company's strategies and performance. However, Apple's strong brand equity and robust product ecosystem provide a competitive advantage in navigating the pressures from these five forces. In the BCG Matrix analysis, Apple's core products such as the iPhone, iPad, and Mac show a position of stars and question marks, indicating high growth potential. On the other hand, some older products and unproven innovations fall into the category of cash cows and dogs, with lower growth prospects. The results of the Five Forces and BCG Matrix analysis provide a comprehensive overview of Apple's market position and aid in formulating the company's long-term strategies. Apple's management can leverage these findings to optimize the product portfolio and address competitive challenges in the ever-evolving technology industry. While Apple holds a strong market position, new challenges will continually emerge, necessitating effective strategies to maintain competitiveness and ensure the company's growth in the future.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a critical factor influencing employee motivation and organizational outcomes, yet its role as a mediator between leadership, organizational support, and work motivation remains underexplored, particularly in developing economies. This study aims to examine how job satisfaction mediates the relationship between leadership styles, organizational support, and work motivation through a systematic literature review of empirical studies published between 2015 and 2024. The review analyzed 17 peer-reviewed articles selected from academic databases using predefined inclusion criteria, focusing on empirical studies involving job satisfaction as a mediator. Findings reveal that job satisfaction consistently serves as a psychological bridge, linking leadership styles, such as transformational and transactional, and organizational support to enhanced employee motivation, commitment, and performance, particularly in Southeast Asian contexts like Indonesia and Malaysia. The review highlights diverse industry settings, including hospitality and public services, emphasizing the broad applicability of the mediation model. This study concludes that job satisfaction is a pivotal mechanism for translating organizational strategies into positive employee outcomes, offering a framework for future research to explore causal pathways and cross-cultural variations in organizational behavior.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya Aktivitas Belajar dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa Kelas VIII di sekolah UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di sekolah UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar.. Subjek penelitian adalah sampel penelitian yang dilaksanakan berjumlah 93 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuisioner untuk melihat perbandingan Hasil belajar selama proses pembelajaran IPS di dalam ruangan kelas.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu Uji instrument dan Teknik pengumpulan data, Teknik analisis data, dan uji hipotesis.Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R2) maka diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square (Adalah sebesar 0,703) yang berarti pengaruh variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel Y sebesar 70%, hal ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa variabel Aktivitas Belajar (X1) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen ( Hasil Belajar)dalam sekolah UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar sebesar 70% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan Aktivitas Belajar dan Kecerdasan Emosional dapat meningkatkan Hasil belajar IPS Kelas VIII Di Sekolah UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar.
