Abstract

This research investigates the use of drones and boats in monitoring the security of the water aerodrome area in Pang-Pang Bay. The aim is to measure the efficiency of using these two tools, compare their performance results, and evaluate the implications of the research results for security and operational development in the region. This research integrates qualitative and quantitative approaches to understand the role and challenges of each tool. The research results show that the use of drones provides significant efficiency in quickly reaching the incident point, covering a wide area, and aerial views that are useful in routine monitoring. On the other hand, boats have the advantage of quick response in emergency situations, stability in bad weather, and the ability to provide immediate assistance to individuals on the water. The results of the comparative analysis between the use of drones and boats reflect the special advantages of each tool in various aspects. The implication of this research is that the development of a security surveillance strategy in Pang-Pang Bay must consider the wise use of both tools, depending on operational needs and weather conditions. In an ideal situation, the combined use of drones and boats can provide a comprehensive solution to maintaining water safety. This research also makes an important contribution to the technology's development and application in the context of security surveillance. In conclusion, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the use of drones and boats in monitoring the Pang-Pang Bay water aerodrome area and provides a strong foundation for the development of better and more effective surveillance strategies in the area.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of Safety Risk Management in the practice of aircraft maintenance at AMTO (Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization) Indonesia Aviation Polytechnic Curug. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Starting with hazard identification, risk assessment, and continuing with mitigation actions. Risk assessment uses the Risk Matrix. The results showed that 9 hazards were at tolerable levels, namely 4 hazards in the component release phase, 3 hazards in the inspection phase, and 2 hazards in the installation and adjustment phase. Recommended mitigation measures include additional training, safety briefing, safety promotion, supervision of important phases, and periodic checks on tools and equipment. This research is then used as a document for compliance with Safety Risk Management according to the SMS Implementation Plan at the AMTO (Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization) of the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug.

Abstract

Semarang in the development of the next 20-50 years will experience many impacts of delays in traffic movement in it. To overcome the various impacts that arise, the development of a road network is an important option. The alternative choice of road network development solutions must be selective in choosing the location. One of the strategic choices at this time is the Outer Ring Road (outer ring road) Semarang. The Outer Ring Road is expected to divert the continuous flow not through the center of Semarang City, thereby reducing the possibility of delays in the center of Semarang City. This alternative is also expected to develop the Semarang City area. This alternative solution is expected to support the development of Semarang City into a Metropolitan City with smooth traffic movement. The development of Semarang City in the next 20-50 years is expected to be more friendly and provide a sense of security and comfort to its residents as expected in the vision of the City of Semarang (Nugroho, 2009). Physical facilities and infrastructure (infrastructure) in an area are very important and vital for the running of the economic wheels of the local community, the accumulation of increasing people's living standards will be driven automatically by the good or bad conditions and conditions of the existing facilities and infrastructure. One of these infrastructure facilities which quite main is the road. With good road infrastructure, it is easier to access from one place to another, so that economic growth in the area will be faster. Where on Jl. Durian Banyumanik Semarang city is an access road for entry and exit from the Banyumanik toll gate to the southern part of the city of Semarang, to be precise towards Jl. Setia Budi, Jalan Durian Banyumanik, is planned by the City Government to later become one of the supporting roads for the Semarang Outer Ring Road (SORR).Keywords: Semarang, SORR, facilities, infrastructure
