Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami interaksi antara Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dan Kepala Desa dalam upaya menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif di Desa Puncak, Kecamatan Sinjai Selatan, serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data yang meliputi reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara BPD dan Kepala Desa dibangun melalui kerjasama dalam pengambilan keputusan secara demokratis, melibatkan musyawarah dengan masyarakat dan tokoh-tokoh lokal, serta fungsi pengawasan BPD untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan dana dan korupsi. Prinsip kepercayaan dan saling menghargai diterapkan secara konsisten, memungkinkan pemerintahan desa berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014. Faktor pendukungnya meliputi tekad kepala desa dan BPD untuk menciptakan perubahan serta membangun hubungan yang harmonis antar perangkat desa. Namun, masih terdapat kendala di mana beberapa anggota BPD kurang memahami tugas dan fungsi mereka sepenuhnya.

Abstract

Collective Action according to Muhammad Abdan Shadiqi 2021, which is a social movement that emerges from community groups with the aim of improving the condition of their groups, problems that arise in the community such as overcoming the scarcity of inorganic fertilizers that occur in Mattirowalie Village, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency are problems that arise due to the Government's lack of attention to the community, especially farmers in Mattirowalie Village, So that the community takes collective action with the aim of improving the condition of their group. The results of the research in this study show that the community's collective action in overcoming the scarcity of fertilizer in Mattirowalie Village has gone well, marked by actions carried out in groups, namely farmer group deliberations and carried out individually, namely the use of organic fertilizers and the implementation of farmer cards has gone well in collaboration with the Village Government and the community.

Abstract

Stunting has become a global and national issue in recent years, nationally the government in the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan targets the stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia to decrease to 14% while Bantaeng Regency sets 14.5 percent where the previous year was 22.1%. Stunting is one of the indicators in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely the second goal of ending hunger, achieving food security and good nutrition, and promoting sustainable agriculture. The purpose of this research is to look at the implementation of stunting prevention policies using the SDGs approach, local government strategies, and the challenges of implementing stunting prevention policies using Edwards' theory. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods through direct interviews with all stakeholders who play a role in stunting prevention, documentation, and direct observation or observation. While the data analysis uses an approach according to (Miles et al., 1994), including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the researcher's findings that the implementation of stunting prevention policies with the SDGs approach from the economic, social, and environmental aspects, while the local government strategy in overcoming stunting is cooperation between regional apparatus, specific and sensitive interventions, while the challenges of implementing stunting prevention policies include communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure have been implemented, but are still facing various challenges in all aspects of policy implementation.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the Dimensions and Challenges of E-Government Application in Bantaeng Regency and the factors that influence it. This paper uses a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews, and documentation then the data obtained in the field will be analyzed with qualitative techniques. The results showed that the application of the digital/electronic dimension of government in information services has not been optimally carried out by the bantaeng district government, while the digital/electronic dimensions of government include ease of use, trust, functional of interaction from the environment, reliability, content, and display of information, and support. Meanwhile, the influencing factors include supporting and inhibiting factors, from supporting aspects, namely leadership, and institutions, while the inhibiting aspects are community culture and lack of socialization in the community

Abstract

Pengelolaan Wisata Pantai Nambo (Studi Pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Kendari). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Pengelolaan Wisata Pantai Nambo pada Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang dianalisis secara kualitatif pula, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan informan berjumlah 5 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive, kemudian didukung oleh observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pengelolaan wisata pantai Nambo Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Kendari dapat di nilai masih kuang baik. Dilihat dari segi Atraksi/Objek Wisata sudah baik, Fasilitas Pariwisata masih kurang, Informasi Promosi masih kurang. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan wisata pantai Nambo Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Kendari, dari segi Prioritas Pembangunan, Kuantitas Spesialisasi SDM, Strategi Pemasaran Promosi, Sarana Prasarana, dan Perawatan Fasilitas secara keseluruhannya dapat di nilai masih kurang baik. Dilihat dari segi Prioritas Pembangunan sudah baik, Kuantitas Spesialisasi SDM masih kurang, Strategi Pemasaran Promosi masih kurang, Sarana Prasarana masih kurang, Perawatan Fasilitas masih kurang.
